Background Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)is the leading global cause of respiratory infections and is responsible for about 3 million hospitalizations and more than 100,000 deaths annually in children younger than 5 years,representing a major global healthcare *** is a great unmet need for new agents and universal strategies to prevent RSV infections in early life.A multidisciplinary consensus development group comprising experts in epidemiology,infectious diseases,respiratory medicine,and methodology aims to develop the current consensus to address clinical issues of RSV infections in *** sources The evidence searches and reviews were conducted using electronic databases,including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and the Cochrane Library,using variations in terms for"respiratory syncytial virus","RSV","lower respiratory tract infection","bronchiolitis","acute","viral pneumonia","neonatal","infant""children",and"pediatric".Results Evidence-based recommendations regarding diagnosis,treatment,and prevention were proposed with a high degree of *** supportive care remains the cornerstone for the management of RSV infections,new monoclonal antibodies,vaccines,drug therapies,and viral surveillance techniques are being rolled *** This consensus,based on international and national scientific evidence,reinforces the current recommendations and integrates the recent advances for optimal care and prevention of RSV *** improvements in the management of RSV infections will require generating the highest quality of evidence through rigorously designed studies that possess little bias and sufficient capacity to identify clinically meaningful end points.

The hot deformation behavior and microstructures of Al-7055 commercial alloy were investigated by axisymmetric hot compres- sion at temperatures ranging from 300℃ to 450℃ and strain rates from 10^-2 to 10 s^-1, respectively. Microstructures of deformed 7055 alloy were investigated by transmission electron microscopy （TEM）. The dependence of peak stress on deformation temperature and strain rate can be expressed by the hyperbolic-sine type equation. The hot deformation activation energy of the alloy is 146 kJ/mol. Moreover, the flow stress curves predicted by the modified constitutive equations are reasonably consistent with the experimental results, which confirms that the proposed deformation constitutive equations can provide evidence for the selection of hot forming parameters. TEM results indicate that dy- namic recovery is the main softening mechanism during hot deformation.

Abstract The microstructure evolution and composition distribution of as-cast and homogenized 2099 aluminumlithium （Al-Li） alloy were studied by optical microscopy （OM）, differential thermal analysis （DTA）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, energy dispersive spectrometry （EDS）, area and line scanning, X-ray diffraction （XRD）, and Vickers microhardness test methods. The results show that severe dendrite exists in the as-cast alloy. Cu, Zn, Mn, and Mg distribute unevenly from the grain boundary to inside. The low-melting point nonequilibrium eutectic phases dis- solve into the matrix during the first-step homogenization, whereas the melting point of residual eutectic phases is elevated. After the second-step homogenization, most of the remaining eutectic phases dissolve into the matrix, except a small amount of A1-Cu-Fe phases. An optimized homogenization process of the 2099 A1-Li alloy is developed （515℃ - 18 h ＋ 525℃ - 16 h）, which shows a good agreement with the homogenization kinetic analysis results.

线粒体动力学是在生理或刺激状态下,线粒体持续不断的进行分裂和融合,从而调节线粒体在细胞内的分布、数量、大小以及形状的动态平衡过程。在细胞中,线粒体动力学调控与线粒体的功能密切相关,而线粒体的功能包括提供能量、调节钙离子稳态,参与细胞程序性死亡、细胞信号转导、细胞代谢等。在肿瘤中,线粒体动力学调控与肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移、治疗和耐药等密切相关,因此,线粒体动力学调控成为了肿瘤领域的研究热点,并在肿瘤治疗中显现出巨大潜力。该篇综述中,我们回顾了介导线粒体动力学调控的关键特征,并讨论了线粒体动力学调控肿瘤发生发展的相关机制和其在肿瘤治疗方面的可能。

Bibliometric profile of neurogenic bladder in the literature:a 20-year bibliometric analysis

Neurogenic bladder is a dysfunction of the lower urinary tract caused by nervous system disor- der. We investigated the trends in publication of articles under the topic ＂neurogenic bladder＂ using bibliometric analysis. Articles on neurogenic bladder, published between 1995 and 2014, were retrieved from the ISI Web of Science citation database. We analyzed the search results for authors, countries, institutions, journals, and top-cited papers. A total of 1,904 articles were re- trieved. There was a small increase in the number of articles on neurogenic bladder from 1995 （n = 43） to 2014 （n = 117）. The USA was the leading country in the total number of articles （n = 598）. However, the number of publications from China has rapidly increased, and China was ranked second in 2014. Emmanuel Chartier-Kastler （n = 65） was the most productive author, and University of Paris VI （Paris 6）（n = 61） was the most productive institution. The Journal of Urology published the greatest number of artides on this topic （n = 285）. Articles on neurogenic bladder were often published in a professional journal under the category Urology ＆ Nephrology, Neurosciences ＆ Neurology, or Rehabilitation. Visualization analysis based on co-citation networks was conducted using CiteSpace III. Visualization analysis revealed that the hot spots in neurogenic bladder were botulinum toxin-A, prazosin, bethanechol, and afferent pathways. These findings provide new insight into the publication trends and hot spots in neurogenic bladder.

AIM： To investigate the expression of α-fetoprotein （AFP）, a cancer-associated fetal glycoprotein, and its involvement during rat colon development. METHODS： Colons from Sprague-Dawley rat fetuses, young and adult （8 wk old） animals were used in this study. Expression levels of AFP in colons of different development stage were detected by reversetranscriptase PCR （RT-PCR） and Western blotting. To identify the cell location of AFP in the developing rat colons, double-immunofluorescent staining was performed using antibodies to specific cell markers and AFP, respectively. RESULTS： The highest levels of AFP mRNA were detected in colons of rats at embryonic day 18.5 （e18.5）. Compared to e18.5 d, the AFP expression was significantly decreased during rat development （85% for e20.5, P 〈 0.05, 58% for postnatal day 0.5 （P〈0.5）, P 〈 0.05, 37% for P7, P 〈 0.05, 24% for P14, P 〈 0.05, and 11% for P21, P 〈 0.05） and undetected in adult rats. Only the 72-kDa isoform of AFP was detected by Western blotting, the expression pattern was similar to AFP mRNA and conformed to the results of mRNA expression. The AFP positive staining was identical to different distribution patterns in fetuses, young and adult animals and positive staining for both AFP and vimentin was overlapped in mesenchymal cells at each stage tested. CONCLUSION： This study has for the first time demonstrated that AFP is localized in the mesenchyme of rat colon from the embryo to the weaning stage by immunofluorescence and presents 72-kDa isoform in the developing rat colons by Western blotting. The dynamic expression of AFP in the various developmental stages of the colon indicates that AFP might be involved in many aspects of colon development.

目的研究咳喘停袋泡颗粒(Kechuanting,KCT)抑制IL-33/ILC2s和致病性T细胞干预过敏性气道炎症的作用机制。方法网络药理学分析KCT干预哮喘的潜在靶点和机制。以OVA诱导过敏性哮喘模型小鼠。组织病理染色观察肺损伤变化;ELISA和荧光定量PCR分别检测Th2型哮喘中关键炎症因子及其mRNA表达水平;Western blot检测MAPK通路中相关蛋白磷酸化水平;流式细胞术检测ILC2s、Th1、Th17、Th2和Treg细胞的比例。结果网络药理学鉴定出KCT治疗哮喘的227个主要活性成分和143个共同靶点,主要富集到MAPK和IL-17等信号通路。进一步验证实验显示,KCT干预明显减轻了哮喘小鼠肺部炎症损伤程度,减少B细胞数量及IL-4、TNF-α、TGF-β的产生,下调肺组织中JNK磷酸化水平以及Il-33、Bcl11b、Rorα、Tcf-7、Jun、MAPK3、MAPK14 mRNA表达。KCT干预减少了哮喘小鼠肺和脾中ILC2s和Th17数量,抑制肺中Th2细胞浸润。结论KCT对过敏性哮喘气道炎症有较好的治疗作用,其机制与抑制IL-33/ILC2s通路、致病性T细胞亚群和JNK-MAPK信号通路相关。

Effects of SO_2 and SO_3 on the formation of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans by de novo synthesis

The effects of SO2,SO3 on de novo synthesis of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDDs) and dibenzofurans (PCDFs) were studied using model fly ashes incorporating copper oxide and activated carbon. It was found that the inhibitive effect of SO2 on PCDD/Fs formation is similar to that of SO3. To investigate the inhibition mechanism,CuSO4 formations from both CuO and CuCl2 were examined. The ability of SO3 to convert CuCl2 and CuO on a silica support into sulfate is much stronger than that of SO2. However,replacing silica by activated carbon leads to a much high conversion of CuCl2 to CuSO4 in the presence of SO2. The promotion by activated carbon is explained by the reduction of CuCl2 to Cu2Cl2 and the eventual conversion of Cu2Cl2 into CuSO4 is the main inhibition mechanism of SO2 on de novo synthesis of PCDD/Fs.
