BACKGROUND Percutaneous endoscopic lumbar decompression(PELD)shows promise for lumbar spinal stenosis(Lss)treatment,but its use is limited by the disease's complexity and procedural *** In this study,the effects of preoperative planning and intraoperative guidance with computed tomography(CT)/magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)registration techniques on PELD for Lss and postoperative rehabilitation outcomes were *** This retrospective study was conducted with data from patients who underwent PELD for Lss between January 2021 and December *** were assigned to preoperative CT/MRI registration and control *** collected included the operative time,length of hospital stay,visual analog scale(VAs)scores for low back and leg pain,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)lumbar spine *** between groups were assessed us.ng student’s t *** Data from 135 patients(71 in the CT/MRI registration group,64 in the control group)were *** operative time was significantly shorter in the CT/MRI registration group(P=0.007).At 2 months postoperatively,both groups showed significant reductions in VAs leg and low back pain scores(all Ps in the JOA score(both Pscores were similar between groups(P=0.830,P=0.470,and P=0.287,respectively).At 2 months postoperatively,patients in the CT/MRI registration group reported lower leg and low back pain levels(Pspectively)and had higher JOA scores(P=0.004)than did patients in the control *** Preoperative CT/MRI registration for PELD for Lss reduced the operative time and VAs pain scores at 2 months and improved JOA scores,demonstrating enhanced effectiveness and safety.

Aluminum is the primary structural material in nuclear engineering,and its cross section induced by 14-MeV neutrons is of great *** address the issue of insufficient accuracy for the^(27)Al(n,2n)^(26)Al reaction cross section,the activation method and accelerator mass spectrometry(AMs)technique were used to determine the^(27)Al(n,2n)^(26)Al cross section,which could be used as a D-T plasma ion temperature monitor in fusion *** the China Academy of Engineering Physics,neutron activation was performed us.ng a K-400 neutron generator produced by the T(d,n)4He ***^(26)Al∕^(27)Al isotope ratios were measured us.ng the newly installed GYIG 1 MV AMs at the Institute of Geochemistry,Chinese Academy of *** neutron flux was monitored by measuring the activity of 92mNb produced by the 93Nb(n,2n)92mNb *** measured results were compared with available data in the experimental nuclear reaction database,and the measured values showed a reasonable degree of consistency with partially available literature *** newly acquired cross-sectional data at 12 neutron energy points through systematic measurements clarified the divergence,which has two different growth trends from the existing experimental *** obtained results are also compared with the corresponding evaluated database,and the newly calculated excitation functions with TALYs−1.95 and EMPIRE−3.2 codes,the agreement with CENDL−3.2,TENDL-2021 and EMPIRE−3.2 results are generally acceptable.A substantial improvement in the knowledge of the^(27)Al(n,2n)^(26)Al reaction excitation function was obtained in the present work,which will lay the foundation for the diagnosis of the fusion ion temperature,testing of the nuclear physics model,evaluation of nuclear data,etc.

A Johann-type X-ray spectrometer was successfully developed at the hard X-ray branch(in-vacuum undulator with a 24-mm periodic length)of the energy material beamline(E-line)at the shanghai synchrotron Radiation Facility(ssRF).This spectrometer was utilized to implement X-ray emission spectroscopy(XEs),high-energy resolution fluorescence-detected X-ray absorption spectroscopy(HERFD-XAs),and resonant inelastic X-ray *** spherically bent crystals were positioned on the respective vertical 500-mm-diameter Rowland circles,adopting an area detector to increase the solid angle to 1.75%of 4πsr,facilitating the study of low-concentrate systems under complex reaction *** under the atmosphere pressure,the spectrometer covers the energy region from 3.5 to 18 keV,with the Bragg angle ranging from 73°to 86°during vertical *** offers a promised energy resolution of sub-eV(XEs)and super-eV(HERFD-XAs).Generally,these comprehensive core-level spectroscopy methods based on hard X-rays at the E-line with an extremely high photon flux can meet the crucial requirements of a green energy ***,they provide substantial support for scientific advances in fundamental research.

sulfide-based all-solid-state lithium metal batteries(AssLMBs)have received extensive attention due to their high energy density and high safety,while the poor interface stability between sulfide electrolyte and lithium metal anode limits their ***,a hybrid sEI(LICl/Li F/Li Zn)was constructed at the interface between Li_(5.5)Ps_(4.5)Cl_(1.5)sulfide electrolyte and lithium *** Li Cl and Li F interface phases with high interface energy effectively induce the uniform deposition of Li^(+)and reduce the overpotential of Li^(+)deposition,while the Li Zn alloy interface phase accelerates the diffusion of lithium *** synergistic effect of the above functional interface phases inhibits the growth of lithium dendrites and stabilizes the interface between the sulfide electrolyte and lithium *** hybrid sEI strategy exhibits excellent electrochemical performance on symmetric batteries and all-solid-state *** symmetrical cell exhibits stable cycling performance over long duration over 500 h at 1.0 mA cm^(-2).Moreover,the LiNbO_(3)@NCM712/Li_(5.5)Ps_(4.5)Cl_(1.5)/Li-10%Zn F_(2)battery exhibits excellent cycle stability at a high rate of 0.5 C,with a capacity retention rate of 76.4%after 350 cycles.

MgO participates in all stages of sintering,pelletizing,and blast furnace ironmaking,and synergistically optimizing the distribution of MgO in ferrous burden can effectively enhance the interaction within the ferrous burdens and optimize the softening-melting properties of the mixed ***-containing pellets mixed with low-MgO sinter or mixed with high-MgO sinter in the blast furnace ferrous burden structure have opposite softening-melting performance *** the structure of the ferrous burden is magnesium-containing pellets mixed with low-MgO sinter,the magnesium-containing pellets can enhance the interaction of the ferrous burden in the process of softening-melting,which can optimize the composition of the slag phase and improve the slag *** the structure of the ferrous burden is magnesium-containing pellets mixed with high-MgO sinter,the magnesium-containing pellets weaken the interaction of the ferrous burden in the process of softening-melting,increase the content of the high melting point solid-phase particles in the slag,lead to an increase in the viscosity of the slag and difficult separation of the slag and iron,and decrease the permeability of the charge ***,to ensure good permeability of the mixed burden,the following measures are suggested:optimizing the MgO distribution of the ferrous burden,reducing the MgO content of the sinter to 1.96 wt.%,increas.ng the MgO content of the pellets to 1.03-1.30 wt.%,controlling the MgO/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio of the mixed burden within 1.15-1.32,narrowing the position of the cohesive zone,and maintaining an s value(permeability index)of approximately 150 kPa℃.

In this study,based on the framework of the Coulomb and proximity potential model(CPPM),we systematically investigate the cluster radioactivity half-lives of 26 trans-lead nuclei by considering the cluster preformation probability,which possesses a simple mass dependence on the emitted cluster according to *** and ***[***.61,1930(1988)].Moreover,we investigate 28 different versions of the proximity potential formalisms,which are the most complete known proximity potential formalisms proposed to describe proton radioactivity,two-proton radioactivity,αdecay,heavy-ion radioactivity,quasi-elastic scattering,fusion reactions,and other *** calculated results show that the modified forms of proximity potential 1977,denoted as Prox.77-12,and proximity potential 1981,denoted as Prox.81,are the most appropriate proximity potential formalisms for the study of cluster radioactivity,as the root-mean-square deviation between experimental data and relevant theoretical results obtained is the least;both values are *** comparison,the universal decay law(UDL)proposed by Qi et al.[***.C 80,044326(2009)],unified formula of half-lives forαdecay and cluster radioactivity proposed by Ni et al.[***.C 78,044310(2008)],and scaling law(sL)in cluster radioactivity proposed by Horoi et al.[***.G 30,945(2004)]are also *** addition,utilizing CPPM with Prox.77-12,Prox.77-1,Prox.77-2,and Prox.81,we predict the half-lives of 51 potential cluster radioactive candidates whose cluster radioactivity is energetically allowed or observed but not yet quantified in *** predicted results are in the same order of magnitude as those obtained us.ng the compared semi-empirical and/or empirical *** the same time,the competition betweenαdecay and cluster radioactivity of these predicted nuclei is *** comparing the half-lives,this study reveals thatαdecay predominates.
