The electrochemical behavior and passivation properties of 2507 super duplex stainless steel(SDSS)in the hot concentrated seawater with different concentrations at different temperatures are characterized by electrochemical methods and X-ray photoelectron *** passive film formed on 2507 SDSS belongs to n-type semiconductor and mainly composed of hydroxides and oxides of Fe and Cr under all *** protectiveness of the passive film decreases with the increase in temperature mainly because of the increase in defect density in the passive *** corrosion resistance of 2507 decreases with the increase in seawater concentration,and the critical pitting temperature also decreases.

AIM： To study the immunoregulatory effect of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin-D3 Von dominant Thl response in rats. METHODS： Sixty adult Lewis rats were randomized into three groups. Rats in group 1 （n=25） were treated with 1,25-（OH）2D3 first and then challenged with LPS, rats in group 2 （n=25） were treated with vehicle first and then challenged with LPS. Ten animals in groups 1 and 2 were preserved for mortality observation. The remaining animals were injected （i.p） with endotoxin, 24 h after the last administration of 1,25-（OH）2D3 and vehicle. Rats in group 3 （n=10） were treated with 1,25-（OH）2D3 only. Serum IL-12, IFN-y, IL-2 and IL-4 levels were measured and target gene of 1,25-（OH）2D3 on Th cells was studied after 6 h. Gene abundance was verified by real-time quantitative PCR. RESULTS： No death occurred in rats pretreated with 1,25-（OH）2D3 after LPS injection. Death occurred 9 h after LPS injection in rats pretreated with the vehicle, and the number of deaths was 5 within 24 h, with a mortality rate of 50%. There was no change in the number of deaths within 96 h. Six hours after endotoxin stimulation, serum IL-12 and IFN-y levels decreased significantly in rats pretreated with 1,25-（OH）2D3 as compared with those in rats pretreated with the vehicle. The serum content of these two cytokines was very low in rats not challenged by endotoxin, and there was a significant difference as compared with the previous two groups. CONCLUSION： 1,25-（OH）2D3 attenuates injuryinduced by the lethal dose of 1PS, regulates Thl and Th2 cells at the transcription level, and dominantly responds to cytokine production in rats.

AIM:To investigate the influence of unilateral congenital ptosis on the development of the eye and vision in ***:In this prospective observational study,41 patients with unilateral congenital ptosis were enrolled(age range 3-15y).The blepharoptosis was divided into 3 subgroups according to the margin reflex distance-1(MRD-1),including mild group(MRD-1>2 mm),moderate group(0lindrical power(ptotic eyes:-0.86±0.79 D vs fellow eyes:-0.43±0.63 D,P=0.003)differed significantly between the ptotic eyes and the fellow *** spherical equivalent refraction(P=0.006),spherical power(P=0.01),cylindrical power(P=0.011),axial length-corneal radius(AL/CR)ratio(P=0.009),frequency of hyperopia(P=0.002)and astigmatism(P=0.004)were significantly different among the ptotic eye subgroups and the fellow eye *** addition,in patients with congenital ptosis,the incidence of amblyopia is 43.9%and the incidence of anisometropia is 24.4%.More importantly,the ratio of AL/CR showed significantly positive correlation with the severity of ptosis(P=0.002).CONCLUSION:Congenital ptosis may lead to a delayed eyeball development in the aspect of AL/*** risk of amblyopia is also increased due to visual deprivation and aggravated anisometropia,particularly in severe ptosis case.

目的探讨原发皮肤CD30阳性间变性大细胞淋巴瘤的临床病理特征、诊断、治疗及预后。方法分析1例反复发作的原发皮肤CD30阳性间变性大细胞淋巴瘤病例的临床病理特征,并文献复习。结果患者女性,54岁,5年间不同部位多次出现皮肤肿物,镜下真皮内见密集的肿瘤细胞弥漫浸润,并侵犯表皮,细胞有明显的多形性。免疫组化表达CD30、CD2、CD3、CD43。T细胞受体基因克隆性重排阳性,存在DUSP22缺失及DUSP22-POMZP3(intergenic)融合。结论原发皮肤CD30阳性间变性大细胞淋巴瘤少见,诊断主要依靠临床病史资料、组织学和免疫组化相结合。

AIM:To evaluate the accuracy of segmented measurement of axial length(AL)in high myopia filled with silicone oil by immersion B-scan ultrasonography(immersion B-scan).METHODS:From June 2016 to June 2020,a total of 67 ultra-high myopia inpatients(67 eyes)who underwent silicone oil removal combined with cataract extraction and intraocular lens(IOL)implantation were retrospectively *** preoperative axial length(AL)of 31 patients with severe cataract were segmented measured using immersion B-scan(B-scan group)and another 36 patients with mild or moderate cataract were measured using IOLMaster 500(IOLMaster group).The post-operative ALs in two groups were both measured using IOLMaster *** IOL power was calculated with Haigis *** differences in ALs between pre-and post-surgery,as well as the postoperative refractive spherical equivalent,absolute refractive error,the prediction deviation of postoperative refraction and best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)were ***:The pre-and post-operative ALs were 30.46±1.63 mm(range 28.09-33.51 mm)and 30.42±1.70 mm(range 28.03-33.90 mm)in B-scan group(t=0.644,P=0.542)and 30.51±1.21 mm(range 28.03-33.90 mm)and 30.43±1.27 mm(range 28.54-33.50 mm)in IOLMaster group(t=1.843,P=0.074),*** months after surgery,BCVA were 0.45±0.13(range 0.3-0.9)and 0.44±0.20(range 0.2-1.0)in B-scan and IOLMaster group respectively(t=0.086,P=0.932).There was no significant difference of the postoperative spherical equivalent(-3.11±0.65 D vs-3.21±0.51 D,t=0.671,P=0.505)and the absolute refractive error(0.589±0.340 vs 0.470±0.245 D,t=1.615,P=0.112)between two *** B-scan group,absolute refractive error within±0.50 D was found in 18 eyes(58.1%),within±1.00 D in 26 eyes(83.9%),and within±1.50 D in 31 eyes(100%).In IOLMaster group,absolute refractive error within±0.50 D was found in 23 eyes(63.9%),within±1.00 D in 34 eyes(94.4%),and within±1.50 D in 36 eyes(Z=0.757,P=0.449).CONCLUSION:The segmented measurement of ALs

In recent years,several failures of double circuit transmission line on the same tower due to lightning were happened in Beijing power *** it can be reclosed successful,the lightning strike caused a grave threat to the power grid *** cause of the accident and the accident process were studied for the sake of further understanding of the impact of lightning on power *** an example,110 kV double circuit transmission line(Xilong-line) was *** first,the system topology was *** the analysis on relay protection actions and the fault recorder data,over voltage on the insulator strings was *** on the analysis and the calculation,accident cause and the process were presented ***,it comes to the conclusion that the lightning failure was caused by *** wave of the lightning over voltage would spread to the not grounded neutral point of the transformers,and make the neutral protective gap breakdown,then cause freewheeling with the frequency of 50 *** results of the relay protection,the double circuit transmission line all tripped ***,the causes of the accident were proposed that included terrain features,large corner towers,strong thunderstorm weather and poor grounded contact of the tower.
