FPR1 Antagonist (BOC-MLF) Inhibits Amniotic Epithelial-mesenchymal Transition

Objective:Premature rupture of membranes(PROM)is a common pregnancy disorder that is closely associated with structural weakening of fetal *** have found that formyl peptide receptor 1(FPR1)activates inflammatory pathways and amniotic epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),stimulates collagen degradation,and leads to membrane weakening and membrane *** purpose of this study was to investigate the anti-inflammatory and EMT inhibitory effects of FPR1 antagonist(BOC-MLF)to provide a basis for clinical prevention of ***:The relationship between PROM,FPR1,and EMT was analyzed in human fetal membrane tissue and plasma samples using Western blotting,PCR,Masson staining,and ELISA ***(LPS)was used to establish a fetal membrane inflammation model in pregnant rats,and BOC-MLF was used to treat the LPS rat *** detected interleukin(IL)-6 in blood from the rat hearts to determine whether the inflammatory model was successful and whether the anti-inflammatory treatment was *** used electron microscopy to analyze the structure and collagen expression of rat fetal ***:Western blotting,PCR and Masson staining indicated that the expression of FPR1 was significantly increased,the expression of collagen was decreased,and EMT appeared in *** rat model indicated that LPS caused the collapse of fetal membrane epithelial cells,increased intercellular gaps,and decreased ***-MLF promoted an increase in fetal membrane collagen,inhibited EMT,and reduced the weakening of fetal ***:The expression of FPR1 in the fetal membrane of PROM was significantly increased,and EMT of the amniotic membrane was ***-MLF can treat inflammation and inhibit amniotic EMT.

Determination of trace calcium by solid substrate-room temperature phosphorimetry

A new method for the determination of trace calcium by solid substrate-room temperature phosphorimetry is established. It is based on the fact that chromeazurols azurol S-phenanthroline-NaCMC (CAS-phen-NaCMC) system can emit strong and stable room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) on the solid substrate in the filter paper. Ca(2+) and phenanthroline can form complex ion Ca(phen)3(2+), which will form complex [Ca(phen)3(CAS)2] with CAS. In the result, the number of CAS molecules in each spot increased, causing sharp increase of the RTP signal of the CAS-phen-NaCMC system.

Fluorescence "turn-on" Sensing Platform for Glutathione Detection Using Chitosan-Based Glutaraldehyde Non-conjugated Polymers

We established a f uorescence“turn-on”sensing platform for glutathione(GSH)detection utilizing chitosan-based glutaraldehyde non-conjugated polymers(GCPF)as nanomaterials via f uorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET)*** to the overlapping property of absorption spectrum of MnO^(2)nanosheets with f uorescence spectrum of GCPF,f uorescent intensity of GCPF was quenched in the presence of MnO^(2)nanosheets because of FRET *** GSH was added,MnO^(2)nanosheets were reduced and decomposed into large amounts of Mn^(2+)ions owing to reducing property of ***,the quenched f uorescent intensity was turned on ***,this platform based on MnO^(2)nanosheet has been f rst applied to f uorescence“turn-on”detection of GSH from 0.5 to 50μmol/L with sdetection limit of 84 nmol/*** showed high selectivity in GSH detection towards other ions and biomolecules such as L-lysine,L-threonine,L-valine,L-glutamic acid and DL-aspartic *** it was utilized in detecting GSH in serum samples,satisfactory recoveries ranged from 101.5%to 103.2%,indicating the accuracy of this f uorescence“turn-on”platform in bioanalysis.

The study of the hydrodynamic limit of the Boltzmann equation with physical boundary is a challenging problem due to the appearance of the viscous and Knudsen boundary *** this paper,the hydrodynamic limit from the Boltzmann equation with the specular reflection boundary condition to the incompressible Euler equations in a channel is *** on the multi-scaled Hilbert expansion,the equations with boundary conditions and compatibility conditions for interior solutions,and viscous and Knudsen boundary layers are derived under different scaling,***,some uniform estimates for the interior solutions,and viscous and Knudsen boundary layers are *** the help of the L2-L∞framework and the uniform estimates obtained above,the solutions to the Boltzmann equation are constructed by the truncated Hilbert expansion with multiscales,and hence the hydrodynamic limit in the incompressible Euler level is justified.

Photoinduced radical sulfur dioxide insertion with asymmetric cyclization of alkenes: accessing β-chiral sulfones bearing S-stereocentric cyclic sulfinamides

The generation of various β-chiral sulfones bearing chiral cyclic sulfinamides through photoredox-catalyzed sulfur dioxide insertion with asymmetric radical cyclization is described. This method features a broad substrate scope and excellent stereospecificity. Computational studies reveal that the dispersion interaction between sulfinyl group and CH2SO2Ph group plays a crucial role in the stereoselectivity control.

Effect of Pesticides on Certain Soil Biological and Biochemical Indices of a Paddy Soil

A 21-day laboratory incubation experiment was conducted to investigate the impact of pesticides (Triazophos, Butachlor and Jinggangmycin) on a paddy field soil health under controlled moisture (flooded soil) and temperature (25℃) conditions. The electron transport system (ETS)/dehydrogenase activity displayed a negative correlation with pesticides concentrations, and the activity was affected adversely as the concentration of the pesticides increased. The higher doses of pesticides, 5 and 10 folds field rates, significantly inhibited ETS activity, while lower rates failed to produce any significant reducing effect against the control. The relative toxicity level of pesticides in decreasing the ETS activity was in the following order: Triazophos>Jinggangmycin>Butachlor, irrespective of their rates of application. The pesticides caused an improvement in the soil phenol content and it increased with increasing the concentration of agrochemicals. The pesticide incorporation did not produce any significant change in soil protein content. The response of biomass phospholipid content was nearly similar to ETS activity. The phospholipid content was decreased with the addition of pesticides in the given order of Triazophos>Jinggangmycin>Butachlor; and the toxicity was in the order: 10 FR (times of field rate)>5 FR>1.0 FR>0.5 FR>control.

Synergistically enhanced ORR and HER performance on Co-N-C coupled in-situ generated PtCo intermetallic

Integrating multi-scale sites in a composite catalyst is vital to realize efficient ***,a synergistic composite catalyst consisting of Co atomic sites and in-situ generated PtCo intermetallic compounds （IMCs）(o-PtCo@CoNC) is proposed through Co pre-anchoring and subsequent impregnation-reduction *** loading of Co atoms provides a chance for in-situ generating PtCo ordered intermetallic *** remaining Co single atoms and PtCo IMCs construct synergistic electrocatalytic *** from the ordered structure,synergistic effect of Pt Co IMCs and Co single atoms,o-PtCo@CoNC exhibits excellent electrocatalytic performance for oxygen reduction reaction （ORR） and hydrogen evolution reaction （HER） with mass activity of 1.21 A mgPt-1（at 0.9 V） and5.70 A mgPt-1（at an overpotential of 100 mV）,***,o-PtCo@CoNC delivers negligible loss of half-wave potential and overpotential during long-term stability test in acid solutions,with 13 mV decay after 50,000 potential cycles for ORR and a 2.7 mV decay after 20,000 potential cycles for *** integration strategy of single-atomic sites coupled IMCs paves the way for enhancing the activity and durability of Pt-based electrocatalysts.

目的探讨硬膜外麻醉联合多模式镇痛对全身麻醉(以下简称全麻)腹腔镜妇科手术患者免疫功能及高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2022年1月南通大学附属妇幼保健院收治的112例拟行全麻腹腔镜妇科手术患者,分为对照组和研究组,每组56例。研究组给予全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉联合多模式镇痛,对照组给予全身麻醉联合多模式镇痛。分析两组患者术中血流动力学指标的变化,比较两组患者术后疼痛情况,对比两组患者围术期HMGB1、应激反应及免疫功能情况,统计两组患者围术期麻醉药物相关不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者麻醉诱导前、气腹建立后5 min、放气后5 min的心率、平均动脉压(MAP)比较,经重复测量设计的方差分析,结果:①不同时间点的心率、MAP有差异(P0.05)。结论硬膜外麻醉联合多模式镇痛用于全麻腹腔镜妇科手术可稳定术中血流动力学指标,降低术后疼痛,抑制炎症因子HMGB1分泌,减轻免疫抑制及应激反应,且安全性较好。
