A new species of Anastatus Motschulsky, 1859 （Hymenoptera： Eupelmidae）, A. orientalis Yang ＆ Choi, sp. nov. is described from China. It is a solitary endo-parasitoid in egg of the spotted lanternfly, Lycorma delicatula （White）（Homoptera： Fulgoridae）, which causes damages to many ornamental and fruit trees in China. The brief biology of the new parasitoid is also mentioned. The new species has high potential as a biocontrol agent for suppression of the pest because of its parasitism rates of egg masses 30.4% and of eggs 40.2% respectively with sex ratio of female to male 1.9：1.0, as well as the relative easiness for mass rearing. The detailed feature characters and photos of the new species are supplied. Meanwhile, a key to distinguish the present new species from the other close two （A. japonicus and A. bifasciatus） in the genus is provided. Type specimens are deposited in the Insect Museum, Chinese Academy of Forestry, Beijing, China.

The posterior silk gland （PSG） of silkworm is an important organ where fibroin is synthesized and secreted exclusively. Because fibroin constitutes 75-80% of the silk filament, the mechanism governing fibroin secretion, quality and yield of cocoon can be elucidated by the study on the PSG. Using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis （2-DE） and image analysis system, the changes in the protein composition in the PSG cell were investigated on the day 1 （D1） and day 4 （D4） in the 5th instar stage from five different strains of silkworm （Bombyx mori）. While differences at protein level between days and strains were far less than those observed at the gene level using EST analysis. The change trends in protein composition from D1 to D4 were diverse among the different strains. The results suggest that the secretion of fibroin is regulated by multiple proteins. The site of regulation and the proteins responsible for the regulation vary with the strain, which leads to differences between strains in the capacity of fibroin secretion in the PSG cell.

RXS 1232953.9+062814 was identified as a cataclysmic variable by Wei et al. (1999). Four low-resolution spectra of 1RXS J232953.9+062814 were obtained with the 2.16-rn telescope of the National Astronomical Observatories, of which two were at outburst, and two were at quiescence. The system is about 16.8 B and 16.5 V at quiescence, and 12.6 B and 12.6 V at outburst. The quiescent spectra were dominated by double-peaked Balmer emissions, which indicates a hydrogen-rich system with a high-inclination accretion disc. MgH and TiO absorption bands appeared in the quiescent spectrum which implies a companion with a spectral type of early M dwarf. If we take it as a MO dwarf, then the system is located at a distance of 350 pc with a proper motion velocity 150 km s-1. The superhump period of 0.046311 days was confirmed by our V photometry. The short period and the hydrogen-rich nature reveal that this system is another SU Ursae Majoris-type dwarf nova below the period minimum after V485 Centauri. 1RXS J23 2953.9+062814 is one of the most important systems for studying the evolutionary scenario of cataclysmic variables since it is much brighter than V485 Cen.

CTL Responses to Regulatory Proteins Tat and Rev in HIV-1 B’/C Virus-Infected Individuals

Objective To characterize HIV-1 specific CTL responses to regulatory proteins Tat and Rev in HIV-B＇/C virus-infected ART-naive individuals. Methods HIV-1-specific CTL responses were analyzed by IFN-7 ELISPOT assay using overlapping peptides spanning the consensus sequences of HIV-1 clade C Tat and Rev proteins. Statistical analysis and graphical presentation were performed using SIGMAPLOT 10.0 and SIGMASTAT 3.5. For samples with a positive response, the magnitude of CTL responses was compared between HIV-1 C proteins by Wilcoxon rank sum test, and the significance threshold was P〈0.05. Results Tat and Rev were frequently recognized, with 23% and 52% of the tested individuals having detectable responses to these proteins, respectively. Several immunodominant regions were detected in Rev. No significant correlation was observed between the magnitude and breadth of CTL responses to regulatory proteins and the control of virus replication in this study. Conclusion Tat and Rev can serve as targets for HIV-l-specific CTL, and several immunodominant regions are detectable in Rev. Further characterization of epitopes and their role in virus control may shed light on pathogenesis of HIV- 1 natural infection and also be useful for the design and testing of candidate vaccines.

Thermal aging effects on surface of 2.5 Me V Fe ion-irradiated Fe–0.6%Cu alloy were investigated using positron annihilation techniques. The samples were irradiated at 573 K to a dose of 0.1 dpa. Their thermal aging was performed at 573 K for 5, 50 and 100 h. From the results of Doppler broadening measurement, an obvious trough could be seen in near-surface region from the S parameters and inflection point form at S–W curves. This indicates changes in the annihilation mechanism of positrons in surface region after thermal aging. Coincident Doppler broadening indicates that the density of Cu precipitates in the thermal aged samples decreased, due to recovery of the vacancies.

为快速、准确判断和有效抑制双馈感应发电机(double fed induction generator,DFIG)并网经串补输电系统送出发生的次同步控制互作用(sub-synchronous control interaction,SSCI)问题,首先分析了DFIG经串补送出系统SSCI的作用路径,并经数学推导给出了SSCI发生判据。然后,基于该判据,进一步提出了一种基于SSCI事件触发的DFIG次同步附加阻尼控制方法,提出了适用于快速检测需求的次同步频率提取方法;引入了迟滞环节来解决电机参数不确定导致的误判问题,提高方法的鲁棒性;设计了相频特性平滑的带通滤波器,增强了控制方法对频率变化SSCI问题的适用性。最后,进行PSCAD/EMTDC仿真验证,结果表明所提控制方法能够在风速变化、串补度变化及风机参数不确定情况下较好地阻尼SSCI,且由于引入了SSCI事件判断机制,附加控制在未出现SSCI风险时退出运行,不影响风机变流器的主控制功能。与已有的附加阻尼控制方法相比,所提控制方法在较高串补度下仍然具有较好的抑制效果。

Ceramic matrix composites (CMCs) are the preferred materials for solving advanced aerospace high-temperature structural components;it has the comprehensive advantages of higher temperature (~1500˚C) and low density. In service environments, CMCs exhibit complex damage mechanisms and failure modes, which are affected by constituent materials, meso-architecture and inhere defects. In this paper, the in-plane tensile mechanical behavior of a plain-woven SiCf/SiC composite at room and elevated temperatures was investigated, and the factors affecting the tensile strength of the material were discussed in depth. The results show that the tensile modulus and strength of SiCf/SiC composites at high temperature are lower, but the fracture strain increases and the toughness of the composites is enhanced;the stitching holes significantly weaken the tensile strength of the material, resulting in the material is easy to break at the cross-section with stitching holes.

The ex-service steam tubes containing dissimilar metal weld(DMW)between high Cr ferritic steel T91 and austenitic stainless steel TP347H and the ex-service steam tubes containing DMW between low Cr ferritic steel G102 and austenitic stainless steel TP347H were obtained from coal-fired thermal power plants in China,and their microstructures at the nickel-based weld metal(WM)/ferritic steel interfaces and oxidation characteristics were *** operating for 15,000 h at steam temperature of 541 C and steam pressure of 17.5 MPa,a G102/TP347H DMW failed along the WM/G102 steel interface,which was a dangerous premature failure mode without obvious plastic *** interfacial failure was attributed to the interaction between oxidation and cracking along the interface,where fracture appeared to be related with the strain concentration at the *** notch along the WM/G102 steel interface was the precursor of premature interfacial failure of DMW involving *** the DMW involving high Cr ferritic steel T91,ferritic steel side could form a Cr-rich passive film during service and thus would not be further oxidized after operating for 67,000 h at steam temperature of 541 C and steam pressure of 3.5 *** was concluded that oxidation played a more important role in failure of these DMWs,and retarding the development of oxidation and avoiding the interfacial oxide notch would dramatically improve the service performance of steam tubes containing DMWs.

Two types of Mo containing metal-organic frameworks,denoted as Mo@COMOC-4 and PMA@MIL-101（Cr）,were synthesized respectively by a post-synthetic modification and a ship-in-bottle *** catalytic performance of both compounds in the epoxidation of propylene using cumene hydroperoxide（CHP） as oxidant was compared with MoO3@SiO2.A higher conversion（46.2%） and efficiency（87.4%） of CHP was observed for Mo@COMOC-4,whereas the heteropoly acids supported MIL-101 resulted in the decomposition of CHP due to its strong acidic *** tests demonstrated that Mo@COMOC-4 could be reused for multiple runs without significant loss in both activity and stability.
