Background Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)is the leading global cause of respiratory infections and is responsible for about 3 million hospitalizations and more than 100,000 deaths annually in children younger than 5 years,representing a major global healthcare *** is a great unmet need for new agents and universal strategies to prevent RSV infections in early life.A multidisciplinary consensus development group comprising experts in epidemiology,infectious diseases,respiratory medicine,and methodology aims to develop the current consensus to address clinical issues of RSV infections in *** sources The evidence searches and reviews were conducted using electronic databases,including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and the Cochrane Library,using variations in terms for"respiratory syncytial virus","RSV","lower respiratory tract infection","bronchiolitis","acute","viral pneumonia","neonatal","infant""children",and"pediatric".Results Evidence-based recommendations regarding diagnosis,treatment,and prevention were proposed with a high degree of *** supportive care remains the cornerstone for the management of RSV infections,new monoclonal antibodies,vaccines,drug therapies,and viral surveillance techniques are being rolled *** This consensus,based on international and national scientific evidence,reinforces the current recommendations and integrates the recent advances for optimal care and prevention of RSV *** improvements in the management of RSV infections will require generating the highest quality of evidence through rigorously designed studies that possess little bias and sufficient capacity to identify clinically meaningful end points.

2003—2019年重点城市大气中SO_(2)污染趋势分析

目的对4个直辖市、27个省会城市(31个城市)2003年以来大气中SO_(2)污染水平进行分析,提出可行性建议。方法收集国家统计局发布的2003—2019年31个城市SO_(2)年均质量浓度数据,计算SO_(2)年均污染水平下降幅度和年均下降率。SO_(2)污染水平的比较采用Kruskal-Wallis H进行检验,趋势检验采用Daniel趋势检验法。结果2003—2019年31个城市大气中SO_(2)的年均值浓度为(38±24)μg/m^(3),范围为2~152μg/m^(3),总体呈下降趋势(rs=-0.985,P<0.05)。华北、西北、东北和华中污染较重,华东、华南和西南相对较轻。自2003年起,31个城市大气中SO_(2)的年均值水平均达到《环境空气质量标准》的二级标准限值要求(<60μg/m^(3)),自2017年起达到一级标准限值要求(<20μg/m^(3)),自2015年起显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。29个城市(太原和乌鲁木齐除外)SO_(2)平均污染水平达到GB 3095—2012二级标准限值要求,其中4个城市(拉萨、海口、福州、合肥)平均污染水平达到一级标准限值要求;30个城市(拉萨除外)SO_(2)年均质量浓度均呈不同程度的下降,降幅为8%~94%(年均下降率为1%~16%),降幅最大的前5个城市分别为重庆、北京、乌鲁木齐、长沙和石家庄,降幅在90%以上(年均下降率为13%~16%),25个城市(除拉萨、沈阳、西宁、合肥、长春、银川除外)年度下降趋势比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2003—2019年中国大气SO_(2)污染防治工作取得阶段成果,今后应继续加强监管,采取措施减少污染物排放。

英国早产儿视网膜病变的筛查和治疗指南2022更新版由英国皇家儿科与儿童健康学院和皇家眼科学院的多学科指南制订小组按照英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所标准制订,于2022年3月发表在英国皇家儿科与儿童健康学院网站和皇家眼科学院网站,2023年3月在Early Human Development杂志正式发表。该指南对早产儿视网膜病变的筛查及治疗进行了循证推荐和建议。与更新前的指南相比,2022更新版最重要的变化是将胎龄筛查标准降至31周以下;治疗部分涵盖了早产儿视网膜病变的治疗适应证、时间、方法及随诊。该文对该指南进行解读并与国内早产儿视网膜病变指南/共识进行比较,为国内同行提供参考和借鉴。

除草与磷肥用量对油菜和杂草生长及磷肥利用率的影响

油菜产量潜力受草害、肥料等影响,优化杂草管理和磷肥用量在直播油菜种植中发挥着关键作用。在湖北省武汉市开展田间试验,设置2种杂草管理措施(不除草、除草)和4个施磷水平(P_(2)O_(5)0、45、90、135 kg·hm^(-2),分别用P_(0)、P_(45)、P_(90)、P_(135)表示),测定油菜籽产量、产量构成因子、油菜和杂草的生物量及磷积累量,并分析磷肥利用率。结果表明,不论除草与否,P_(90)处理油菜籽产量最高,且与不除草相比,除草后P_(90)油菜籽产量提高了66.3%,施磷和除草均主要通过增加收获密度和单株角果数来促进增产。不论除草与否,在施磷90 kg·hm^(-2)范围内,油菜和杂草的生物量及磷积累量均随施磷量的增加显著增加,除草后更有利于提高油菜相对于杂草的生物量和磷素竞争力;与不除草相比,除草后3个时期的杂草生物量在总生物量中的占比分别平均降低了58.8%、67.1%和60.4%;此外,不除草时杂草磷积累量占总磷积累量的42.0%~62.0%,而除草后这种比值随着生育期进程的推进不断缩小。除草和施磷对油菜磷肥利用率存在显著的交互效应,与不除草相比,除草后油菜的磷肥利用率平均增加了18.2%。在油菜-杂草农田体系中,直播油菜田中杂草养分吸收的情况需要引起重视,除草和施磷可以显著提高油菜的生物量和磷积累量,增加油菜在总体系中的磷肥利用率占比,从空间和养分上削弱杂草的竞争优势,有效地提高油菜产量和磷肥利用率。

Deformation behavior and microstructure of an Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr alloy during hot deformation

The hot deformation behavior and microstructures of Al-7055 commercial alloy were investigated by axisymmetric hot compres- sion at temperatures ranging from 300℃ to 450℃ and strain rates from 10^-2 to 10 s^-1, respectively. Microstructures of deformed 7055 alloy were investigated by transmission electron microscopy （TEM）. The dependence of peak stress on deformation temperature and strain rate can be expressed by the hyperbolic-sine type equation. The hot deformation activation energy of the alloy is 146 kJ/mol. Moreover, the flow stress curves predicted by the modified constitutive equations are reasonably consistent with the experimental results, which confirms that the proposed deformation constitutive equations can provide evidence for the selection of hot forming parameters. TEM results indicate that dy- namic recovery is the main softening mechanism during hot deformation.

Abstract The microstructure evolution and composition distribution of as-cast and homogenized 2099 aluminumlithium （Al-Li） alloy were studied by optical microscopy （OM）, differential thermal analysis （DTA）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, energy dispersive spectrometry （EDS）, area and line scanning, X-ray diffraction （XRD）, and Vickers microhardness test methods. The results show that severe dendrite exists in the as-cast alloy. Cu, Zn, Mn, and Mg distribute unevenly from the grain boundary to inside. The low-melting point nonequilibrium eutectic phases dis- solve into the matrix during the first-step homogenization, whereas the melting point of residual eutectic phases is elevated. After the second-step homogenization, most of the remaining eutectic phases dissolve into the matrix, except a small amount of A1-Cu-Fe phases. An optimized homogenization process of the 2099 A1-Li alloy is developed （515℃ - 18 h ＋ 525℃ - 16 h）, which shows a good agreement with the homogenization kinetic analysis results.

Bibliometric profile of neurogenic bladder in the literature:a 20-year bibliometric analysis

Neurogenic bladder is a dysfunction of the lower urinary tract caused by nervous system disor- der. We investigated the trends in publication of articles under the topic ＂neurogenic bladder＂ using bibliometric analysis. Articles on neurogenic bladder, published between 1995 and 2014, were retrieved from the ISI Web of Science citation database. We analyzed the search results for authors, countries, institutions, journals, and top-cited papers. A total of 1,904 articles were re- trieved. There was a small increase in the number of articles on neurogenic bladder from 1995 （n = 43） to 2014 （n = 117）. The USA was the leading country in the total number of articles （n = 598）. However, the number of publications from China has rapidly increased, and China was ranked second in 2014. Emmanuel Chartier-Kastler （n = 65） was the most productive author, and University of Paris VI （Paris 6）（n = 61） was the most productive institution. The Journal of Urology published the greatest number of artides on this topic （n = 285）. Articles on neurogenic bladder were often published in a professional journal under the category Urology ＆ Nephrology, Neurosciences ＆ Neurology, or Rehabilitation. Visualization analysis based on co-citation networks was conducted using CiteSpace III. Visualization analysis revealed that the hot spots in neurogenic bladder were botulinum toxin-A, prazosin, bethanechol, and afferent pathways. These findings provide new insight into the publication trends and hot spots in neurogenic bladder.
