In this work, we developed a templated self-assembly approach to fabricate self-supporting Au/TiO2 binary nanoparticles-nanotubes （NPNTs） for the first time. The stable Au/TiO2 nanoparticles colloids were pre-synthesized and then deposited onto an AAO template, following by a mild calcination process. Au/TiO2 binary NPNTs can be achieved after removing the AAO template by NaOH solution. In addition, Au/TiO2 NPNTs with different thicknesses and size distributions could be achieved by tailoring the process parameters, such as the molar ratio of AuNPs to TiO2NPs, deposition modes and calcinations conditions. Therefore, these findings made controllable formation of Au/TiO2 NPNTs attractive for promising fabrication methodologies of metal/metal oxides NPNTs.

Thin-layer heap bioleaching of copper flotation tailings containing high levels of fine grains and microbial community succession analysis

Thin-layer heap bioleaching of copper flotation tailings containing high levels of fine grains was carried out by mixed cultures on a small scale over a period of 210 d. Lump ores as a framework were loaded at the bottom of the ore heap. The overall copper leaching rates of tailings and lump ores were 57.10wt% and 65.52wt%, respectively. The dynamic shifts of microbial community structures about attached microorganisms were determined using the Illumina MiSeq sequencing platform based on 16S rRNA amplification strategy. The results indicated that chemolithotrophic genera Acidithiobacillus and Leptospirillum were always detected and dominated the microbial community in the initial and middle stages of the heap bioleaching process; both genera might be responsible for improving the copper extraction. However, Thermogymnomonas and Ferroplasma increased gradually in the final stage. Moreover, the effects of various physicochemical parameters and microbial community shifts on the leaching efficiency were further investigated and these associations provided some important clues for facilitating the effective application of bioleaching. © 2017, University of Science and Technology Beijing and Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

Low temperature(77 K)photoluminescence measurements have been performed on different GaAs substrates to evaluate the GaAs crystal *** defect-related luminescence peaks have been observed,including 1.452 eV,1.476 eV,1.326 eV peaks deriving from 78 meV GaAs antisite defects,and 1.372 eV,1.289 eV peaks resulting from As vacancy related *** in photoluminescence emission intensity and emission energy as a function of temperature and excitation power lead to the identification of the defect *** luminescence mechanisms of the defect states were studied by photoluminescence spectroscopy and the growth quality of GaAs crystal was evaluated.

The problem of resource allocation in multiuser orthogonal frequency division multiplexing （OFDM） system is a combinatorial optimization problem,difficult to obtain optimal solutions in polynomial time. For the sake of reducing complexity,it can be solved either by relaxing constraints and making use of linear algorithms or by metaheuristic methods. In this paper,an algorithm based on ant colony optimization （ACO）,which is a typical algorithm of metaheuristic methods,is proposed for the problem,utilizing excellent search performance of ACO to obtain good solutions. In addition,a parameter is applied to balance the efficiency and fairness of resource allocation. Performance analysis between algorithms based on ACO and genetic algorithm （GA） is carried out,indicating that the proposed algorithm based on ACO outperforms traditional linear algorithms as well as GA in the system throughput with assurance of fairness simultaneously,being as a promising technology for OFDM resource allocation.

五羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)是脑肠轴调控路径中的一个重要组成部分.5-HT信号系统在多种胃肠道疾病的发病机制中扮演重要的角色,参与调节胃肠运动、感觉及分泌等功能.5-HT的合成、释放、与特异性受体结合及再摄取过程中任意一个环节发生异常,均与胃肠道功能紊乱的发生密切相关,其不仅在功能性疾病中存在作用,与器质性疾病也有很大的关系.临床上5-HT受体激动剂、拮抗剂及选择性再摄取抑制剂已被广泛运用到多种胃肠道疾病的治疗中.本文阐述了5-HT信号系统与胃肠道疾病病理生理的关系,从而研究5-HT受体在胃肠道中的作用及其相关药物的临床效用,为胃肠道疾病的防治提供理论依据.

Tumor suppressor p53-mediated cell cycle arrest and DNA damage repair may exert cytoprotective effects against cancer therapies, including WEE1 inhibition. Considering that p53 activation can also lead to multiple types of cell death, the role of this tumor suppressor in WEE1 inhibitor-based therapies remains disputed. In this study, we reported that nucleolar stress-mediated p53 activation enhanced the WEE1 inhibitor AZD1775-induced ferroptosis to suppress lung cancer growth. Our findings showed that AZD1775 promoted ferroptosis by blocking cystine uptake, an action similar to that of Erastin. Meanwhile, inhibition of WEE1 by the WEE1 inhibitors or si RNAs induced compensatory upregulation of SLC7A11, which conferred resistance to ferroptosis. Mechanistically, AZD1775 prevented the enrichment of H3K9me3, a histone marker of transcriptional repression, on the SLC7A11 promoter by repressing the expression of the histone methyltransferase SETDB1, thereby enhancing NRF2-mediated SLC7A11 transcription. This finding was also validated using the H3K9me3 inhibitor BRD4770. Remarkably, we found that the nucleolar stress-inducing agent Actinomycin D(Act. D) inhibited SLC7A11 expression by activating p53, thus augmenting AZD1775-induced ferroptosis. Moreover, the combination of AZD1775 and Act. D synergistically suppressed wild-type p53-harboring lung cancer cell growth both in vitro and in vivo. Altogether, our study demonstrates that AZD1775 promotes ferroptosis by targeting cystine uptake but also mediates the adaptive activation of SLC7A11 through the WEE1-SETDB1 cascade and NRF2-induced transcription, and inhibition of SLC7A11 by Act. D boosts the anti-tumor efficacy of AZD1775 by enhancing ferroptosis in cancers with wild-type p53.

Comparative study on bioleaching of two different types of low-grade copper tailings by mixed moderate thermophiles

The bioleaching of two different types of low-grade copper tailings,acid-leaching tailings(ALT)and copper flotation tailings(CFT)by mixed moderate thermophiles,and the variation of mineralogical and microbiological characteristics during their dissolution processes were comparatively *** showed that bioleaching behaviors of the two types of tailings were significantly *** ALT bioleaching,lower redox potential,higher[Fe3+]/[Fe2+]ratio and higher cell density in solution were *** resulted in higher total copper,primary copper sulfide and secondary copper sulfide extractions,compared with CFT bioleaching.X-ray diffraction analysis suggested that gypsum and some metal organic complexes were detected in CFT bioleaching,which could cause the sluggish oxidation of sulphide *** shifts of microbial community in the leachates and leaching residues varied greatly between ALT and CFT *** percentage of iron-oxidizing bacteria in ALT bioleaching was higher than that of CFT,but the sulfur-oxidizing bacteria percentage was the *** archaeon *** L1 was detected in ALT but not in CFT.

提出了一种实现固定空间输出位置同步辐射双晶单色器的方法及联动机构。分析了基于Bragg衍射原理的此类X射线双晶单色器发展状况,尤其是在能量扫描过程中,通过运动补偿实现出射光束方向与位置固定的方法,总结了各种机械联动机构。在综合凸轮耦合运动机构及直角联动机构运动特点基础上,详细描述了国家同步辐射实验室成功研制的X射线双晶单色器L型联动机构特征,其融合了二者的优点,简化了结构与运动,重点分析了其结构原理与运动关系,以及机构运动的实现与第二晶体自身微调,并对其性能做了进一步的讨论。测试结果表明,L型联动机构完全适用于实现3.1-12.4 keV整个能量范围的全谱扫描实验研究。
