Behavioral division is essential for the sustainability and reproduction of honeybee *** accumulating evidence has documented that antibiotic exposure interferes with bee behavioral divisions,how the gut microbiome,host physiology,and genetic regulation are implicated in this process remains ***,by constructing single-cohort colonies,we validated that the gut microbiota varied in composition between age-matched nurse and forager *** the gut microbiota with a low dose of antibiotic retained the gut bacterial size,but the structure of the microbial community continuously diverged from the control group after antibiotic *** foragers were observed in the antibiotic groups in the field experiment.A combinatorial effect of decreased gut metabolic gene repertoires,reduced brain neurotransmitter titers,and downregulated brain immune genes could potentially be related to behavioral tasks transition *** work indicates that the disturbance to both the gut microbiome and host physiologies after antibiotic exposure may have implications on social behavior development,highlighting the need for further research focusing on antibiotic pollution threatening the honeybee population's health.

肿瘤异质化和每位患者的特异性是肿瘤研究和治疗中的重要挑战,而个性化精准诊疗是解决这一挑战的关键途径之一.本研究中,设计制备了基于聚氨基酸的肿瘤靶向传递体系,利用ε-聚-L-赖氨酸负载敲除促进肿瘤发展的黏蛋白1(MUC1)的CRISPR-Cas9质粒,外层修饰键接了AS1411适配子的透明质酸,通过靶向肿瘤细胞表面过表达的核仁素(nucleolin)和CD44实现对肿瘤细胞的特异性高效传递和基因编辑.进一步,利用这一靶向传递载体负载检测MUC1、肺转移标志物组织蛋白酶C(CTSC)、骨转移标志物锯齿状典型Notch配体1(JAG1)的mRNA的3种分子信标,对基因编辑效果进行检测.针对肿瘤细胞系BT549及乳腺癌患者外周血中的循环恶性细胞开展了基因编辑及疗效评估研究,结果表明,基因编辑传递体系可以有效靶向恶性细胞,敲除MUC1基因,抑制MUC1的表达、显著下调肺转移和骨转移标志物.本研究利用少量全血进行个性化体外研究,可便捷高效地评估特定治疗措施的疗效,为肿瘤个性化精准治疗提供依据和参考.

流动注射分析法测定生活饮用水中挥发酚

目的建立高效、方便、快捷的生活饮用水中挥发酚的测定方法。方法按照《生活饮用水标准检验方法水样的采集与保存》GB/T 5750-2006采集样品,采用全自动流动注射分析仪分析水中挥发酚;用挥发酚质控样做参照,比较流动注射分析法与4-氨基安替比林三氯甲烷萃取分光光度法两种方法的优劣。结果流动注射分析法检测结果的线性范围为2~50μg/L,r=0.9996,低、中、高3个不同加标浓度,回收率为98.0%~102.0%,检出限0.80μg/L,准确度和精密度较好,满足实验要求;两种方法测定挥发酚质控样结果无明显差异。结论该方法具有样品量少、操作简便、安全可靠、检出限低、效率高的特点,适用于测定生活饮用水中挥发酚及大批量样品。

The miR172a–SNB module orchestrates both induced and adult-plant resistance to multiple diseases via MYB30-mediated lignin accumulation in rice

Plants mount induced resistance and adult-plant resistance against different pathogens throughout the whole growth *** production faces threats from multiple major diseases,including rice blast,sheath blight,and bacterial leaf ***,we report that the miR172a–SNB–MYB30 module regulates both induced and adult-plant resistance to these three major diseases via lignification in ***,pathogen infections induce the expression of miR172a,which downregulates the transcription factor SNB to release its suppression of MYB30,leading to an increase in lignin biosynthesis and disease resistance throughout the whole growth ***,expression levels of miR172a and MYB30 gradually increase and are consistently correlated with lignin contents and disease resistance during rice development,reaching a peak at full maturity,whereas SNB RNA levels are negatively correlated with lignin contents and disease resistance,indicating the involvement of the miR172a–SNB–MYB30 module in adult-plant *** functional domain of SNB protein and its binding sites in the MYB30 promoter are highly conserved among more than 4000 rice accessions,while abnormal expression of miR172a,SNB,or MYB30 compromises yield traits,suggesting artificial selection of the miR172a–SNB–MYB30 module during rice *** together,these results reveal a novel role for a conserved miRNA-regulated module that contributes significantly to induced and adult-plant resistance against multiple pathogens by increasing lignin accumulation,deepening our understanding of broad-spectrum resistance and adult-plant resistance.

The textured roll and polished roll were applied instead of the ground roll in a 20-high mill to conduct two-pass rolling of 316L stainless steel strip with thickness of 0.027 *** the two-pass rolling with the textured roll and polished roll(TPR),the surface roughness of the strip is dramatically reduced,and the surface topographical anisotropy index is diminished to 30.9%of the initial *** with the strip rolled using the ground roll in both passes(GGR),the elongation of TPR rolled strip is obviously improved,and the mechanical property anisotropy is greatly *** anisotropy index of tensile strength and elongation are 42.58%and 52.59%of that of GGR rolled strip,which is mainly attributed to the significant decrease of the texture intensity of the strip by TPR *** results indicate that TPR process can obtain the stainless steel ultra-thin strip with smooth and uniform surface topography and good mechanical properties.

Preparation of Co/S co-doped carbon catalysts for excellent methylene blue degradation

S and Co co-doped carbon catalysts were prepared via pyrolysis of MOF-71 and thiourea mixtures at 800℃at a mass ratio of MOF-71 to thiourea of 1:0.1 to effectively activate peroxymonosulfate(PMS)for methylene blue(MB)*** effects of two different mixing routes were identified on the MB degradation ***,the catalyst obtained by the alcohol solvent evaporation(MOF-AEP)mixing route could degrade 95.60%MB(50 mg/L)within 4 min(degradation rate:K=0.78 min^(-1)),which was faster than that derived from the direct grinding method(MOF-DGP,80.97%,K=0.39 min^(-1)).X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy revealed that the Co-S content of MOF-AEP(43.39at%)was less than that of MOF-DGP(54.73at%),and the proportion of C-S-C in MOF-AEP(13.56at%)was higher than that of MOF-DGP(10.67at%).Density functional theory calculations revealed that the adsorption energy of Co for PMS was -2.94 eV when sulfur was doped as C-S-C on the carbon skeleton,which was higher than that when sulfur was doped next to cobalt in the form of Co-S bond(-2.86 eV).Thus,the C-S-C sites might provide more contributions to activate PMS compared with ***,the degradation parameters,including pH and MOF-AEP dosage,were ***,radical quenching experiments and electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)measurements revealed that ^(1)O_(2)might be the primary catalytic species,whereas·O~(2-)might be the secondary one in degrading MB.

This study focuses on the electrical properties and microstructure of polypropylene(PP)-based blends used for cable insulation in nuclear power plants(NPPs).The PP-based blend,comprising isotactic PP and propylene-based elastomer(PBE)at concentrations ranging from 0 to 50 wt%,underwent a melt blending process and subsequent cobalt-60 gamma-ray irradiation with doses ranging from 0 to 250 *** conductivity,trap distribution,and alternating(AC)breakdown strength were chosen to assess the insulation *** results indicate that the addition of PBE significantly improves the electrical properties of PP under *** PP,the electrical conductivity increased with irradiation,whereas the trap depth and breakdown strength decreased ***,for the blend,these changes initially exhibit opposite *** the irradiation was increased to 250 kGy,the AC breakdown strength of the blend improved by more than 21%compared to that of *** physical and chemical structures of the samples were investigated to explore the improvement *** results offer insights into the design of new cable-insulation materials suitable for NPPs.

Efficacy and Safety of Zihua Wenfei Zhisou Granule in Treatment of Postinfectious Cough: A Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Phase Ⅱ Clinical Trial

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine(CM) Zihua Wenfei Zhisou Granule(ZWZG) in postinfectious cough(PIC) patients with CM syndrome of wind-cold invading Fei(Lung,WCIF). Methods: This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo-controlled phase Ⅱclinical trial. PIC patients with WCIF syndrome were recruited from the Respiratory Departments in 6 hospitals across China between March 2019 and December 2020. Eligible patients were randomly assigned to group A(ZWZG-matched placebo 15 g), group B(active ZWZG 15 g), and group C(active ZWZG 10 g plus ZWZGmatched placebo 5 g) in a 1:1:1 ratio. All medications were taken orally 3 times daily for 14 consecutive days. The primary outcomes were cough relief rate and cough disappearance rate. The secondary outcomes included time to cough relief, time to cough disappearance, and changes in cough symptom score(CSS), cough Visual Analog Scale(VAS) value, Cough-Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire(CQLQ) score, and CM syndrome score from baseline(day 0) to post-treatment(day 14). Adverse events(AEs) in each group were recorded. Results: A total of 198 patients were included in the full analysis set(FAS) and safety analysis set(SS), while 183 were enrolled in the per-protocol analysis set(PPS). In the FAS population, the cough relief rate was 47.76%, 90.77% and 84.85%in groups A, B, and C, respectively;while the cough disappearance rate was 31.34%, 72.31% and 68.18%,respectively. Burden of mental disorders and risk factors in the Western Pacific region from 1990 to 2021

BACKGROUND The burden of mental disorders(MD)in the Western Pacific Region(WPR)re-mains a critical public health concern,with substantial variations across demogra-phics and *** To analyze the burden of MD in the WPR from 1990 to 2021,along with associated risk factors,to reveal changing trends and emerging *** We used data from the Global Burden of disease 2021,analyzing prevalence,incidence,and disability-adjusted life years(DALYs)of MD from 1990 to *** methods included age-standardisation and uncertainty analysis to address variations in population structure and data *** Between 1990 and 2021,the prevalence of MD rose from 174.40 million cases[95%uncertainty interval(UI):160.17-189.84]to 234.90 million cases(95%UI:219.04-252.50),with corresponding DALYs increasing from 22.8 million(95%UI:17.22-28.79)to 32.07 million(95%UI:24.50-40.68).During this period,the burden of MD shifted towards older age *** and anxiety disorders were predominant,with females showing higher DALYs for depressive and anxiety disorders,and males more affected by conduct disorders,attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder,and autism spectrum ***,New Zealand,and Malaysia reported the highest burdens,whereas Vietnam,China,and Brunei Darussalam reported the ***,childhood sexual abuse and bullying,and intimate partner violence emerged as significant risk *** This study highlights the significant burden of MD in the WPR,with variations by age,gender,and *** coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic has exacerbated the situation,emphasizing the need for a coordinated response.
