On the basis of the uniform design method, six kinds of martensitic hot work die steels were designed. The phase transformation temperatures including Ac1 , Ac3 , and Ms were measured by DIL805A quenching dilatometer. The influences of the main elements on phase transformation temperatures were analyzed by quadratic stepwise regression analysis, and three corresponding equations were obtained. These equations, in which the interactions of the elements were considered, showed more effectiveness than the traditional ones. In addition, the thermal expansion coefficients of these steels in annealed state and quenched state were also obtained during the tests. The influences of chemical composition and temperature on the thermal expansion coefficient were analyzed; the equations obtained were verified by using several kinds of steels. The predicted values were in accordance with the results of the experiments.

In order to meet the demand of prehardened steel for large section plastic mould and save energy, a nonquenched prehardened （NQP） steel is developed. The temperature field of a large block is researched by finite element method simulation and 9 test steels are designed in the laboratory. Their microstructures and hardness are investigated when they are air cooled and control cooled at cooling rate similar to the simulation. The result shows that the hardness uniformity through section is closely correlated to bainitic hardenability for the NQP steel, and the hardness of one test steel （0.27C-1.95Mn-1.04Cr-0.45Mo-0.1V） fluctuates between HRC 40 and 43 under both cooling conditions. The test steel has better machinability compared with C45 steel, and the NQP steel is produced successfully in the factory based on the laboratory results. Its microstructure is bainite, and it is distributed uniformly through the size of 460 mm×800 mm×3 200 mm.

The selective hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated（HCN） channel blocker 4-（N-ethyl-N-phenylamino）-1,2-dimethyl-6-（methylamino） pyrimidinium chloride（ZD7288） blocks the induction of long-term potentiation in the perforant path-CA3 region in rat hippocampus in vivo. To explore the mechanisms underlying the action of ZD7288, we recorded excitatory postsynaptic potentials in perforant path-CA3 synapses in male Sprague-Dawley rats. We measured glutamate content in the hippocampus and in cultured hippocampal neurons using high performance liquid chromatography, and determined intracellular Ca2＋ concentration（[Ca2＋]i） using Fura-2. ZD7288 inhibited the induction and maintenance of long-term potentiation, and these effects were mirrored by the nonspecific HCN channel blocker cesium. ZD7288 also decreased glutamate release in hippocampal tissue and in cultured hippocampal neurons. Furthermore, ZD7288 attenuated glutamate-induced rises in [Ca2＋]i in a concentration-dependent manner and reversed 8-Br-c AMP-mediated facilitation of these glutamate-induced [Ca2＋]i rises. Our results suggest that ZD7288 inhibits hippocampal synaptic plasticity both glutamate release and resultant [Ca2＋]i increases in rat hippocampal neurons.

AIM: To explore the possible mechanism of β-amyloid (Aβ)-induced apoptosis in rat cortical neurons and the protective effect of ginsenoside Rg1. METHODS: AO-EB staining was used to quantify the apoptotic cells. DNA fragmentation was observed by gel electrophoresis. The levels of cyclin-dependent kinases-4 (CDK4) and phosphorylated pRB were detected by Western blot. RT-PCR was used to examine the expression of E2FI mRNA. RESULTS: Treatment with Aβ1-40at the concentration of 20, 40, 80 mg/L for 48 h induced rat cortical neuron poptosis from 12.5％±1.5％(control) to 22.3％±1.4％, 38.8％±1.3％, 36.7％±1.4％, respectively. Pretreatment with Rg1at the dose of 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 μmol/L for 24 h, then treatment with Aβ1-4040 mg/L for 24 h, the percentage of apoptotic neurons decreased from 38.8％±1.3％ to 14.5％±1.3％, 13.3％±1.0％, 11.6％±0.29％, 11.8％±1.0％, 6.2％±0.8％, 5.8％±0.8％, respectively. ＜正＞Purpose The present study was undertaken to examine the amplification and expression status of Cksl in breast cancer and its *** The amplification and expression status of Cksl gene was examined by FISH,Real-time PCR and Immunohistochemistry,*** interference was used to detect the effects of Cksl on migration,invasion, cell cycle progress and apoptosis of breast cancer cells. Results Cksl gene amplification was highly correlated with protein *** of Cksl was strongly associated with lymph node metastasis and poor prognosisr. Knockdown of Cksl expression by RNA interference inhibited the cell cycle progress,migration and invasion ability of breast cancer ***,overexpression of Cksl inhibited apoptosis of breast cancer cells through MEK-Erk pathway. Conclusion These data suggest that Cksl is an oncogene in the 1q21 amplicon and may play an important role for breast cancer development.

This editorial discusses a case report recently published in the World Journal of Clinical *** report describes the clinical presentation,imaging,diagnosis,and treatment of a patient with tuberous sclerosis complex(TSC)combined with primary lymphedema(PLE).Additionally,it retrospectively analyzes the data of 16 previously reported cases of children with TSC combined with PLE to summarize the epidemiology,genetic diagnosis,and current main treatments of these *** report also speculates on the pathological and physiological mechanisms underlying TSC combined with *** combined with PLE is rare;therefore,the report provides a theoretical basis for understanding the pathophysiological mechanisms and treatment options for patients with TSC and *** clinical management of TSC is essential due to the diverse and multiorgan nature of its manifestations,often requiring a multidisciplinary approach for newly diagnosed cases.

Herein, the de novo synthesis of atropisomeric benzofurans through the Cu/spirocyclic-pyrrolidine-oxazoline(SPDO) complex catalyze asymmetric formal [3 + 2] cycloaddition between quinones and ynamides is explored, producing a range of structurally diverse axially chiral benzofurans in satisfactory yields with good to excellent enantioselectivities. Furthermore, density functional theory calculations were applied to explain the possible reaction mechanism.
