It is a great challenge to modulate purely organic fluorescence-phosphorescence dual emission in aqueous solution because the excited singlet and triplet states are in competition with each other. Herein, we report a crystalline 1:2 host-guest formed by selfassembly of 4-(4-bromophenyl)-pyridinium derivatives and cucurbit[8]uril, in which a rigid environment rich in weak interactions is directly demonstrated. Due to the inhibition of non-radiative transition and stabilization of triplet exciton in the crystalline environment, the crystalline inclusion complex exhibits ultralong room-temperature phosphorescence lifetime of 3.21 ms with an room-temperature phosphorescence(RTP) quantum yield up to 16.29%. Interestingly, the crystalline 1:2 hostguest complex demonstrates the ability of rapid identification and sensitive fluorescence-phosphorescence ratiometric detection behavior toward phenethylamine, a drug analogue, with a limit of detection as low as 27.5 nM. We believe that this study will undoubtedly broaden the utilizing scopes of RTP and offer a novel avenue for psychoactive substances monitoring.

---For a saturated iron core fault current limiter, superconductor is the only suitable material to make the dc bias coil, especially when the device is used in a high voltage power grid. Commonly, superconducting wires are used to wind the dc bias coil Since the performance of the wires changes greatly under magnetic fields, the calculation of the field spatial distraction is essential to the optimization of the superconducting magnet. A superconducting coil with 141000 ampere-turns magnetizing capacity made of 17600 meters of BSCCO 2223 HTS tapes was fabricated. This coil was built for a 35 kV/90 MVA saturated iron-core fault current limiter. Computer simulations on magnetic field distribution were carried out to optimize the structural design, and experiments were done to verify the performance of the coil The configuration and the key parameters of the coil will be reported in this paper.

基于金属有机骨架的分子印迹聚合物,因兼具金属有机骨架材料的大比表面积、可设计性、功能多样性及分子印迹聚合物的预定性、选择性,越来越多的应用于食品检测中,成为研究的热点之一。该文综述了近五年来基于金属有机骨架的分子印迹聚合物在食品检测中的应用研究进展,主要包括两方面,一方面应用于构建食品快速检测的电化学传感器、荧光传感器;一方面作为样品前处理材料应用于固相萃取、磁性固相萃取、固相微萃取、基质固相分散萃取等前处理技术,并对该复合材料存在的问题及未来在食品检测中的发展趋势进行了讨论与展望。

Programmed silencing ofγ-globin genes in adult erythropoiesis is mediated by several chromatin remodeling complexes,which determine the stage-specific genome architecture in this *** of cis-or trans-acting mutations contributing to the diverse extent of fetal hemoglobin(Hb F)might illustrate the underlying mechanism ofγ-β-globin ***,we recruit a cohort of 1142β-thalassemia patients and dissect the natural variants in the wholeβ-globin gene cluster through a targeted next-generation sequencing panel.A previously unreported SNP rs7948668,predicted to disrupt the binding motif of IKAROS as a key component of chromatin remodeling complexes,is identified to be significantly associated with higher levels of Hb F and age at ***-editing on this SNP leads to the elevation of Hb F in both HUDEP-2 and primary CD34+cells while the extent of elevation is amplified in the context ofβ-thalassemia mutations,indicating epistasis effects of the SNP in the regulation of Hb ***,we perform ChIP-qPCR and 4C assays to prove that this variant disrupts the binding motif of IKAROS,leading to enhanced competitiveness of HBG promoters to locus control *** study highlights the significance of common regulatory SNPs and provides potential targets for treatingβ-hemoglobinopathy.

采用溶剂热法合成新型金属有机骨架材料UiO-66-NH_(2),建立基于UiO-66-NH_(2)的固相萃取-高效液相色谱同时检测水产品中5种氟喹诺酮类药物残留的方法。样品经体积分数1.0%甲酸-乙腈溶液提取,正己烷脱脂,提取液旋蒸浓缩后,采用pH 8.0的氨水溶液复溶,经装有30 mg UiO-66-NH_(2)的固相萃取柱富集净化,6 mL 20%乙酸-甲醇溶液洗脱,氮吹近干复溶后,利用高效液相色谱-荧光检测器检测。在建立的实验条件下,5种FQs在0.005~0.50 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,决定系数(R^(2))为0.999 9~1.0,回收率为81.4%~104.8%,相对标准偏差为1.29%~4.93%,检出限为0.21~2.05μg/kg。制备的固相萃取柱可重复使用达5次,绿色环保、经济成本低,所建立的方法具有良好的准确度、精密度、重现性及选择性,适用于水产品中多种痕量氟喹诺酮类药残的同时检测。

试验阐明了不同施肥处理对双低早熟杂交油菜“阳光131”、中晚熟杂交油菜“大地199”产量及相关经济性状的影响,为双低早熟杂交油菜和中晚杂交油菜迟播条件下合理施肥提供依据。结果表明,两品种不同施肥处理的生物学产量先减后增再降,早熟油菜品种迟播比中晚熟油菜品种生物学量生长积累更快;高密高肥条件下油菜菌核病发病重,早熟油菜更易发病;不同施肥处理中,667 m^(2)施复合肥(15-15-15)30 kg和尿素7.5 kg作基肥,五叶期追施尿素5.8 kg,蕾薹期追施氯化钾5 kg处理的产量较高,增施NPK肥的处理,杂交油菜产量相应提高,NPK施肥水平达到一定的量,油菜产量不增反减,匹配最佳的肥料比产生最大的效果。

The bubble plume is an important flow phenomenon, ubiquitous in many fields. The non-uniform bubbles in a plume are often simply considered as uniform and moving with a same slip velocity in an integral model. This study aims to have a better understanding of the behavior of the non-uniform bubbles in a plume. A set of experiments are conducted in a transparent water tank, in which the air plumes are generated through different injectors to vary the spectrum of the bubble size. The shadow images of the bubbles are simultaneously recorded with the illumination of a plane backlight. The algorithm used in the image analysis for tracing the bubbles is a newly developed multi-frame method based on the predictor-corrector method, with a good accuracy in estimating the size and the velocity of the overlapped bubbles based on the bubble shadow images. The bubbles are divided into several groups by their equivalent diameters with an interval of 0.5 mm. The spectrums of the bubble size and the void fraction are measured. It is found that the bubbles of different sizes show different dynamics features, resulting in a difference in the radial distribution. It is shown that the large bubbles gather in the center of the plume, while the medium bubbles spread the widest and even wider than the small bubbles. The difference can be explained by the effects of the transverse lift force and the amplitude of the bubble oscillation.
