In the lead halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs),the redox reaction of I-and Pb^(2+) ions in perovskite materials under the fabrication and operation processes causes the formation of defects to destroy the cell efficiency and long-term ***,we have employed a Co(Ⅱ)sulfophenyl porphyrin(CoTPPS)to modify the perovskite *** sulfonic group could coordinate with Pb2+to efficiently passivate the uncoordinated Pb^(2+).Additionally,Co^(2+) ions in CoTPPS could react with I^(2) generated under the thermal and light stress to yield the Co^(3+) and I^(-),thus achieving the regeneration of I^(-) in perovskite ***,the CoTPPS could realize the targeted management of the imperfections in perovskite *** a result,the modified PSCs reveal the remarkably enhanced cell *** importantly,the CoTPPS modified device retains 75%of its initial efficiency value storing at 85℃for 2000 h and about 70%of its efficiency when being continuously illuminated at a simulated sunlight for 1200 *** strategy tackles the chemical reaction and inhibits the defect generation,thus improving the operational stability and efficiency of PSCs.

二维半导体材料的天然带隙有望弥补石墨烯的零带隙缺陷,打破后者在场效应晶体管、开关器件、逻辑电路等领域的应用瓶颈. 相较于层状半导体材料,非层状半导体材料多以较强的离子键/共价键结合,且各向同性,因此要获取其二维结构存在一定挑战. 本论文通过化学气相沉积法实现了非层状CdSe在云母衬底上的二维各向异性生长. 详细表征了二维CdSe的微观形貌、晶体结构和光学特性等. 结果表明,样品具有显著的光致发光 (PL )效应,说明厚度减薄至纳米级时不会破坏CdSe的直接带隙属性. 此外,随着厚度减小,样品的PL峰逐渐蓝移. 为了进一步解释该现象,采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算方法,研究了不同厚度的CdSe的能带结构,结果显示均为直接带隙,且随厚度减小,带隙值增大,与实验现象吻合. 由此可知,通过生长参数调控二维CdSe的厚度,即可实现对其带隙的有效调控,这对相关光电器件的性能提升具有指导意义.

Design and engineering of highly efficient emitting materials with assembly-induced luminescence,such as room-temperature phosphorescence（RTP） and aggregation-induced emission（AIE）,have stimulated extensive ***,we propose a new strategy to obtain size-controlled Eu;3+;-complex nanoparticles（Eu-NPs） with self-assembly-induced luminescence（SAIL） characteristics without encapsulation or *** with previous RTP or AIE materials,the SAIL phenomena of increased luminescence intensity and lifetime in aqueous solution for the proposed Eu-NPs are due to the combined effe ct of self-assembly in confining the molecular motion and shielding the water *** proof of concept,we also show that this system can be further applied in bioimaging,temperature measurement and HClO *** SAIL activity of the rare-earth（RE） system proposed here offers a further step forward on the roadmap for the development of RE light conversion systems and their integration in bioimaging and therapy applications.

C-type lectins(CTLs)are a superfamily of Ca^(2+)-dependent carbohydrate-recognition proteins,and an important pattern recognition receptor(PRR)in insect innate immunity which can mediate humoral and cellular immunity in *** this study,we report a novel dual carbohydrate-recognition domain(CRD)CTL from Plutella xylostella which we designate *** is a protein with a 969 bp open reading frame(ORF)encoding 322 amino acids,containing a signal peptide and a dual-CRD with EPN(Glu_(124)-Pro_(125)-Asn_(126))and QPD(Gln_(274)-Pro_(275)-Asp_(276))*** expression of PxIML mRNA in the fat body was significantly higher than in hemocytes and *** relative expression levels of PxIML in the whole insect and the fat body were significantly inhibited after infection with Bacillus thuringiensis 8010(Bt8010)at 18 h,while they were significantly upregulated after infection with Serratia marcescens IAE6 or Pichia *** recombinant PxIML(rPxIML)protein could bind to the tested pathogen-associated molecular patterns(PAMPs),and the bacteria of Enterobacter ***5,*** IAE6,Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli BL21,and Bt8010 in a Ca^(2+)-dependent manner,however,it showed limited binding to the fungus,*** rPxIML exhibited strong activity in the presence of Ca^(2+) to agglutinate Bt8010,Enterobacter ***5 and ***,but it only weakly agglutinated with *** BL21,and could not agglutinate with *** IAE6 or ***,the rPxIML could bind to hemocytes,promote the adsorption of hemocytes to beads,and enhance the phenoloxidase(PO)activity and melanization of *** results suggest that PxIML plays an important role in pathogen recognition and in mediating subsequent humoral and cellular immunity of ***.

Microwave-assisted mechanical excavation has great application prospects in mines and tunnels,but there are few field experiments on microwave-assisted rock *** paper takes the Sishanling iron mine as the research object and adopts the self-developed high-power microwave-induced fracturing test system for hard rock to conduct field experiments of microwave-induced fracturing of iron *** heating and reflection evolution characteristics of ore under different microwave parameters(antenna type,power,and working distance)were studied,and the optimal microwave parameters were ***,the ore was irradiated with the optimal microwave parameters,and the cracking effect of the ore under the action of the high-power open microwave was *** results show that the reflection coefficient(standing wave ratio)can be rapidly(<5 s)and automatically adjusted below the preset threshold value(1.6)as microwave irradiation is *** using a right-angle horn antenna with a working distance of 5 cm,the effect of automatic reflection adjustment reaches the best among other antenna types and working *** the working distance is the same,the average temperature of the irradiation surface and the area of the high-temperature area under the action of the two antennas(right-angled and equal-angled horn antenna)are basically the same and decrease with the increase of working *** optimal microwave parameters are:a right-angle horn antenna with a working distance of 5 ***,in further experiments,the optimal parameters were used to irradiate for 20 s and 40 s at a microwave power of 60 kW,*** surface damage extended 38 cm×30 cm and 53 cm×30 cm,respectively,and the damage extended to a depth of about 50 *** drilling speed was increased by 56.2%and 66.5%,respectively,compared to the case when microwaves were not used.

BACKGROUND Accumulating evidence has shown that adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells(ADSCs)are an effective therapeutic approach for managing coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19);however,further elucidation is required to determine their underlying immunomodulatory effect on the mRNA expression of T helper cell-related transcription factors(TFs)and cytokine release in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs).AIM To investigate the impact of ADSCs on the mRNA expression of TFs and cytokine release in PBMCs from colorectal cancer(CRC)patients with severe COVID-19(CRC^(+)patients).METHODS PBMCs from CRC^(+)patients(PBMCs-C+)and age-matched CRC patients(PBMCs-C)were stimulated and cultured in the presence/absence of *** mRNA levels of T-box TF TBX21(T-bet),GATA binding protein 3(GATA-3),RAR-related orphan receptor C(RORC),and forkhead box P3(FoxP3)in the PBMCs were determined by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain *** supernatants were evaluated for levels of interferon gamma(IFN-γ),interleukin 4(IL-4),IL-17A,and transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1)using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent *** Compared with PBMCs-C,PBMCs-C+exhibited higher mRNA levels of T-bet and RORC,and increased levels of IFN-γ and ***,a significant decrease in FoxP3 mRNA and TGF-β1,as well as an increase in Tbet/GATA-3,RORC/FoxP3,IFN-γ/IL-4,and IL-17A/TGF-β1 ratios were observed in PBMCs-C+.Furthermore,ADSCs significantly induced a functional regulatory T cell(Treg)subset,as evidenced by an increase in FoxP3 mRNA and TGF-β1 release *** was accompanied by a significant decrease in the mRNA levels of T-bet and RORC,release of IFN-γ and IL-17A,and T-bet/GATA-3,RORC/FoxP3,IFN-γ/IL-4,and IL-17A/TGF-β1 ratios,compared with the PBMCs-C+*** The present in vitro studies showed that ADSCs contributed to the immunosuppressive effects on PBMCs-C+,favoring Treg ***,ADSC-based cell therapy could be a beneficial approach for p

We present a novel class of Rydberg-mediated nuclear-spin entanglement in divalent atoms with global laser ***,we show a fast nuclear-spin controlled phase gate of an arbitrary phase realizable either with two laser pulses when assisted by Stark shifts,or with three ***,we propose to create an electrons−nuclei-entangled state,which is named a super bell state(SBS)for it mimics a large Bell state incorporating three small Bell ***,we show a protocol to create a three-atom electrons-nuclei entangled state which contains the three-body W and Greenberger−Horne−Zeilinger(GHZ)states *** protocols possess high intrinsic fidelities,do not require single-site Rydberg addressing,and can be executed with large Rydberg Rabi frequencies in a weak,Gauss-scale magnetic *** latter two protocols can enable measurement-based preparation of Bell,hyperentangled,and GHZ states,and,specifically,SBS can enable quantum dense coding where one can share three classical bits of information by sending one particle.

The infrared(IR)absorption spectral data of 63 kinds of lubricating greases containing six different types of thickeners were obtained using the IR *** Kohonen neural network algorithm was used to identify the type of the lubricating *** results show that this machine learning method can effectively eliminate the interference fringes in the IR spectrum,and complete the feature selection and dimensionality reduction of the high-dimensional spectral *** 63 kinds of greases exhibit spatial clustering under certain IR spectrum recognition spectral bands,which are linked to characteristic peaks of lubricating greases and improve the recognition accuracy of these *** model achieved recognition accuracy of 100.00%,96.08%,94.87%,100.00%,and 87.50%for polyurea grease,calcium sulfonate composite grease,aluminum(Al)-based grease,bentonite grease,and lithium-based grease,*** on the different IR absorption spectrum bands produced by each kind of lubricating grease,the three-dimensional spatial distribution map of the lubricating grease drawn also verifies the accuracy of classification while recognizing the *** paper demonstrates fast recognition speed and high accuracy,proving that the Kohonen neural network algorithm has an efficient recognition ability for identifying the types of the lubricating grease.
