"Five steps four quadrants" modularized en bloc dissection technique for accessing hepatic hilum lymph nodes in laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy

BACKGROUND Although en bloc dissection of hepatic hilum lymph nodes has many advantages in radical tumor treatment,the feasibility and safety of this approach for laparo-scopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD)require further clinical evaluation and *** To explore the application value of the"five steps four quadrants"modularized en bloc dissection technique for accessing hepatic hilum lymph nodes in LPD *** A total of 52 patients who underwent LPD via the"five steps four quadrants"modularized en bloc dissection technique for hepatic hilum lymph nodes from April 2021 to July 2023 in our department were analyzed *** patients'body mass index(BMI),preoperative laboratory indices,intraoperative variables and postoperative complications were *** relationships between preoperative data and intraoperative lymph node dissection time and blood loss were also *** Among the 52 patients,36 were males and 16 were females,and the average age was 62.2±11.0 *** were 26 patients with pancreatic head cancer,16 patients with periampullary cancer,and 10 patients with distal bile duct *** BMI was 22.3±3.3 kg/m²,and the median total bilirubin(TBIL)concentration was 57.7(16.0-155.7)µmol/*** patients successfully underwent the"five steps four quadrants"modularized en bloc dissection technique without lymph node clearance-related complications such as postoperative bleeding or lymphatic *** analysis revealed significant associations between preoperative BMI(r=0.3581,P=0.0091),TBIL level(r=0.2988,P=0.0341),prothrombin time(r=0.3018,P=0.0297)and lymph node dissection ***,dissection time was significantly correlated with intraoperative blood loss(r=0.7744,Psis demonstrated that patients with a preoperative BMI≥21.9 kg/m²and a TIBL concentration≥57.7μmol/L had significantly longer lymph node dissection times(both PsiON The"five steps four quadrants

We report a general and highly efficient Mukaiyama-aldol reaction of ketones and *** the reaction of aryl ketones worked efficiently in the presence of Bi(OTf)_3, that of aliphatic ketones required the use of Sc(OTf_)3. In addition, Sc(OTf)_3 was capable of achieving excellent 1,2-selectivity in the corresponding reaction of α,β-unsaturated ketones. This method provides a facile access to differently substituted β-hydroxy α,α-difluoro ketones, versatile synthons for difluomethylated tertiary alcohols.

Investigation of mechanical and electrical characteristics of selfsensing pneumatic torsional actuators

Operando measurement of lattice deformation profiles of synchrotron radiation monochromator

This study presents a new method for characterizing the thermal lattice deformation of a monochromator with high precision under service conditions and first reports the operando measurements of nanoscale thermal lattice deformation on a double-crystal monochromator at different incident *** nanoscale thermal lattice deformation of the monochromator first crystal was obtained by analyzing the intensity of the distorted DuMond *** diagrams of the 333 diffraction index,sensitive to lattice deformation,were obtained directly using a 2D detector and an analyzer crystal orthogonal to the *** increasing incident power and power density,the maximum height of the lattice deformation increased from 3.2 to 18.5 nm,and the deformation coefficient of the maximum height increased from 1.1 to 3.2 nm/*** maximum relative standard deviation was 4.2%,and the maximum standard deviation was 0.1 *** on the measured thermal deformations,the flux saturation phenomenon and critical point for the linear operation of the monochromator were predicted with increasing incident *** study provides a simple solution to the problem of the lower precision of synchrotron radiation monochromator characterizations compared to simulations.

Generating photo-realistic images from a text description is a challenging problem in computer *** works have shown promising performance to generate synthetic images conditional on text by Generative Adversarial Networks(GANs).In this paper,we focus on the category-consistent and relativistic diverse constraints to optimize the diversity of synthetic *** on those constraints,a category-consistent and relativistic diverse conditional GAN(CRD-CGAN)is proposed to synthesize K photo-realistic images *** use the attention loss and diversity loss to improve the sensitivity of the GAN to word attention and ***,we employ the relativistic conditional loss to estimate the probability of relatively real or fake for synthetic images,which can improve the performance of basic conditional ***,we introduce a category-consistent loss to alleviate the over-category issues between K synthetic *** evaluate our approach using the Caltech-UCSD Birds-200-2011,Oxford 102 flower and MS COCO 2014 datasets,and the extensive experiments demonstrate superiority of the proposed method in comparison with state-of-the-art methods in terms of photorealistic and diversity of the generated synthetic images.
