Seafloor topography plays an important role in the evolution of submarine ***,it is still not so clear how the shape of slope affects the three-dimensional(3-D)architecture of submarine *** this study,we analyze the effect of topography factors on different hierarchical lobe architectures that formed during Pliocene to quaternary in the Rovuma Basin offshore East *** characterize the shape,size and growth pattern of different hierarchical lobe architectures using 3-D seismic *** find that the relief of the topographic slope determines the location of preferential deposition of lobe complexes and single *** the topography is irregular and presents topographic lows,lobe complexes first infill these *** lobes are deposited preferentially at positions with higher longitudinal(***-slope)slope *** the longitudinal slope becomes higher,the aspect ratio of the single lobes ***(***-slope)topography does not seem to have a strong influence on the shape of single lobe,but it seems to affect the overlap of single *** the lateral slope gradient is relatively high,the single lobes tend to have a larger overlap ***,as the average of lateral slope and longitudinal slope gets greater,the width/thickness ratio of the single lobe is smaller,*** tend to accumulate *** results demonstrate that the shape of slopes more comprehensively influences the 3-D architecture of lobes in natural deep-sea systems than previously other lobe deposits and analogue experiments,which helps us better understand the development and evolution of the distal parts of turbidite systems.

Hepatoprotective effects of xiaoyao San formula on hepatic steatosis and inflammation via regulating the sex hormones metabolism

上海市6～15岁学生屈光状态的横断面调查

目的了解上海城区中小学生屈光状态,分析屈光参数的流行病学特征。方法选取2008年上海城区9 086例6~15岁学生,检测裸眼远视力、小瞳下屈光度、眼轴及角膜曲率。结果 6~15岁学生近视眼患病率为53.4%。其中,女性为55.3%,男性为51.6%;6~12岁为45.2%,13~15岁为76.7%;高度近视患病率为4.8%,远视为4.8%。女性较男性易近视。随着年龄增大,患近视的危险性及屈光度负值升高,10岁起OR值>3。右眼屈光度(-1.96±0.02)D,眼轴(23.92±0.01)mm,角膜曲率(43.19±0.02)D。正视眼眼轴均值23.30 mm,远视眼22.37 mm,近视眼24.66 mm,随近视程度加深而增长;正视眼角膜曲率43.08 D,远视眼43.13 D,近视眼43.30 D,近视眼与正视眼比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。屈光度与眼轴、角膜曲率呈负相关,眼轴与角膜曲率呈负相关(P<0.05)。女性较男性眼轴短,角膜曲率大(P<0.05)。眼轴随年龄增大而增长。结论上海城区中小学生近视眼患病率高,近视程度重,应定期筛查,10岁起加强干预,并重点关注女性。

Amyloid-beta-induced neuronal cell death contributes to cognitive decline in Alzheimer’s *** Reticulatae Semen has diverse beneficial effects on neurodegenerative diseases,including Parkinson’s and Huntington’s diseases,however,the effect of Citri Reticulatae Semen on Alzheimer’s disease remains *** the current study,the anti-apoptotic and autophagic roles of Citri Reticulatae Semen extract on amyloid-beta-induced apoptosis in PC12 cells were first *** Reticulatae Semen extract protected PC12 cells from amyloid-beta-induced apoptosis by attenuating the Bax/Bcl-2 ratio via activation of *** addition,Citri Reticulatae Semen extract was confirmed to bind amyloid-beta as revealed by biolayer interferometry in vitro,and suppress amyloid-beta-induced pathology such as paralysis,in a transgenic Caenorhabditis elegans in vivo ***,genetically defective Caenorhabditis elegans further confirmed that the neuroprotective effect of Citri Reticulatae Semen extract was *** importantly,Citri Reticulatae Semen extract was confirmed to improve cognitive impairment,neuronal injury and amyloid-beta burden in 3×Tg Alzheimer’s disease *** revealed by both in vitro and in vivo models,these results suggest that Citri Reticulatae Semen extract is a potential natural therapeutic agent for Alzheimer’s disease via its neuroprotective autophagic effects.

The ceria-zirconia compound oxide-supported noble metal Pd(Pd@CZ)is widely used in three-way ***,the surface structure of CZ plays an important role in catalytic activity of ***,how to regulate the surface structure of CZ and clarify the structure–activity relationship is still a *** this paper,a strategy is proposed to develop high activity Pd@CZ nanocatalysts by tuning Y doping sites in *** precipitate-deposition method is developed to prepare the novel Ce_(0.485)Zr_(0.485)Y_(0.03)O_(2) composite with surface doping of Y(CZ-Y-S).In addition,the Pd@CZ-Y-S(Pd supported on CZ-Y-S)exhibits superior catalytic activity for HC,CO,and NO oxide,wherein,for CO and C_(3)H_(6) oxidation,the low-temperature activity of Pd@CZ-Y-S is still 20%higher than that of Pd@CZ-Y-B(Y bulk doping)and commercial Pd@CZ after 1000℃/4 h *** effect mechanism is further studied by density functional theory(DFT)*** with Pd@CZ-Y-B,Pd@CZ-Y-S shows the lower CO oxide reaction energy barriers due to the weaker adsorption strength of *** Y surface doping strategy could provide valuable insights for the development of highly efficient Pd@CZ catalyst with extensive applications.

Ten-year observation of corneal densitometry and associated factors following small incision lenticule extraction

●AIM:To investigate the long-term changes of corneal densitometry(CD)and its contributing elements after small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE).●METHODS:Totally 31 eyes of 31 patients with mean spherical equivalent of-6.46±1.50 D and mean age 28.23±7.38y were ***-scale examinations were conducted on all patients preoperatively and during *** acuity,manifest refraction,axial length,corneal thickness,corneal higher-order aberrations,and CD were evaluated.●RESULTS:All surgeries were completed successfully without complications or adverse ***-year safety index was 1.17±0.20 and efficacy 1.04±*** value of 0–6 mm zones in central layer was statistically significantly lower 10y postoperatively,compared with preoperative values(0–2 mmΔ=-1.62,2–6 mmΔ=-1.24,P<0.01).There were no correlations between CD values and factors evaluated.●CONCLUSION:SMILE is a safe and efficient procedure for myopia on a long-term *** values get lower 10y postoperatively,whose mechanism is to be further discussed.
