Eogenetic Karst in Interbedded Carbonates and Evaporites and Its Impact on Hydrocarbon Reservoir: A New Case from Middle Triassic Leikoupo Formation in Sichuan Basin, Southwest China

Karst in interbedded carbonates and evaporites has been reported to have important and complex impacts on reservoir. It is significant for exploration and karst geology. Here, we report such a new case from Middle Triassic Leikoupo Formation of Sichuan Basin, Southwest China. Stratigraphic incompleteness and the occurrence of unconformity provide evidence for the presence of eogenetic karst. Under the impact of this eogenetic karst, residual weathered and solution-collapse breccia, solution pores and silicification and dedolomitization have been observed. Classic stratigraphic zonation of karst is not readily distinguishable, which is ascribed to the stratigraphic collapse of carbonate rocks resulting from the dissolution of evaporites by lateral subsurface fluid flow. In terms of impact on reservoir quality, karst can generally improve the initial physical property of the porous layers in theory. However, subsurface fluid flow dissolved the evarporitic beds and facilitated the collapse of overlying strata. As a consequence, the lateral continuity of the reservoirs would be destroyed, and relatively high-quality reservoirs can only be developed with little collapse of overlying strata, reflecting reservoir heterogeneities. This may be a general feature of reservoir formation under the impact of karst in interbedded carbonates and evaporites.

工作流技术重点关注如何将已经抽象的企业业务模型描述成计算机可理解和自动处理的流程及其自动处理所需要的各种资源或条件,而并不关心如何对业务进行抽象才能最恰当地反映企业的实际需要.针对此问题,提出了一套通用的点线面一体化业务分析概念模型,即PLS模型(Point-Line-Surface ConceptualModel),定义了用PLS模型分析系统所涉及的各种元素,并分析了PLS模型元素和EPC(Event-driven Process Chains)元素间的映射关系,从而通过PLS构建的系统可以用EPC描述.为验证模型的实用性,以南水北调中线干线工程建设管理信息系统为例,详细阐述了如何利用PLS模型分析企业业务并用EPC描述.

Effect of Nb on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties in Non-magnetic High Manganese Steel

Microstructure and mechanical properties of two kinds of non-magnetic high manganese steels with and without Nb addition which experienced the same rolling and heating treatment were investigated by means of scan ning electron microscopy, electron back-scattered diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and tensile test. It was found that the microstructure of the high manganese steel was refined by the Nb addition. Moreover, steel with Nb addition has a higher stacking fault energy which favors the deformation twinning, Twin ning is the most important deformation mechanism in the Nb-bearing steel. Therefore, steel with Nb addition has much higher strength and higher plasticity. The product of tensile strength and total elongation exceeds 61.8 GPa ·%. In addition, steel with Nb addition also has excellent non magnetic property.

We study dynamical behaviors of a Bose-Einstein condensate(BEC)containing a dark soliton reflected from potential wells and potential barriers,*** orientation angle of the dark soliton and the width of the potential change play key roles on the reflection probability *** of the reflection probability with respect to the orientation angleθof the dark soliton can be well described by a cosine function Rs~cos[λ(θ-π/2)],whereλis a parameter determined by the width of the potential *** are two characteristic lengths which determine the reflection *** dependence of the reflection probability on the width of the potential change shows distinct characters for potential wells and potential *** length of the dark soliton determines the sensitive width of potential wells,whereas for potential barriers,the decay length of the matter wave in the region of the barrier qualifies the sensitive width of the *** time evolution of the density profiles of the system during the reflection process is studied to disclose the different behaviors of matter waves in the region of the potential variation.

Seasonal variations of night mesopause temperature in Beijing observed by SATI4

The data observed by a spectral airglow temperature imager （SATI） at Beijing National Observatory of Space Environment from July 23, 2008 to July 3l, 2009 are used to study night mesopause temperature in Beijing. From variations of temperature at 87 and 94 km obtained from OH （6-2） and 02 （0-1） airglow spectra, temperature at night is shown lowest in the summer and highest in the winter. In summer, average temperature at 87 km is 173.9 K, lower than average temperature 180.1 K at 94 km. But in winter, average temperature at 87 Ion is 201.2 K, higher than average temperature 194.8 K at 94 kin. The altitude of mesopause in Beijing is below 87 km in summer and above 94 km in winter. There are about 120-150 days when the mesopause locates below 87 km, which is in agreement with the results of SABER/TIMED. Variations of temperatures at 87 and 94 km are analyzed by harmonic method. Our results show that amplitudes of annual oscillation of temperature at 87 and 94 km are 17.5 and 7.8 K respectively. Amplitudes of semi-annual oscillation at 87 and 94 km are 1.6 and 5.3 K, which are smaller than those of annual oscillation. Although there are differences among different observations because of different locations and different instruments, our results are in general agreement with observation at similar latitude as Beijing.

Effects of Consecutively Monocultured Rehmannia glutinosa *** Diversity of Fungal Community in Rhizospheric Soil

Continuous monoculture problems, or replanting diseases, are one of the key factors affecting productivity and quality of Chinese medicinal plants. The underlying mechanism is still being explored. Most of the studies on continuous monoculture ofRehmannia glutinosa L. are focused on plant nutritional physiology, root exudate, and its autotoxieity. However, the changes in the diversity of microflora in the rhizosphere mediated by the continuous monoculture pattern have been remained unknown. In this study, terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism （T-RFLP） technique was used for fingerprinting fungal diversity in the rhizosphere soil sampled from the fields ofR. glutinosa monocultured for 1 and 2 yr. The results showed that the structure of fungal community in consecutively moncultured rhizosphere soil was different from that in control soil （no cropping soil）, and varied with the consecutive monoeulture years （1 and 2 yr）. The comprehensive evaluation index （D） of fungal community estimated by principal component analysis of fragment number, peak area, Shannon-Weiner index, and Margalef index was higher in 1 yr monoculture soil than that in 2 yr monoculture soil, suggesting that consecutive monoculture of R. glutinosa could be a causative agent to decrease the diversity of fungal community in the rhizosphere soil.

Novel nondelay-based reservoir computing with a single micromechanical nonlinear resonator for high-efficiency information processing

Reservoir computing is a potential neuromorphic paradigm for promoting future disruptive applications in the era of the Internet of Things,owing to its well-known low training cost and compatibility with *** has been successfully implemented by injecting an input signal into a spatially extended reservoir of nonlinear nodes or a temporally extended reservoir of a delayed feedback system to perform temporal information *** we propose a novel nondelay-based reservoir computer using only a single micromechanical resonator with hybrid nonlinear dynamics that removes the usually required delayed feedback *** hybrid nonlinear dynamics of the resonator comprise a transient nonlinear response,and a Duffing nonlinear response is first used for reservoir *** to the richness of this nonlinearity,the usually required delayed feedback loop can be *** further simplify and improve the efficiency of reservoir computing,a self-masking process is utilized in our novel reservoir ***,we numerically and experimentally demonstrate its excellent performance,and our system achieves a high recognition accuracy of 93%on a handwritten digit recognition benchmark and a normalized mean square error of 0.051 in a nonlinear autoregressive moving average task,which reveals its memory ***,it also achieves 97.17±1%accuracy on an actual human motion gesture classification task constructed from a six-axis IMU *** remarkable results verify the feasibility of our system and open up a new pathway for the hardware implementation of reservoir computing.

Eomesodermin(Eomes)is a critical factor in the development of natural killer(NK)cells,but its precise role in temporal and spatial coordination during this process remains *** study revealed that Eomes plays distinct roles during the early and late stages of NK cell ***,the early deletion of Eomes via the CD122-Cre transgene resulted in significant blockade at the progenitor stage due to the downregulation of KLF2,another important transcription ***-seq revealed direct binding of Eomes to the conserved noncoding sequence(CNS)of *** the CHimeric IMmune Editing(CHIME)technique,we found that deletion of the CNS region of Klf2 via CRISPRi led to a reduction in the NK cell population and developmental ***,constitutive activation of this specific CNS region through CRISPRa significantly reversed the severe defects in NK cell development caused by Eomes ***,Ncr1-Cre-mediated terminal deletion of Eomes expedited the transition of NK cell subsets from the CD27+CD11b+phenotype to the CD27−CD11b+***-stage deficiency of Eomes led to a significant increase in T-bet expression,which subsequently increased the expression of the transcription factor *** deletion of one allele of Tbx21,encoding T-bet,effectively reversed the aberrant differentiation of Eomes-deficient NK *** summary,we utilized two innovative genetic models to elucidate the intricate mechanisms underlying Eomes-mediated NK cell commitment and differentiation.

Background Left main coronary artery （LMCA） stenosis has been recognized as a risk factorfor early death among patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting （CABG）.
