Minimally invasive surgery is a kind of surgical operation,which is performed by using professional surgical instruments and equipment to inactivate,resect,repair or reconstruct the pathological changes,deformities and wounds in human body through micro-trauma or micro-approach,in order to achieve the goal of treatment,its surgical effect is equivalent to the traditional open surgery,while avoiding the morbidity of conventional surgical *** addition,it also has the advantages of less trauma,less blood loss during operation,less psychological burden and quick recovery on patients,and these minimally invasive techniques provide unique value for the examination and treatment of gastric cancer *** minimally invasive surgical techniques have developed rapidly and offer numerous options for the treatment of early gastric cancer(EGC):endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR),underwater EMR(UEMR),endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD),endoscopic full-thickness resection(EFTR),endoscopic submu-cosal excavation(ESE),submucosal tunnel endoscopic resection,laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative surgery(LECS);Among them,EMR,EFTR and LECS technologies have a wide range of applications and different modific-ations have been derived from their respective surgical operations,such as band-assisted EMR(BA-EMR),conven-tional EMR(CEMR),over-the-scope clip-assisted EFTR,no-touch EFTR,the inverted LECS,closed LECS,and so *** new and improved minimally invasive surgeries are more precise,specific and effective in treating different types of EGC.

Refractory autoimmune hemolytic anemia in a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus and ulcerative colitis:A case report

A Novel Zn(Ⅱ)Complex with 1D Supramolecular Water Tape Formed by Cyclic Tetrameric Water Clusters

A new mixed-ligand Zn（II） complex, [Zn（4,4′-bipy）2（H2O）4]-2ANS·6H2O （1, 4,4′- bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine, HANS = 2-aminonaphthalene-l-sulfonic acid）, has been isolated and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffwaction, FT-IR spectrum, TG and elemental analysis. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2 1/c with a = 12.4852（8）, b = 18.3163（12）, c = 10.9707（7） A, β = 114.2600（10）°, V= 2287.3（3） A3, Dc = 1.455 g/cm3, Mr = 1002.37, Z = 2, F（000） = 1048,μ = 0.704 mm＂1, the final R = 0.0408 and wR = 0.962 for 4029 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. Interestingly, an unusual one-dimensional （1D） water tape with cyclic tetrameric water clusters can be observed in 1, which are further trapped via Zn-O coordination bonds exhibiting a 2D Zn（Ⅱ）-water layer. These 2D Zn（Ⅱ）-water layers are stacked together into a 3D interdigitated supramolecular architecture via weak π…π interactions, in which free ANS anions are tightly filled by hydrogen-bonding interactions. Thus, π…π and classical hydrogen-bonding interactions are fotmd as main driving forces to stabilize the 2D Zn（Ⅱ）-water layers.

BACKGROUND Sepsis exacerbates intestinal microecological disorders leading to poor *** modalities of nutritional support can improve nutrition,immunity,and intestinal *** To identify the optimal modality of early nutritional support for patients with sepsis from the perspective of intestinal *** Thirty patients with sepsis admitted to the intensive care unit of the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University,China,between 2019 and 2021 with indications for nutritional support,were randomly assigned to one of three different modalities of nutritional support for a total of 5 d:Total enteral nutrition(TEN group),total parenteral nutrition(TPN group),and supplemental parenteral nutrition(SPN group).Blood and stool specimens were collected before and after nutritional support,and changes in gut microbiota,short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs),and immune and nutritional indicators were detected and compared among the three *** In comparison with before nutritional support,the three groups after nutritional support presented:(1)Differences in the gut bacteria(Enterococcus increased in the TEN group,Campylobacter decreased in the TPN group,and Dialister decreased in the SPN group;all P<0.05);(2)different trends in SCFAs(the TEN group showed improvement except for Caproic acid,the TPN group showed improvement only for acetic and propionic acid,and the SPN group showed a decreasing trend);(3)significant improvement of the nutritional and immunological indicators in the TEN and SPN groups,while only immunoglobulin G improved in the TPN group(all P<0.05);and(4)a significant correlation was found between the gut bacteria,SCFAs,and nutritional and immunological indicators(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION TEN is recommended as the preferred mode of early nutritional support in sepsis based on clinical nutritional and immunological indicators,as well as changes in intestinal microecology.

Resonant multiple wave solutions to some integrable soliton equations

To transform the exponential traveling wave solutions to bilinear differential equations, a sufficient and necessary condition is proposed. Motivated by the condition, we extend the results to the(2+1)-dimensional Kadomtsev–Petviashvili(KP) equation, the(3+1)-dimensional generalized Kadomtsev–Petviashvili(g-KP) equation, and the B-type Kadomtsev–Petviashvili(BKP) equation. Aa a result, we obtain some new resonant multiple wave solutions through the parameterization for wave numbers and frequencies via some linear combinations of exponential traveling waves. Finally, these new resonant type solutions can be displayed in graphs to illustrate the resonant behaviors of multiple wave solutions.
