Ultraviolet(UV)induced skin inflammation(UISI)is associated with many skin ***,the mechanism by which UV causes skin inflammation remains *** evaluating UISIin vivo have mainly been conducted using mouse *** investigations indicate that the classic inflammatory pathways involving nuclear factor kappa B and Toll-like receptor contribute to the regulation of ***,more novel signaling factors have been identified as being involved in this process,including interleukin 22 receptor-α,cluster of differentiation 28 and cluster of differentiation 1d,serum amyloid A1,estrogen,melatonin,peroxisome proliferator activated receptorsβ/δ,isocitrate dehydrogenase 2,and transglutaminase *** addition,the gene mutation offermitin family member 1 and selenium deficiency are reported to affect the phenotype of *** the actual roles of UISI in UV-related skin diseases need to be clarified,recent studies have reported the potent contribution of UISI to *** clarify the process and modulation of UISI,the special profiles of cytokines and inflammatory mediators and the core regulatory pathways should be identified *** investigations would be promoted rapidly,accompanied by the conduction of high-quality clinical research on patients with UV-related skin disease and the construction of precise animal models of UISI.

Magnesium alloy has been considered as one of the third-generation biomaterials for the regeneration and support of functional bone *** a regeneration implant material with great potential applications,in-situ Mg_(2)Si phase reinforced Mg-6Zn cast alloy was comprehensively studied and expected to possess excellent mechanical properties via the refining and modifying of Mg_(2)Si *** present study demonstrates that the primary and eutectic Mg_(2)Si phase can be greatly modified by the yttrium(Y)*** size of the primary Mg_(2)Si phases can be reduced to~20μm with an addition of 0.5 wt.%*** phenomenon is mainly attributed to the poisoning effect of the Y ***,wear resistance and tensile properties of the ternary alloy have also been improved by the Y ***-6Zn-4Si-0.5Y alloy exhibits optimal tensile properties and wears *** ultimate tensile strength and the elongation of the alloy with 0.5 wt.%Y are 50%and 65%higher than those of the ternary alloy,*** Y addition(1.0 wt.%)deteriorates the tensile properties of Mg-Zn-Si *** improvement of the tensile properties is mainly due to the modification of primary and eutectic Mg_(2)Si phases as well as the solid solution strengthening of the Y *** study provides a certain implication for the application of Mg-Zn-Si alloys containing Y elements as regeneration implants.

能源问题是事关国家发展和安全的重大问题,氧还原反应作为燃料电池阴极半反应近年来成为能源和电催化领域的研究热点之一。通过利用2,9-二甲基-1,10-邻菲啰啉与钴离子的配位形成配合物,将该配合物与炭黑混合均匀,经过中温热解和浓硝酸氧化后得到钴、氮表面修饰的碳负载纳米催化剂Co-N/C。实验首先利用旋转圆盘电极和旋转环盘电极(RRDE)考察了催化剂在不同pH值下的电催化氧还原性能。电化学测试结果表明,在碱性条件下,该催化剂具有与商业Pt/C相近的4电子氧还原催化性能。随后,通过SEM、TEM、XPS、XRD和FT-IR等设备对催化剂进行表征,以揭示Co-N/C催化剂4电子氧还原催化活性增强的来源。运用功能化修饰策略调控碳材料表面的催化活性位点和碳的电子结构,克服了本征碳材料催化活性不高的缺陷,为设计新型非贵金属氧还原反应催化剂提供了一种新的思路。

目的:探讨低剂量利伐沙班与低分子量肝素钙治疗急性肺栓塞患者的疗效差异。方法:选取2021年2月~2022年2月期间于某院诊治的120例急性肺栓塞患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为低剂量利伐沙班组(A组)与低分子量肝素钙组(B组),每组60例。所有患者入院后均给予常规对症治疗,A组在常规对症治疗基础上口服利伐沙班片,B组在常规对症治疗基础上皮下注射低分子量肝素钙注射液,两组均连续治疗3个月。比较两组患者临床疗效、凝血功能指标[活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)和凝血酶原时间(PT)]、肺功能指标[用力肺活量占预计值百分比(FVC%pred)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及FEV1占预计值百分比(FEV1%pred)]、动脉血气分析指标[动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))]及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,A组患者治疗总有效率(86.67%)高于B组(70.00%,P<0.05);两组患者APTT、PT均升高(P<0.05),且A组高于B组(P<0.05);两组患者FIB均降低(P<0.05),且A组低于B组(P<0.05);两组患者FVC%pred、FEV1、FEV1%pred均升高(P<0.05),且A组高于B组(P<0.05);两组患者PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)均改善(P<0.05),且A组改善更显著(P<0.05);A组患者治疗期间不良反应总发生率(6.67%)低于B组(26.67%,P<0.05)。结论:低剂量利伐沙班与低分子量肝素钙均可有效改善急性肺栓塞患者的凝血功能、肺功能,且低剂量利伐沙班的临床疗效较低分子量肝素钙更佳,患者不良反应发生率更低。

Effects of solution environments under disbonded coatings on the corrosion behaviors of X70 pipeline steel in acidic soils

A rectangle crevice assembly was used to study the effects of cathodic protection （CP） potential, crevice thickness, holiday size, bubbling CO2, and surface condition on the chemical and electrochemical environment of the local solution under disbonded coatings. It is found that the cathodic protection removes dissolved oxygen from the crevice and thus shifts the solution to a more al- kaline state. Furthermore, the potential of the steel reaches the protected potential range. The available protection distance increases with the negative applying potential. The steady potential and pH distribution are easily achieved, but the polarization degree is not satisfied within the thinner crevice. The difference in the solution environment is found to correlate to the holiday size. The smaller the holiday, the smaller the difference is. The presence of CO2 inhibits the formation of an alkaline environment. It is also found that the rust layer dramatically decreases the polarization rate in the crevice.

Effects of Sub-zero Celsius Treatment and Tempering on the Stability of Retained Austenite in Bearing Steel

In this work, the influence of sub-zero Celsius treatment and tempering on the mechanical and thermal stability of retained austenite in beating steel were assessed by tensile test and DSC. Compared with traditional quenched and tempered treatment, sub-zero Celsius treatment obviously decreases the volume fraction of retained austenite. Moreover, the mechanical stability of retained austenite was enhanced due to the accumulation of compressive stresses in retained austenite after sub-zero Celsius treatment and tempering. Meanwhile, the morphology of retained austenite changed from film-like to blocky with austenitization temperature increasing, and the mechanical stability of film-like retained austenite is higher than that of blocky one. The DSC results showed that the activation energy of retained austenite decomposition slightly increased through sub-zero Celsius treatment and tempering. This result may probably be ascribed to partitioning of carbon during tempering. However, the temperature at which retained austenite starts to decompose is unchanged.

本研究以伊犁河谷那拉提山地自然保护区不同封育年限草地为对象,对围封条件下退化草地自然恢复过程中草地植被群落特征和物种多样性的变化进行初步分析。结果表明:随着封育年限的延长,不同群落特征对封育年限的响应不同,其他平均高度和生物量封育10年显著大于封育4年(P0.05)。草地植物群落由未封育的杂草为主要物种逐步向以禾草为主要物种的方向演进。随着封育时间的延长物种数从放牧地的15种增加到41种后降低到34种。相关性分析表明群落特征与封育时间的相关性:高度>生物量>盖度>物种数>密度。通过对这些群落特征进行回归分析发现,高度、密度、盖度、物种数在9.7年、3.9年、6.2年、5.9年达到最大。封育第4年多样性指数和丰富度指数最大,但多样性指数封育4年和封育10年差异不显著(P>0.05),丰富度指数封育4年和封育10年差异显著(P<0.05),均匀度指数封育10年最大并且和封育4年差异显著(P<0.05)。综合分析得出,那拉提山地草甸最佳封育时间为6~9年。

Origin of Baotoudong syenites in North China Craton:Petrological, mineralogical and geochemical evidence

Baotoudong syenite pluton is located to the east of Baotou City, Inner Mongolia, the westernmost part of the Trias- sic alkaline magmatic belt along the northern margin of the North China Craton （NCC）. Zircon U-Pb age, petrological, miner- alogical and geochemical data of the pluton were obtained in this paper, to constrain its origin and mantle source characteris- tics. The pluton is composed of nepheline-clinopyroxene syenite and alkali-feldspar syenite, with zircon U-Pb age of 214.7±1.1 Ma. Diopside （cores）-aegirine-augite （rims）, biotite, orthoclase and nepheline are the major minerals. The Bao- toudong syenites have high contents of rare earth elements （REE）, and are characterized by enrichment in light rare earth ele- ments （LREE） and large ion lithophile elements （LILE; e.g., Rb, Ba, Sr）, depletion in heavy rare earth elements （HREE） and high field strength elements （HFSE）. They show enriched Sr-Nd isotopic compositions with initial 87Sr/86Sr ranging from 0.7061 to 0.7067 and eNd（t） values from -9.0 to -11.2. Mineralogy, petrology and geochemical studies show that the parental magma of the syenites is SiO2-undersaturated potassic-ultrapotassic, and is characterized by high contents of CaO, Fe2O3, K2O, Na2O and fluid compositions （H2O）, and by high temperature and high oxygen fugacity. The syenites were originated from a phlogopite-rich, enriched lithospheric mantle source in garnet-stable area （〉80 km）. The occurrence of the Baotoudong sye- nites, together with many other ultrapotassic, alkaline complexes of similar ages on the northern margin of the NCC in Late Triassic implies that the lithospheric mantle beneath the northern margin of the NCC was previously metasomatized by melts/fluids from the subducted, altered paleo-Mongolian oceanic crust, and the northern margin of the craton has entered into an extensively extensional regime as a destructive continental margin in Late Triassic.
