Objective:Ultrasound determination of chorionicity is poor in early pregnancy in *** an effort to increase the accuracy rate of prompt chorionicity determination,clinical training was provided to primary care *** study assesses the effects of implementing clinical guidelines on chorionicity ***:A multi-centered cohort study was conducted between January 2014 and June 2017 in 12 hospitals without fetal medicine *** 2014,the obstetricians and ultrasound physicians were trained in clinical practice and ultrasound examination relating to chorionicity *** and binary regression analyses were conducted to identify the effects of introducing the new protocols,including the diagnosis rate of chorionicty and perinatal outcomes,taking the data from 2014 as a *** outcomes were additionally adjusted for maternal ***:During the period of this study,3,599 twin pregnancies from 12 centers were enrolled,and a total of 2,998 twin pregnancies were *** rate of overall chorionicity determination,including antenatal and postpartum diagnosis,increased successively from 49.5% in 2014 to 93.5% in 2017(Plusions:The implementation of a clinical practice guideline improved both overall and early chorionicity *** training workshops of antenatal care are recommended to further promote capability in clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Anchoring mechanism and failure characteristics of composite soft rock with weak interface usually exhibit remarkable difference from those in single rock *** order to fully understand the reinforcement mechanism of composite soft roof in western mining area of China,a mechanical model of composite soft rock with weak interface and rock bolt which considering the transverse shear sliding between different rock layers was established *** anchoring effect was quantified by a factor defined as anchoring effect coefficient and its evolution equation was further deduced based on the deformation relationship and homogenized distribution assumption of stress acting on composite ***,the numerical simulation model of composite soft rock with shear joint was prompted by finite element *** detailed analysis were carried out for the deformation features,stress distribution and failure behavior of rock mass and rock bolt near the joint under transverse *** theoretical result indicates that the anchoring effect of rock-bolt through weak joint changes with the working status of rock mass and closely relates with the physical and geometric parameters of rock mass and rock *** the numerical results,the bending deformation of rock bolt accurately characterized by Doseresp model is mainly concentrated between two plastic hinges near the shear *** maximum tensile and compression stresses distribute in the plastic ***,the maximum shear stress appears at the positions of joint *** failure zones of composite rock are produced firstly at the joint surface due to the reaction of rock *** above results laid a theoretical and computational foundation for further study of anchorage failure in composite soft rock.

It has been previously reported that soybean phosphatide could reduce the cerebral ischemia damage obviously. Whether soybean phospholipid liposome （SPL） can protect cerebral cortical neurons cultured in vitro from glutamate （Glu）-induced neurotoxicity, particularly nerve cell membrane damage has not been fully investigated. OBJECTIVE： To study the protective effects of SPL on Glu-induced neurotoxicity of neurons in culture, and to discuss the possible mechanisms of neuroprotection. DESIGN： Randomized controlled trial. SETTING： Department of Biochemistry, Liaoning Medical University. MATERIALS： Twelve Spragne-Dawley rats, of either gender, aged 0 to 1 day, were involved in this study. Drugs and reagents： poly-L-lysine and L-glutamate were purchased from Sigma company （USA）. METHODS： The study was carried out in the Department of Biochemistry of Jinzhou Medical University from November 2004 to June 2005. Glu （ 1 X 10^- 4 mol/L ） was added to cortical neurons in injury group for 3 hours, while different concentrations of SPL （0.2, 0.4, 0.8, 1.6 g/L） were added at the same time in the SPL groups. Neurons in the normal control group were untouched. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： According to the instruction of reagent kit, lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） activity and nitric oxide（NO） content in the supernatant fluid of the culture medium were assayed, and the activity of nitric oxide synthase （NOS） and superoxide dismutase（SOD）, malonaldehyde （MDA） content in the neurocytes were also determined. RESULTS： ①Activities of LDH and NOS, as well as NO content in the supernatant fluid of injury group were significantly higher than those of normal control group （P 〈 0.01）. Activities of LDH and NO S, and NO content in the supernatant fluid of SPL groups were significantly lower than those of injury group （P 〈 0.01）. ②MDA content of the SPL groups was significantly lower than that of injury group （P 〈 0.01）; SOD activity of neurons in the injury group was significantly lower than that in the

Background The incidence of coronary heart disease （CHD） is higher in Northern than that in Southern China, however differences in traditional CHD risk factors do not fully explain this. No study has examined the differences in subclinical atherosclerosis that may help explain the differences in incidence. This study examined these differences in subclinical atherosclerosis using coronary computed tomography （CT） for calcification between the Northern and Southern China. Methods We selected a random sample of participants in a large multi-center ongoing epidemiologic study for coronary calcium scanning in one northern city （North）（Beijing, n = 49） and in two southern cities （South）（Shanghai, n = 50, and Guangzhou, n = 50）. Participants from the three field centers （mean age 67 years） underwent coronary risk factor evaluation and cardiac CT scanning for coronary calcium measurement using the Multi-Ethnic Study of Atherosclerosis scanning protocol. Results Adjusted log-transformed coronary artery calcium score in North China （Beijing） was 3.1 ±0.4 and in South China （Shanghai and Guangzhou） was 2.2 ＋_ 0.3 （P = 0.04）. Mean calcium score for the northern city of Beijing was three times higher than that of the southern city of Guangzhou （P = 0.01） and 2.5 times higher than for the southern city of Shanghai （P = 0.03）. Conclusions The extent of subclinical atherosclerosis is significantly higher in the northern city of Beijing than that in the two southern cities of Guangzhou and Shanghai, even after adjusting for standard cardiac risk factors. This finding suggests that standard risk factors do not fully explain north south differences in clinical CHD incidence.

Effect of TiO2 pigment gradation on the properties of thermal insulation coatings

This study was designed to evaluate the thermal performance and mechanical properties of coatings with different gradations of TiO2 pigments. The solar reflectance, cooling performance, wash resistance, and film adhesion strength of the coatings were investigated. The influence of TiO2 powder gradation on the final properties of the coatings was studed. The solar reflectance and the thermal insulation were observed to increase with increasing content of nanosized TiO2. The mechanical properties of the coatings, such as their wash resistance and film adhesion strength, were observed to increase with increased incorporation of nanosized TiO2. Such improvements in the properties of the coatings were attributed to the greater specific surface area and lower thermal conductivity of nanosized TiO2 particles compared to normal TiO2 particles.

【目的】探究旱地秸秆覆盖条件下土壤有机碳组分及碳库管理指数的变化。【方法】2022年依托大田试验,设秸秆带状覆盖(TSM)和秸秆碎秆覆盖(TSR)试验为主效应处理,以地膜覆盖(TPM)和露地平作(TCK)为双对照,测定分析玉米农田播前和收获后0~20 cm、20~40 cm和40~60 cm土层的土壤总有机碳(TOC)、易氧化有机碳(EOC)、可溶性有机碳(DOC)和颗粒有机碳(POC)含量,并计算土壤碳库管理指数。【结果】与播前相比,处理TCK和TPM降低了0~60 cm土层TOC含量,TSM和TSR提高了0~20 cm土层TOC含量;各处理降低了0~60 cm土层EOC、DOC和POC含量及其占TOC比例。收获期,TSM较TCK显著增加了土壤POC、EOC、DOC和TOC含量,提高幅度分别为47.52%、38.47%、20.58%和19.91%;TSR较TCK显著增加了0~20 cm土层TOC和DOC含量,提高幅度分别为3.43%和14.55%;显著提高了0~60 cm土层EOC含量和POC含量,提高幅度分别为5.81%和20.95%。收获期,TSM较TPM显著提高了0~60 cm土层EOC、TOC、POC和DOC含量,提高幅度分别为25.00%、22.51%、19.30%和12.69%。TSR较TPM显著提高了0~20 cm土层DOC、EOC和TOC含量,提高幅度分别为20.04%、7.75%和7.10%,显著提高了0~40 cm土层POC含量,提高幅度为27.64%。与TCK相比,TSM显著提高了0~60 cm土层土壤碳库指数、碳库活度、碳库活度指数和碳库管理指数;TSR提高了0~20 cm土层土壤碳库指数以及0~60 cm土层土壤碳库活度、碳库活度指数和碳库管理指数。与TPM相比,TSM显著提高了0~60 cm土层土壤碳库指数和碳库管理指数,TSR显著提高了0~20 cm土层土壤碳库指数。【结论】秸秆带状覆盖可有效提高土壤有机碳组分含量及碳库管理指数,可为半干旱雨养区农业高产高效种植提供理论支撑。

文章采用文献资料等研究方法,以2022年第24届北京冬奥会开幕式中表达出的中华优秀传统文化为研究对象,以传播学相关理论与开幕式蕴含的中华传统文化的国际表达实践结合,探讨文化自信背景下北京冬奥会中华优秀传统文化的国际传播。研究认为,自信包容应以求同存异理念引领共情传播,具体表现为言行一致的文化价值符号、以礼相待的待客之道、有容乃大的固有格局等中华优秀传统文化特质;共识融通应以情感共鸣基础画合意空间,通过中西交融的曲折之路与共创人类命运共同体的大国责任呈现;至善至美应以文化创意建构中国特色浪漫,由传统文化的创新映现及星星之火具有燎原之势等文化意象展示。
