Interaction of Aristolochic acid （AA） and guanine （G） was studied by electrochemical techniques in this paper. When AA was added into the guanine solution, the oxidation peak currents of mixture solution decreased, while the peak potential and the electrochemical kinetic parameters remained the same as when AA was absent, except that the electrode process of guanine that involved two protons and two electrons changed from adsorption controlled to diffusion controlled. It is suggested that an electrochemical inactive supramolecular adduct AA-Gua （1：1） was formed in the system. The adduct cannot be oxidized on the glassy carbon electrode, which indirectly results in the decrease of the free concentration of guanine in the reaction solution and the decrease of peak currents. The binding constant （13） of this adduct is calculated as 7.14× 10^3 mol/L. The possible mechanism for the interaction of Aristolochic acid and DNA was proposed, that may provide a possible pathway for the nosogenesis research of aristolochic acid.

Acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) is a critical type of acute pancreatitis (AP)[1, 2]. ANP has high mortality, long-term hospitalization, high cost, and potential morbidity [3, 4]. Infected or symptomatic necrosis continually requires debridement as the mainstay of treatment when percutaneous drainage fails [5]. With the advent of minimally invasive approaches in recent decades, surgical management of pancreatic necrosis has been advanced. Guidelines recommend using a step-up approach instead of direct open pancreaticnecrosectomy(OPN)[6].Endoscopicdrainageandnecrosectomyareappropriateforwalled-off necrosis(WON)nearthe stomach or duodenum [7]. Minimal access retroperitoneal pancreatic necrosectomy (MARPN) is a good approach for laterally located WONthatisdistantfromthestomachorduodenum[8].However, these minimally invasive approaches are still not *** repeatedly debridement itself causes necrosis. Generally, large pieces of necrosis are not easy to clear, and blood vessels are difficult to distinguish. Risks of bleeding, gastrointestinal fistula, and pancreatic fistula are still inevitable.

A sintered Nd-Y-Fe-B magnet was designed and manufactured by the multi-main-phase *** distributed Y in the magnet decreases the adverse magnetic weakening effect of Y on the *** boundary diffusion process（GBDP） was conducted to further enhance the coercivity of the Nd-Y-Fe-B *** coercivity increases significantly from 884 to 1741 kA/m after GBDP with *** mechanism of the coercivity enhancement is discussed based on the microstructure *** simulation reveals that when the diffused Tb-rich shell thickness is lower than 12 nm the c-plane shell（perpendicular to the c-axis） is much more effective in enhancing the coercivity than the side plane shell（parallel to the c-axis）.But when the Tb-rich shell thickness is above12 nm the side plane shell contributes more to the coercivity *** results in this work can help to design and manufacture Nd-Fe-B magnets with low cost and high magnetic properties.

Seawater electrolysis is a promising approach for sustainable energy without relying on precious ***,the large-scale seawater electrolysis is hindered by low catalytic efficiency and severe anode corrosion caused by the harmful *** contrast to the oxygen evolution reaction (OER)and chlorin ion oxidation reaction (ClOR),glycerol oxidation reaction (GOR) is more thermodynamically and kinetically favorable ***,a Ru doping cobalt phosphide (Ru-CoP_(2)) is proposed as a robust bifunctional electrocatalyst for seawater electrolysis and GOR,for the concurrent productions of hydrogen and value-added *** in situ and ex situ characterization analyses demonstrated that Ru doping featured in the dynamic reconstruction process from Ru-CoP_(2)to Ru-CoOOH,accounting for the superior GOR *** coupling GOR with hydrogen evolution was realized by employing Ru-CoP_(2)as both anode and cathode,requiring only a low voltage of 1.43 V at 100 mA cm^(-2),which was 250 m V lower than that in alkaline *** work guides the design of bifunctional electrocatalysts for energy-efficient seawater electrolysis coupled with biomass resource upcycling.

Several promising plasma biomarker proteins,such as amyloid-β(Aβ),tau,neurofilament light chain,and glial fibrillary acidic protein,are widely used for the diagnosis of neurodegenerative ***,little is known about the long-term stability of these biomarker proteins in plasma samples stored at-80°*** aimed to explore how storage time would affect the diagnostic accuracy of these biomarkers using a large *** samples from 229 cognitively unimpaired individuals,encompassing healthy controls and those experiencing subjective cognitive decline,as well as 99 patients with cognitive impairment,comprising those with mild cognitive impairment and dementia,were acquired from the Sino Longitudinal Study on Cognitive Decline *** samples were stored at-80°C for up to 6 years before being used in this *** results showed that plasma levels of Aβ42,Aβ40,neurofilament light chain,and glial fibrillary acidic protein were not significantly correlated with sample storage ***,the level of total tau showed a negative correlation with sample storage ***,in individuals without cognitive impairment,plasma levels of total protein and tau phosphorylated protein threonine 181(p-tau181)also showed a negative correlation with sample storage *** was not observed in individuals with cognitive ***,we speculate that the diagnostic accuracy of plasma p-tau181 and the p-tau181 to total tau ratio may be influenced by sample storage ***,caution is advised when using these plasma biomarkers for the identification of neurodegenerative diseases,such as Alzheimer's ***,in cohort studies,it is important to consider the impact of storage time on the overall results.

Dinuclear metal synergistic catalysis(DMSC)has been proved powerful in boosting CO_(2)reduction,while this has not been achieved in heterogeneous catalysts with long-range order *** this study,we,by introduction of metal catalytic centers into an indium-based metal-organic framework(MOF),obtained a series of isostructural In-MOFs,including three MOFs with mononuclear metal catalytic center(M-In),three MOFs with dinuclear homometallic catalytic centers(MM-In),and three MOFs with dinuclear heterometallic catalytic centers(MM’-In,M/M’=Co(II),Ni(II),Zn(II)).It was found that all these MOFs can serve as catalysts for photochemical CO_(2)reduction to *** with M-In,the catalytic activities of MM-In were obviously enhanced,and that of MM’-In was further significantly *** example,the CO yield of Co Zn-In reaches a record value of 12,700μmol g^(-1)h^(-1),which is 4.0,8.1,9.4,and 18.6-fold higher than that of Co Co-In,Zn Zn-In,Co-In,and Zn-In,***,the catalytic activities of Co Ni-In and Ni Zn-In also show different fold increase than those of corresponding dinuclear homometallic and mononuclear metallic *** results of control experiments and theoretical calculation reveal that the higher catalytic activities of MM-In over M-In can be ascribed to the DMSC effect,and the higher catalytic activity of MM’-In over MM-In can be ascribed to the strengthened DMSC *** work reveals the relationship between DMSC effect and bimetal centers in CO_(2)reduction,which provides new insights into the DMSC and paves a new way to design highly active catalysts for photochemical CO_(2)reduction.

TGNet:Intelligent Identification of Thunderstorm Wind Gusts Using Multimodal Fusion

Thunderstorm wind gusts are small in scale,typically occurring within a range of a few *** is extremely challenging to monitor and forecast thunderstorm wind gusts using only automatic weather ***,it is necessary to establish thunderstorm wind gust identification techniques based on multisource high-resolution *** paper introduces a new algorithm,called thunderstorm wind gust identification network(TGNet).It leverages multimodal feature fusion to fuse the temporal and spatial features of thunderstorm wind gust *** shapelet transform is first used to extract the temporal features of wind speeds from automatic weather stations,which is aimed at distinguishing thunderstorm wind gusts from those caused by synoptic-scale systems or ***,the encoder,structured upon the U-shaped network(U-Net)and incorporating recurrent residual convolutional blocks(R2U-Net),is employed to extract the corresponding spatial convective characteristics of satellite,radar,and lightning ***,by using the multimodal deep fusion module based on multi-head cross-attention,the temporal features of wind speed at each automatic weather station are incorporated into the spatial features to obtain 10-minutely classification of thunderstorm wind *** products have high accuracy,with a critical success index reaching *** with those of U-Net and R2U-Net,the false alarm rate of TGNet products decreases by 31.28%and 24.15%,*** new algorithm provides grid products of thunderstorm wind gusts with a spatial resolution of 0.01°,updated every *** results are finer and more accurate,thereby helping to improve the accuracy of operational warnings for thunderstorm wind gusts.
