Background:Allergy march refers to progression of allergic diseases from infantile food allergy to the development of asthma and allergic rhinitis (AR).Evidence come mostly from studies in European *** study aimed to investigate allergy march in Chinese children with infantile food protein allergy (FPA) with a special focus on the effect of different formula ***:From 2008 to 2010,153 infants diagnosed with FPA were recruited in five tertiary hospitals across *** were randomly treated with amino-acid-based formula or soy-protein-based formula for a period of 3 ***-term follow-up was performed when they reached early school age,using questionnaires,physical examinations,and serum-specific immunoglobulin ***:The overall follow-up rate was 73.20%.In patients who reached their early school years,the prevalence of physician-diagnosed AR and asthma were 43.75% and 23.21%,*** 40% of the subjects remained positive for food sensitizations upon ***-six subjects receiving aeroallergen screening tests in infancy all proved negative,but upon follow-up,65.57% were sensitized to aeroallergens (P=0.005).No significant difference between the effects of amino-acid-based formula and soy-protein-based formula on children's allergy march was ***:A high proportion (47.32%) of Chinese infants with early allergic symptoms developed respiratory allergies by their early school *** food-sensitized infants outgrew their condition several years later,but then aeroallergen sensitization often ***-acid-based formula showed no advantages over soy protein-based formula with respect to arresting the allergy march.

BACKGROUND Duodenal cancer is one of the most common subtypes of small intestinal cancer,and distant metastasis(DM)in this type of cancer still leads to poor *** nomograms have recently been used in tumor areas,no studies have focused on the diagnostic and prognostic evaluation of DM in patients with primary duodenal *** To develop and evaluate nomograms for predicting the risk of DM and person-alized prognosis in patients with duodenal *** Data on duodenal cancer patients diagnosed between 2010 and 2019 were extracted from the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results *** and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to identify independent risk factors for DM in patients with duodenal cancer,and univariate and multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression analyses were used to determine independent prognostic factors in duodenal cancer patients with *** novel nomograms were established,and the results were evaluated by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves,calibration curves,and decision curve analysis(DCA).RESULTS A total of 2603 patients with duodenal cancer were included,of whom 457 cases(17.56%)had DM at the time of *** analysis revealed independent risk factors for DM in duodenal cancer patients,including gender,grade,tumor size,T stage,and N stage(P<0.05).Univariate and multivariate COX analyses further identified independent prognostic factors for duodenal cancer patients with DM,including age,histological type,T stage,tumor grade,tumor size,bone metastasis,chemotherapy,and surgery(P<0.05).The accuracy of the nomograms was validated in the training set,validation set,and expanded testing set using ROC curves,calibration curves,and DCA *** results of Kaplan-Meier survival curves(P<0.001)indicated that both nomograms accurately predicted the occurrence and prognosis of DM in patients with duodenal *** The two nomograms are expected as effective tools fo

Peer-to-Peer Trading in Distribution Systems with the Utility's Operation

To realize a liberalized peer-to-peer (P2P) electricity market in distribution systems with network security, this paper develops a general framework for P2P trading in distribution systems with the utility's operation. The model is formulated as a bi-level programming. The utility's operation is an upper level problem, where a calculation method of network usage charges for P2P trading is also proposed. Peers' P2P trading is a lower level problem. An iterative algorithm based on analytical target cascading (ATC) is proposed to solve the model, where the interactions between utility and peers are presented. Numerical results on the IEEE 33-bus system demonstrate that the proposed method realizes a liberalized P2P market and ensures network security in distribution systems.

Unbalanced traffic distribution in cellular networks results in congestion and degrades spectrum *** tackle this problem,we propose an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)-assisted wireless network in which the UAV acts as an aerial relay to divert some traffic from the overloaded cell to its adjacent underloaded *** fully exploit its potential,we jointly optimize the UAV position,user association,spectrum allocation,and power allocation to maximize the sum-log-rate of all users in two adjacent *** tackle the complicated joint optimization problem,we first design a genetic-based algorithm to optimize the UAV ***,we simplify the problem by theoretical analysis and devise a low-complexity algorithm according to the branch-and-bound method,so as to obtain the optimal user association and spectrum allocation *** further propose an iterative power allocation algorithm based on the sequential convex approximation *** simulation results indicate that the proposed UAV-assisted wireless network is superior to the terrestrial network in both utility and throughput,and the proposed algorithms can substantially improve the network performance in comparison with the other schemes.

Electrocatalytic CO_(2)reduction(ECR)offers an attractive approach to realizing carbon neutrality and producing valuable chemicals and fuels using CO_(2)as the ***,the lack of cost-effective electrocatalysts with better performances has seriously hindered its ***,a one-step co-electrodeposition method was used to introduce Zn,a metal with weak^(*)CO binding energy,into Cu to form Cu/Zn intermetallic catalysts(Cu/Zn IMCs).It was shown that,using an H-cell,the high Faradaic efficiency of C_(2+)hydrocarbons/alcohols()could be achieved in ECR by adjusting the surface metal components and the applied *** suitable conditions,FEC_(2+)and current density could be as high as 75%and 40 mA/cm^(2),*** with the Cu catalyst,the Cu/Zn IMCs have a lower interfacial charge transfer resistance and a larger electrochemically active surface area(ECSA),which accelerate the ***,the^(*)CO formed on Zn sites can move to Cu sites due to its weak binding with*CO,and thus enhance the C–C coupling on the Cu surface to form C_(2+)products.

In this paper,we study the following quasi-linear elliptic equation:■where Ω?R^(N) is a bounded domain,λ>0 is a *** function ψ(|t|)t is the subcritical term,and φ(|t|)t is the critical Orlicz-Sobolev growth term with respect to φ.Under appropriate conditions on φ,ψ and φ,we prove the existence of infinitely many weak solutions for quasi-linear elliptic equation,for λ∈(0,λ_(0)),where λ_(0)> 0 is a fixed constant.

Liquid-phase exfoliation was employed to synthesize Sr_(2)Nb_(3)O_(10) perovskite nanosheets with thicknesses down to 1.76 *** electron microscopy(TEM),atomic force microscope(AFM),X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS),and other characterization techniques were used to evaluate the atomic structure and chemical composition of the exfoliated nanosheets.A UV photodetector based on individual Sr_(2)Nb_(3)O_(10) nanosheets was prepared to demonstrate the application of an ultraviolet(UV) *** UV photodetector exhibited outstanding photocurrent and responsivity with a responsivity of 3×10^(5) A·W^(-1) at 5 V bias under 280 nm illumination,a photocurrent of 60 nA,and an on/off ratio of 3×10^(2).
