Background:Chromosomal abnormality is a common cause of congenital anomalies,psychiatric disorders,and mental ***,the double trisomy 48,XXX,+18 is a rare chromosome ***:Case report and literature ***:A 7-hour-old girl presented to our unit because of poor response after *** presented with multiple dysmorphic features,including small for gestational age infant,flat nasal bridge,widely-spaced eyes,the left thumb deformities,flat facial profile,raised sternum,ventricular septal defect,the third lateral brain ventricle enlargement,and small *** case expands the spectrum of malformations reported in association with the double trisomy 48,XXX,+*** literature on 16 fetuses or infants with the 48,XXX,+18 were also ***:These data suggested that in patients with clinical features similar to trisomy 18,especially with anomalies of the ears and/or reproductive malformations,double trisomy(48,XXX,+18)should be considered and karyotyping should be performed although it is a rare disease.

Bromine is an irreplaceable reagent for many important applications including necessary additive for flame retardants and rubber ***,the toxicity,causticity,and vaporability of bromine make the safe usage and transportation of bromine challenging,which can be alleviated by the bromine ***,vacancy-ordered bromide perovskites such as Cs^(4)Sb_(2)Br_(12)and Cs_(2)PdBr_(6)are selected out for the bromine fixation through density-functional theory calculations and *** redox within the bromide perovskites is designed to provide the driving force for the reversible release and fixation of *** and cooling the title bromide perovskites in a necked ampoule make the bromine visible and separable from the solid *** composition engineering(i.e.,Cs_(4)Sb_(2)Br_(12)vs Rb_(4)Sb_(2)Br_(12),and Cs_(4)Sb_(2)Br_(12)vs Cs_(2)PdBr_(6))can effectively tune the stability(against water and high temperature)and the bromine storage capacity(from9.30%to 18.76%).In addition,this work can provide a one-step preparation method for the liquid bromine without further purification.

The injection and transport characteristics of electrons are enhanced by using sodium chloride （NaC1） as an n-type dopant doped into a 4, 7-diphnenyl-1, lO-phe-nanthroline （Bphen） electron-transporting layer, which improves the performance of organic light-emitting diodes （OLEDs）. Meanwhile, a NaCl-doped Bphen layer can effectively influence electrical characteristics of the devices, and significantly improve the current and power efficiency. The turn-on voltage and the operation voltage of the optimal device are decreased drastically from 6.5 V and 10.8 V to 3.3 V and 5 V, respectively, compared with those of the reference device. The maximum current efficiency and power efficiency of the optimal device are 7.0 cd/A and 4.4 Im/W at the current density of 16.70 mA/cm~, which are about I. 7 and 4 times higher than those of the reference device, respectively. Moreover, the enhancement of the injection and transport ability for electrons is attributed not only to the reduced energy barrier between A1 cathode and Bphen, but also to the increased mobility of electrons by the doping effect of NaCl. Therefore, both the electron injection and transport ability are enhanced, which improve the carrier balance in OLEDs and lead to the better device efficiency.

Reservoir modeling is playing an increasingly important role in developing and producing hydrocarbon *** this paper,we provide a brief overview of some main challenges in reservoir modeling,i.e.,accurate and efficient modeling of complex reservoir geometry and heterogeneous reservoir *** then present modeling techniques we recently developed in addressing these challenges,including a method for generating constrained Voronoi grids and a generic global scale-up *** focus on the Voronoi gridding method,which is based on a new constrained Delaunay triangulation algorithm and a rigorous method of adapting Voronoi grids to piecewise linear *** global scale-up method based on generic flows is briefly *** examples are provided to demonstrate the techniques and the advantage of combining them in constructing accurate and efficient reservoir models.

Enhancing entanglement and steering in a hybrid atom–optomechanical system via Duffing nonlinearity

We introduce a novel scheme for achieving quantum entanglement and Einstein–Podolsky–Rosen(EPR) steering between an atomic ensemble and a mechanical oscillator within a hybrid atom–optomechanical system. The system comprises an optical cavity, a two-level atomic ensemble and a mechanical resonator that possesses Duffing nonlinearity. The interaction between these components is mediated by the cavity mode, which is driven by an external laser. Our findings indicate that optimizing the coupling strengths between photons and phonons, as well as between atoms and the cavity,leads to maximal entanglement and EPR steering. The amplitude of the driving laser plays a pivotal role in enhancing the coupling between photons and phonons, and the system maintains robust entanglement and EPR steering even under high dissipation, thereby mitigating the constraints on initial conditions and parameter precision. Remarkably, the Duffing nonlinearity enhances the system's resistance to thermal noise, ensuring its stability and entanglement protection. Our analysis of EPR steering conditions reveals that the party with lower dissipation exhibits superior stability and a propensity to steer the party with higher dissipation. These discoveries offer novel perspectives for advancing quantum information processing and communication technologies.

The feasibility and the clinical value of the enzyme-multiplied immunoassay technique （EMIT） monitoring of blood concentrations of cyclosporine A （CsA） in patients treated with CsA were investigated after kidney transplantation. The validation method was performed to the EMIT determination of CsA blood concentration, the CsA whole blood trough concentrations （Co） of patients in different time periods after renal transplantation were monitored, and combined with the clinical complications, the statistical results were analyzed and compared. EMIT was precise, accurate and stable, also with a high quality control. The mean postoperative blood concentration of CsA was as follows：〈1 month, （281.4± 57.9）ng/mL; 2 - 3 months, （264.5 ± 41.2） ng/mL; 4 - 5 months, （236.4 ± 38.9） ng/mL; 6 - 12 months, （206.5± 32.6）ng/mL; 〉12 months, （185.6± 28.1）ng/mL. The toxic reaction rate of CsA blood concentration within the recommended therapeutic concentration was 14.1%, significantly lower than that of the none-recommended dose group （37.2%）（P〈0.05）; the transplantation rejection rate was 4.4%, significantly lower than that of the none- recommended dose group （22.5%）（P〈0.05）. Using EMIT to monitor the blood concentration of CsA as the routine laboratory method is feasible, and is able to reduce the CsA toxicity and rejection significantly, leading to achieving the desired therapeutic effect.
