An Approach to Modelling and Analysing Reliability of Breeze/ADL-based Software Architecture

Breeze/architecture description language（ADL）, is an eX tensible markup language（XML） based architecture description language which is used to model software systems at the architecture level. Though Breeze/ADL provides an appropriate basis for architecture modelling, it can neither analyse nor evaluate the architecture reliability. In this paper, we propose a Breeze/ADL based strategy which, by combining generalized stochastic Petri net（GSPN） and tools for reliability analysis, supports architecture reliability modelling and evaluation. This work expands the idea in three directions： Firstly, we give a Breeze/ADL reliability model in which we add error attributes to Breeze/ADL error model for capturing architecture error information, and at the same time perform the system error state transition through the Breeze/ADL production. Secondly, we present how to map a Breeze/ADL reliability model to a GSPN model, which in turn can be used for reliability analysis. The other task is to develop a Breeze/ADL reliability analysis modelling tool–EXGSPN（Breeze/ADL reliability analysis modelling tool）, and combine it with platform independent petri net editor 2（PIPE2） to carry out a reliability ***： Breeze/architecture description language （ADL）, is an eXtensible markup language （XML） based architecture description language which is used to model software systems at the architecture level. There are a wide variety of intelligence accelerators with promising performance and energy efficiency,deployed in a broad range of applications such as computer vision and speech ***,programming productivity hinders the deployment of deep learning *** low-level library invoked in the high-level deep learning framework which supports the end-to-end execution with a given model,is designed to reduce the programming burden on the intelligence ***,it is inflexible for developers to build a network model for every deep learning application,which probably brings unnecessary repetitive *** this paper,a flexible and efficient programming framework for deep learning accelerators,FlexPDA,is proposed,which provides more optimization opportunities than the low-level library and realizes quick transplantation of applications to intelligence accelerators for fast *** evaluate FlexPDA by using 10 representative operators selected from deep learning algorithms and an end-to-end *** experimental results validate the effectiveness of FlexPDA,which achieves an end-to-end performance improvement of 1.620x over the low-level library.

AIM：To study the inhibition of nuclear factor kappa-B p65（NF-κB p65）antisense oligodeoxynucleotide（ASODN）on transdifferentiation of normal human lens epithelial cells induced by transforming growth factor-β2（TGF-β2）.·M ETHODS：NF-κBp65ASODNand NF-κBp65missense oligodeoxynucleotide（MSODN）were designed and *** lens epithelial cell line（HLE B-3）cells were prepared for study and divided into 7 *** group was HLE B-3 cells cultured in dulbecco’s modified eagle medium（DMEM）.T1,T2,and T3 group were HLE B-3 cells cultured in DMEM with 10 ng/m L TGF-β2 for 6h,12h,24h respectively.A＋T group was HLE B-3 cells cultured with 10 ng/m L TGF-β2for 24h after transfected by NF-κB p65 ASODN for 24h.M＋T group was HLE B-3 cells cultured with 10 ng/m L TGF-β2 for 24h after transfected by NF-κB p65 MSODN for *** negative control group was HLE B-3 cells cultured with 10 ng/m L TGF-β2 for 24h after cultured with transfer agent（Hi Per Fect）for *** morphology was observed at different time points using an inverted *** expression of NF-κB p65 m RNA was detected with reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）,and the expression ofα-smooth muscle actin（α-SMA）protein was assayed with ELISA.·RESULTS：With the TGF-β2 stimulation prolongation,the expression of NF-κB p65 m RNA and a-SMA protein increased in T1,T2,T3 groups compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（〈0.05）.NF-κB p65 ASODN lowered the expression of NF-κB p65 m RNA andα-SMA protein induced by TGF-β***-κB p65 MSODN and Hi Per Fect did not lower the expression of NF-κB p65 m RNA andα-SMA protein induced by TGF-β*** difference between control group and A＋T group was not statistically significant（〉0.05）,but the difference among A＋T group and other groups was statistically significant（〈0.05）.·CONCLUSION：NF-κB p65 ASODN could lower the expression of NF-κB p65 m RNA andα-SMA protein induced by TGF-β2,and antagonized TGF-β2-induced transdifferentiati

The microstructural evolution and mechanical property of 00Crl3NiSMo2 supermartensitic stainless steel （SMSS） subjected to different heat treatments were investigated. Room tensile tests, hardness tests, scanning elec- tron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X ray diffraction were conducted on the heat-treated steels. It is found that the microstructure of the heat-treated steel is composed of tempered lath martensite, retained austenite and ^-ferrite. The austenitizing temperature and tempering temperature have a significant effect on the microstrtlctur al changes, which leads to the complex variations of mechanical properties. The fine tempered lath martensite and more dispersed reversed austenite in the microstructure facilitate improving the comprehensive mechanical properties of the studied steel. The optimal heat treatment process of 00Crl3Ni5Mo2 SMSS is obtained by austenitizing at 1000 ℃ for 0.5 h＋air cooling followed by tempering at 630 ℃ for 2 h＋air cooling, where the excellent combination of ten- sile strength, elongation and hardness can be achieved.

Half-Heusler(HH)alloys constitute an important class of materials that exhibit promising potential in high-temperature thermoelectric(TE)power *** this work,we synthesized Zr_(1−x)Yb_(x)NiSn(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.04,0.06 and 0.10)HH alloys using a time-efficient levitation melting and spark plasma sintering procedure.X-ray diffraction showed that the samples were predominantly single phased,and that the lattice constant increased systematically with increasing Yb doping *** doping effects of Yb on the thermoelectric properties were *** was found that Yb doping consistently decreased the electrical and thermal *** the other hand,the effects of Yb doping on the Seebeck coefficient were found to be *** magnitude of the Seebeck coefficient(n-type)was increased upon Yb doping up to x=0.02,above which Yb doping introduced notable p-type *** a result,the room-temperature Seebeck coefficient of the x=0.10 sample became positive although the magnitude was not *** thermoelectric figure of merit,ZT,reached a maximum of∼0.38 at 900 K for the x=0.01 *** doping on the Ni and Sn sites are necessary to further optimize the TE performance of Zr_(1−x)Yb_(x)NiSn alloys.

A mixed self-assembled monolayers （SAMs） of thioctic acid （T-COOH） and thioctic acid amide （T-NH2） were used to immobilize tyrosinase for fabricating biosensor. The results showed that the mixed SAMs prepared from solution at the ratio of 1：4 provided an excellent microenvironment for enzymatic reaction between tyrosinase and substrate. The biosensor exhibited a fast response and high sensitivity for sensing substrate.

CO_(2) emulsions used for EOR have received a lot of interest because of its good performance on CO_(2)mobility ***,most of them have been focusing on the high quality CO_(2) emulsion(high CO_(2) fraction),while CO_(2) emulsion with high water cut has been rarely *** this paper,we carried out a comprehensive experimental study of using high water cut CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion for enhancing oil ***,a nonionic surfactant,alkyl glycosides(APG),was selected to stabilize CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion,and the corresponding morphology and stability were evaluated with a transparent PVT ***,plugging capacity and apparent viscosity of CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion were measured systematically by a sand pack displacement apparatus connected with a 1.95-m long capillary ***,a high water cut(40 vol%) CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion was selected for flooding experiments in a long sand pack and a core sample,and the oil recovery,the rate of oil recovery,and the pressure gradients were *** results indicated that APG had a good performance on emulsifying and stabilizing CO_(2) *** inversion from H_(2)O/CO_(2) emulsion to CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion with the increase in water cut was ***_(2)/H_(2)O emulsions with lower water cuts presented higher apparent viscosity,while the optimal plugging capacity of CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion occurred at a certain water ***,the displacement using CO_(2)/H_(2)O emulsion provided 18.98% and 13.36% additional oil recovery than that using pure CO_(2) in long sand pack and core tests,*** work may provide guidelines for EOR using CO_(2) emulsions with high water cut.
