High spin states of the odd-odd nucleus 92Nb are investigated using the S2Se （14N, 4n）92Nb reaction at a beam energy of 54MeV. The level scheme of the 92Nb was extended up to Jπ=（16＋） at about 7.3 MeV and Jπ=（21-） at about 9.7MeV. According to systematic analyses and a comparison with the neighboring nucleus, the higher spin states could be interpreted by the multi-particle excitations in the π（fs/2,P3/2,p1/2,gg/2）@v（p1/x,gg/2,d5/2, g7/2） configuration space.

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is an emerging analytical spectroscopy technique. This review presents the main recent developments in China regarding the implementation of LIBS for coal analysis. The paper mainly focuses on the progress of the past few years in the fundamentals, data pretreatment, calibration model, and experimental issues of LIBS and its application to coal analysis. Many important domestic studies focusing on coal quality analysis have been conducted. For example, a proposed novel hybrid quantification model can provide more reproducible quantitative analytical results; the model obtained the average absolute errors (AREs) of 0.42%, 0.05%, 0.07%, and 0.17% for carbon, hydrogen, volatiles, and ash, respectively, and a heat value of 0.07 MJ/kg. Atomic/ionic emission lines and molecular bands, such as CN and C-2, have been employed to generate more accurate analysis results, achieving an ARE of 0.26% and a 0.16% limit of detection (LOD) for the prediction of unburned carbon in fly ashes. Both laboratory and on-line LIBS apparatuses have been developed for field application in coal-fired power plants. We consider that both the accuracy and the repeatability of the elemental and proximate analysis of coal have increased significantly and further efforts will be devoted to realizing large-scale commercialization of coal quality analyzer in China.

The synthetic Floquet lattice,generated by multiple strong drives with mutually incommensurate frequencies,provides a powerful platform for quantum simulation of topological *** this study,we propose a 4-band tight-binding model of the Chern insulator with a Chern number C=±2 by coupling two layers of the half Bernevig–Hughes–Zhang lattice and subsequently mapping it onto the Floquet lattice to simulate its topological *** determine the Chern number of our Floquet-version model,we extend the energy pumping method proposed by Martin et al.[2017 ***.X 7041008]and the topological oscillation method introduced by Boyers et al.[2020 ***.125160505],followed by numerical simulations for both *** simulation results demonstrate the successful extraction of the Chern number using either of these methods,providing an excellent prediction of the phase diagram that closely aligns with the theoretical one derived from the original bilayer half Bernevig–Hughes–Zhang ***,we briefly discuss a potential experimental implementation for our *** work demonstrates significant potential for simulating complex topological matter using quantum computing platforms,thereby paving the way for constructing a more universal simulator for non-interacting topological quantum states and advancing our understanding of these intriguing phenomena.

AIM:To investigate the prognostic factors after resection for hepatitis B virus(HBV)-associated intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC) and to assess the impact of different extents of lymphadenectomy on patient ***:A total of 85 patients with HBV-associated ICC who underwent curative resection from January 2005 to December 2006 were *** patients were classified into groups according to the extent of lymphadenectomy(no lymph node dissection,sampling lymph node dissection and regional lymph node dissection).Clinicopathological characteristics and survival were reviewed ***:The cumulative 1-,3-,and 5-year survival rates were found to be 60 %,18 %,and 13 %,*** analysis revealed that liver cirrhosis(HR = 1.875,95%CI:1.197-3.278,P = 0.008) and multiple tumors(HR = 2.653,95%CI:1.562-4.508,P he survival rate of patients with negative lymph node ***:The extent of lymphadenectomy does not seem to have influence on the survival of patients with HBV-associated ICC,and routine lymph nodedissection is not recommended,particularly for those without lymph node metastasis.

Objective: To derive the Chinese medicine(CM) syndrome classification and subgroup syndrome characteristics of ischemic stroke patients. Methods: By extracting the CM clinical electronic medical records(EMRs) of 7,170 hospitalized patients with ischemic stroke from 2016 to 2018 at Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shandong Province, China, a patient similarity network(PSN) was constructed based on the symptomatic phenotype of the patients. Thereafter the efficient community detection method BGLL was used to identify subgroups of patients. Finally, subgroups with a large number of cases were selected to analyze the specific manifestations of clinical symptoms and CM syndromes in each subgroup. Results: Seven main subgroups of patients with specific symptom characteristics were identified, including M3, M2, M1, M5, M0, M29and M4. M3 and M0 subgroups had prominent posterior circulatory symptoms, while M3 was associated with autonomic disorders, and M4 manifested as anxiety;M2 and M4 had motor and motor coordination disorders;M1 had sensory disorders;M5 had more obvious lung infections;M29 had a disorder of consciousness. The specificity of CM syndromes of each subgroup was as follows. M3, M2, M1, M0, M29 and M4 all had the same syndrome as wind phlegm pattern;M3 and M0 both showed hyperactivity of Gan(Liver) yang pattern;M2 and M29 had similar syndromes, which corresponded to intertwined phlegm and blood stasis pattern and phlegm-stasis obstructing meridians pattern, respectively. The manifestations of CM syndromes often appeared in a combination of 2 or more syndrome elements. The most common combination of these 7 subgroups was wind-phlegm. The 7 subgroups of CM syndrome elements were specifically manifested as pathogenic wind, pathogenic phlegm,and deficiency pathogens. This article reports the design and construction of a multiple-epitope foot and mouth disease virus （FMDV） antigen, designated as OAAT. This recombinant antigen consists of the structural protein VP1 genes from serotypes A and O FMDV, five major VP1 immunodominant epitopes from two genotypes of Asial serotype, and three Th2 epitopes originating from the nonstructural protein, three ABC gene and structural protein VP4 gene. Expressions of target gene from these plasmids in heLa cells were verified by Western-blot. BALB/c mice were immunized intramuscularly with the DNA vaccines thrice every two weeks. We found that pA could induce simultaneously specific antibodies against serotypes A, Asial, and O FMDV. Compared to those of the controls, the spots of FMDV-specific IFN-7 and cytotoxic activity from mice immunized with pA were significantly increased, pA provided full protection in 2/4 guinea pigs from challenge with FMDV O/NY00 and Asial/YNBS/58, respectively. The results show that although pA did not give full protection in 100% immunized guinea pigs from challenge with type O and Asial FMDV, respectively, OAAT may be potential immunogen against FMDV and pA may be potential DNA vaccines against FMDV.

AIM： To look for the evidence of human papilloma virus （HPV） infection in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas （ESCC） and to investigate the potential role and epidemiology of HPV infection in the pathogenesis of esophageal carcinomas in henan emigrants. METHODS： Papilloma virus （PV） and HPV were determined by UltrasensiveTM S-P immunohistochemistry （IHC） and in situ hybridization （ISH） in esophageal carcinoma tissues （82 cases） and the normal mucosa （40 cases）. RESULTS： IHC revealed that the positive rate of PV was 75.0%, 68.18% and 72.5% respectively while the HPV （16/18-E6） positive rate was 45.0%, 36.36%, 37.5%, respectively in esophageal carcinoma tissue specimens from henan emigrants,the local citizens and patients in Hubei Cancer Hospital. The PV and HPV （16/18-E6） were negative in all normal esophageal mucosa specimens. No correlation was found between HPV in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and in grade 1-3 esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells. In situ hybridization showed that the HPV （16/18） DNA positive rate was 30.0%, 31.8%, 25.0%, respectively in the 3 groups of samples. No positive hybridization signal was found in 40 normal esophageal mucosa specimens. The positive rate of HPV （16/18） DNA in the esophageal carcinoma specimens was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa specimens （P〈0.05）. The positive rate was not different among the 3 groups of esophageal carcinoma tissue specimens （P〉0.05）.CONCLUSION： HPV infection is high in esophageal carcinoma of henan emigrants, local residents and patients in Hubei Cancer Hospital. HPV is closely related with esophageal squarnous cell carcinoma. HPV infection may play an important role in esophageal squarnous cell carcinoma.
