Background Prognostic significance of prosthesis-patient mismatch(PPM)after mitral valve replacement(MVR)remains uncertain because of the limited studies reporting inconsistent or even contrary *** meta-analysis pooled results of all available studies comparing early and late prognoses between patients with significant mitral PPM and those *** Studies were identified by searching Pubmed,Excerpta Medica Database,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,and Clinical *** of PPM on postoperative hemodynamic results,thirty-day mortality,overall mortality,mortality of thirty-day survivors,and primary morbidity after MVR was evaluated via *** of pooled estimates,source of heterogeneity,and publication bias were assessed via sensitivity analyses,meta-regression as well as subgroup analysis stratified according to methodological or clinical heterogeneity,or sequential omission method,and funnel plot or Begg's and Egger's tests,*** Nineteen cohort studies involving 9302 individuals(PPM group:n=5109,Control group:n=4193)were included for *** PPM and severe PPM prevalence were 3.8%–85.9%and 1%–27%,with a mean value of 54.9%and 14.1%,*** compared with control group,mitral PPM group demonstrated a poorer postoperative hemodynamic status of higher mean and peak residual transprosthetic pressure gradients(TPG),higher postoperative systolic pulmonary artery pressure(SPAP)and less reduction,higher postoperative pulmonary hypertension(PH)prevalence and less PH regression,smaller net atrioventricular compliance,less NYHA class decrease,higher postoperative functional tricuspid regurgitation prevalence and less *** PPM group also revealed a higher thirty-day mortality,long-term overall mortality,mortality of thirty-day survivors,and postoperative congestive heart failure prevalence,which were positively correlated with the severity of PPM if it was classified into tri-le

Osteosarcoma is a malignant tumor originating from bone tissue that progresses rapidly and has a poor patient *** has shown great potential in the treatment of ***,the immunosuppressive microenvironment severely limits the efficacy of osteosarcoma *** dual pH-sensitive nanocarrier has emerged as an effective antitumor drug delivery system that can selectively release drugs into the acidic tumor ***,we prepared a dual pH-sensitive nanocarrier,loaded with the photosensitizer Chlorin e6(Ce6)and CD47 monoclonal antibodies(aCD47),to deliver synergistic photodynamic and immunotherapy of *** laser irradiation,Ce6 can generate reactive oxygen species(ROS)to kill cancer cells directly and induces immunogenic tumor cell death(ICD),which further facilitates the dendritic cell maturation induced by blockade of CD47 by ***,both calreticulin released during ICD and CD47 blockade can accelerate phagocytosis of tumor cells by macrophages,promote antigen presentation,and eventually induce T lymphocyte-mediated antitumor ***,the dual pH-sensitive nanodrug loaded with Ce6 and aCD47 showed excellent immune-activating and anti-tumor effects in osteosarcoma,which may lay the theoretical foundation for a novel combination model of osteosarcoma treatment.

A new compound, 3S-hydroxy-7 melleine was isolated from the endophytic fungus Xylariasp No.2508 from the mangrove tree on the South China Sea coast. It was the first time that this kind of compound was isolated from marine fungus. The structure was elucidated by NMR data, infrared spectrum （IR） and mass spectrometry （MS）. In addition, its structure was determined by the single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallized in monoclinic, space group P21 with a=10.8884（19） A, b=7.2284（13） A, c=13.398（2） A,β=104.217（3）°, C10H10O4·H2O, Mr=212.20, V=1022.2（3） A^3, Z=4, Dc=1.379 mg/m^3, F（000）=448, μ=0.112 mm^-1, the final R=0.0498, wR=0.101 for 2407 observed reflections （I〉2σ（I））. The molecular backbone of the compound includes a benzopyran ring. By comparing with the melting point and the optical rotation of the known 3R-hydroxy-7 melleine in literature, the absolute configuration of the compound was determined as 3S. It didn＇t exhibit antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacterium Staphylococcus aureus at 200 μg/disk in the preliminary test.
