Motivations and Training Needs of General Practitioner Preceptors

Background：General practitioner （GP） preceptors play an important role in the cultivation of *** problems exist in the training of GP *** study aimed to explore the willingness and training needs of GP preceptors and compare the differences between preceptors from general practice and other ***：A total of 375 questionnaire forms were sent to 375 GP preceptors from 11 different provinces,and 344 completed forms were *** main outcome included general information,teaching motivations,and training needs of GP ***：The study showed that about 89.2% of GP preceptors were willing to be *** majority of respondents strongly agreed that the motivation for becoming a GP supervisor was to learn from *** most important capability they should master was clinical teaching （92.2%）,followed by lecture （83.1%） and doctor-patient communication （83.1%）.The top three preferred methods of GP preceptors training were case discussion （78.8%）,workshop （57.6%）,and classroom teaching （56.4%）.The domains in which most GP preceptors wanted to acquire knowledge and skill were mental health （59.3%）,rehabilitation （47.1%）,pediatrics （41.0%）,and obstetrics （37.5%）.No significant differences were found in the willingness to train GPs （x2 =3.34,P 〉 0.05） and whether they would become or continue to become a GP supervisor after the training （x2 =l.106,P 〉 0.05）.Conclusions：Although most preceptors were under on-the-job training,they were glad to train *** be qualified,preceptors should be trained according to the actual needs of GP preceptors.

Extraction of Valuable Metals from Titanium-bearing Blast Furnace Slag by Acid Leaching

To realize the resource utilization of the valuable metals in the titanium-containing blast furnace slag,the process route of “hydrochloric acid leaching-electrolysis-carbonization and carbon dioxide capture-preparation of calcium carbonate” was *** this study,the influences of process conditions on the leaching rates of calcium,magnesium,aluminum,and iron and the phases of the leaching residue were investigated for the leaching *** experimental results show that the HCl solution could selectively leach the elements from the titanium-containing blast furnace *** better leaching conditions are the HCl solution concentration of 4 mol/L,the leaching time of 30 min,the ratio of liquid volume to solid gas of 10 mL/g,and the stirring paddle speed of 300 r/*** the conditions,the leaching rates of calcium,magnesium,aluminum,and iron can reach 85.87%,73.41%,81.35%,and 59.08%,and the leaching rate of titanium is 10.71%.The iron and the aluminum are removed from the leachate to obtain iron-aluminum water purification agents,and the magnesium is removed from the leachate to obtain magnesium *** leaching residue phase is dominated by perovskite,followed by magnesium silicate and tricalcium aluminate,and the titaniumrich material could be obtained from the leaching residue by desiliconization.

The functional properties of endogenous Schwann cells(SCs)during nerve repair are *** the functional properties of SCs at different stages of nerve repair may have therapeutic benefit in improving the repair of damaged *** studies showed that miR-221-3p promotes the proliferation and migration of SCs,and miR-338-3p promotes the myelination of *** this study,we established rat models of sciatic nerve injury by bridging the transected sciatic nerve with a silicone *** injected a miR-221 lentiviral vector system together with a doxycycline-inducible Tet-On miR-338 lentiviral vector system into the cavity of nerve conduits of nerve stumps to sequentially regulate the biological function of endogenous SCs at different stages of nerve *** found that the biological function of SCs was sequentially regulated,the diameter and density of myelinated axons were increased,the expression levels of NF200 and myelin basic protein were increased,and the function of injured peripheral nerve was improved using this *** Target Prediction Database prediction,Nanopore whole transcriptome sequencing,quantitative PCR,and dual luciferase reporter gene assay results predicted and verified Cdkn1b and Nrp1 as target genes of miR-221-3p and miR-338-3p,respectively,and their regulatory effects on SCs were confirmed in *** conclusion,here we established a new method to enhance nerve regeneration through sequential regulation of biological functions of endogenous SCs,which establishes a new concept and model for the treatment of peripheral nerve *** findings from this study will provide direct guiding significance for clinical treatment of sciatic nerve injury.

BSEC Method for Unveiling Open Clusters and its Application to Gaia DR3:83 New Clusters

Open clusters(OCs) are common in the Milky Way, but most of them remain undiscovered. There are numerous techniques, including some machine-learning algorithms, available for the exploration of OCs. However, each method has its limitations and therefore, different approaches to discovering OCs hold significant values. We develop a comprehensive approach method to automatically explore the data space and identify potential OC candidates with relatively reliable membership determination. This approach combines the techniques of Hierarchical Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise, Gaussian mixture model, and a novel cluster member identification technique, color excess constraint. The new method exhibits efficiency in detecting OCs while ensuring precise determination of cluster memberships. Because the main feature of this technique is to add an extra constraint(EC) for the members of cluster candidates using the homogeneity of color excess,compared to typical blind search codes, it is called Blind Search-Extra Constraint(BSEC) method. It is successfully applied to the Gaia Data Release 3, and 83 new OCs are found, whose color–magnitude diagrams(CMDs) are fitted well to the isochrones. In addition, this study reports 621 new OC candidates with discernible main sequence or red giant branch. It is shown that BSEC technique can discard some false negatives of previous works, which takes about three percentage of known clusters. It shows that as an EC, the color excess(or twocolor) constraint is useful for removing fake cluster member stars from the clusters that are identified from the positions and proper motions of stars, and getting more precise CMDs, when differential reddening of member stars of a cluster is not large(e.g., ΔE(G_(BP)-G_(RP)) < 0.5 mag). Theoretical screening of cooperative N-bridged dual-atom sites for efficient electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction with remolding insight

The electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction reaction(e-NRR)is a promising alternative method for the Haber–Bosch ***,it still faces many challenges in searching for high activity,stability,and selectivity catalysts and ascertaining the catalytic mechanism with complete ***,a series of graphene-based N-bridged dual-atom catalysts(M1-N-M2/NC)are systematically investigated via first-principle calculation and a high-throughput screening *** result unveils that N_(2) adsorption on M1-N-M2/NC in bridge-on adsorption mode can effectively break the scaling relationship on single-atom catalysts(SACs).Moreover,V-N-Ru/NC and V-N-Os/NC are systematically screened out as promising e-NRR catalysts,with extremely low limiting potentials of-0.20 and-0.18 V,***,the adsorption site competition between*N_(2) and*H,as well as the competitive twin reactions of hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)on intermediates(N_(n)H_(m))during the e-NRR process,is systematically evaluated to form a remodeling insight for the reactions in mechanism,and the e-NRR of new proposed dual-atom catalysts(DACs)is strategically optimized for its high-efficiency performance potential via our remolding insight in e-NRR *** work provides new ideas and insights for the design and mechanism of e-NRR catalysts and an effective strategy for rapidly screening highly efficient e-NRR catalysts.

Effects of microplastic polystyrene,simulated acid rain and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on Trifolium repens growth and soil microbial community composition

Microplastic pollution is a global and ubiquitous environmental problem in the oceans as well as in the terrestrial *** examined the fate of microplastic polystyrene(MPS)beads in experimental soil in the presence and absence of symbiotic arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)and simulated acid rain(SAR)to determine whether the combinations of these three factors altered the growth of white clover Trifolium *** found that MPS,SAR,or AMF added singly to soil did not alter *** growth or *** contrast,MPS and AMF together significantly reduced shoot biomass,while SAR and MPS together significantly reduced soil available phosphorus independent of AMF *** polystyrene,AMF,and SAR together significantly reduced soil NO_(3)^(-)-*** mycorrhizal fungi added singly also enriched the beneficial soil bacteria(genus Solirubrobacter),while MPS combined with AMF significantly enriched the potential plant pathogenic fungus *** mycorrhizal fungi inoculation with MPS increased the abundance of soil hydrocarbon degraders independent of the presence of *** addition,the abundance of soil nitrate reducers was increased by MPS,especially in the presence of AMF and ***,SAR alone increased the abundance of soil pathogens within the fungal community including antibiotic *** findings indicate that the coexistence of MPS,SAR,and AMF may exacerbate the adverse effects of MPS on soil and plant health.

Carbon efficiency evaluation method for urban energy system with multiple energy complementary
