The appropriate regulation of band structure is an effective strategy in constructing efficient photocatalytic *** photocatalytic system mainly employs powder photocatalysts,which makes their recovery reliant on expensive separation processes and severely limits their industrial ***,we constructed a novel CdS/Ni_(3)S_(2)heterostructure using free-standing and flexible nickel fiber paper as the *** regulated energy band structure achieves effective electron–hole *** as-synthesized flexible photocatalyst exhibits considerable photocatalytic activity toward the H_(2)evolution reaction under visible-light irradiation,with an H_(2)production rate of5.63μmol·cm^(-2)·h^(-1)(14.1 mmol·g^(-1)cat·h^(-1)according to the catalyst loading content).Additionally,the otherwisewasted excited holes simultaneously drive organic transformations to yield value-added organic products,thus markedly improving the photocatalytic H_(2)evolution *** a photocatalytic system is scaled up further,where a self-supported 20 cm×25 cm sample achieves a champion H_(2)production rate of 60-80μmol·h^(-1)under practical sun *** newly developed self-supported photocatalyst produces opportunities for practical solar H2production with biomass upgrading.

Monitoring the prevalence of antimicrobial resistance genes(ARGs)is vital for addressing the global crisis of antibiotic-resistant bacterial *** its importance,the characterization of ARGs and microbiome structures,as well as the identification of indicators for routine ARG monitoring in pig farms,are still lacking,particularly concerning variations in antimicrobial exposure in different countries or ***,metagenomics and random forest machine learning were used to elucidate the ARG profiles,microbiome structures,and ARG contamination indicators in pig manure under different antimicrobial pressures between China and *** showed that Chinese pigs exposed to high-level antimicrobials exhibited higher total and plasmid-mediated ARG abundances compared to those in European pigs(ppH(3')-IIIa,and tet(40)were identified as shared core ARGs between the two pig ***,the core ARGs identified in pig populations were correlated with those found in human populations within the same geographical *** and prevotella were identified as the dominant genera in the core microbiomes of Chinese and European pigs,*** ARG markers and 43 biomarkers were able to differentiate between the Chinese and European pig manure samples with accuracies of 100%and 98.7%,*** for assessing ARG contamination in Chinese and European pigs also achieved high accuracy(r=0.72-0.88).Escherichia flexneri in both Chinese and European pig populations carried between 21 and 37 *** results of this study emphasize the importance of global collaboration in reducing antimicrobial resistance risk and provide validated indicators for evaluating the risk of ARG contamination in pig farms.

We revisit the γ-ray emission above 300 Me V towards the massive star-forming region of Orion B by adopting14 yr observations with the Fermi Large Area Telescope and utilizing the updated software *** extended γ-ray emission region around Orion B is resolved into two components(region Ⅰ and region Ⅱ).The γ-ray spectrum of region I agrees with the predicted γ-ray spectrum assuming the cosmic ray(CR)density is the same as that of Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer(AMS-02)measured ***γ-ray emissivity of region II appears to be deficit at low energy band(Eprobably caused by an increased magnetic field whose strength increases with the gas density.

Tendon adhesion is a common complication after tendon injury with the development of accumulated fibrotic tissues without effective anti-fibrotic therapies,resulting in severe *** are widely recognized as a fibrotic trigger during peritendinous adhesion ***,different clusters of macrophages have various functions and receive multiple regulation,which are both still *** our current study,multi-omics analysis including single-cell RNA sequencing and proteomics was performed on both human and mouse tendon adhesion tissue at different stages after tendon *** transcriptomes of over 74000 human single cells were *** results,we found that Spp1^(+)macrophages,RGCC^(+)endothelial cells,ACKR1^(+)endothelial cells and ADAM12^(+)fibroblasts participated in tendon adhesion ***,despite specific fibrotic clusters in tendon adhesion,FOLR2^(+)macrophages were identified as an antifibrotic cluster by in vitro experiments using human ***,ACKR1 was verified to regulate FOLR2^(+)macrophages migration at the injured peritendinous site by transplantation of bone marrow from Lysm-Cre;R26R^(tdTomato) mice to lethally irradiated Ackr1^(-/-)mice(Ackr1^(-/-)chimeras;deficient in ACKR1)and control mice(WT chimeras).Compared with WT chimeras,the decline of FOLR2^(+)macrophages was also observed,indicating that ACKR1 was specifically involved in FOLR2^(+)macrophages *** together,our study not only characterized the fibrosis microenvironment landscape of tendon adhesion by multi-omics analysis,but also uncovered a novel antifibrotic cluster of macrophages and their *** results provide potential therapeutic targets against human tendon adhesion.

Lightweight thin-walled structures with lattice infill are widely desired in satellite for their high stiffness-to-weight ratio and superior buckling strength resulting fromthe sandwich *** structures can be fabricated bymetallic additive manufacturing technique,such as selective laser melting(SLM).However,the maximum dimensions of actual structures are usually in a sub-meter scale,which results in restrictions on their appliance in aerospace and other *** this work,a meter-scale thin-walled structure with lattice infill is designed for the fuel tank supporting component of the satellite by integrating a self-supporting lattice into the thickness optimization of the *** designed structure is fabricated by SLM of AlSi10Mg and cold metal transfer welding ***-static mechanical tests and vibration tests are both conducted to verify the mechanical strength of the designed large-scale lattice thin-walled *** experimental results indicate that themeter-scale thin-walled structure with lattice infill could meet the dimension and lightweight requirements of most spacecrafts.

The *** oil processing industry generates large amounts of solid wastes,including *** shell(COS)and *** cake(COC).Distinct from generally acknowledged lignocellulosic biomass(corn stover,bamboo,birch,etc.),Camellia wastes contain diverse bioactive substances in addition to the abundant lignocellulosic components,and thus,the bioreﬁnery utilization of *** processing byproducts involves complicated processing *** reviewﬁrst summarizes various technologies for extracting and converting the main components in *** oil processing byproducts into value-added chemicals and biobased materials,as well as their potential ***,ultrasound,and Soxhlet extractions are compared for the extraction of functional bioactive components(tannin,ﬂavonoid,saponin,etc.),while solvothermal conversion and pyrolysis are discussed for the conversion of lignocellulosic components into value-added *** application areas of these chemicals according to their properties are introduced in detail,including utilizing antioxidant and anti-in-ﬂammatory properties of the bioactive substances for the speciﬁc application,as well as drop-in chemicals for the substitution of unrenewable fossil fuel-derived *** addition to chemical production,biochar fabricated from COS and its applications in theﬁelds of adsorption,supercapacitor,soil remediation and wood composites are comprehensively reviewed and ***,based on the compositions and structural characteristics of *** byproducts,the development of full-component valorization strategies and the expansion of the appli-cationﬁelds are proposed.

Viral infectious diseases significantly threaten the sustainability of freshwater fish *** lack of studies on epidemic transmission patterns and mechanisms inhibits the development of containment strategies from the viewpoint of veterinary public *** study raises an epidemic mathematical model considering water transmission with the aim of analyzing the transmission process more *** basic reproduction number R0 was derived by the model parameter including the water transmission coefficient and was used for the analysis of the virus *** viremia of carp virus(SVCV)and zebrafish were used as model viruses and animals,respectively,to conduct the transmission *** through water was achieved by connecting two aquarium tanks with a water channel but blocking the fish movement between the *** the collected experimental data,we determined the optimal hybrid machine learning algorithm to analyze the transmission process using an established mathematical *** addition,future transmission was predicted and validated using the epidemic model and an optimal ***,the sensitivity of model parameters and the simulations of R0 variation were performed based on the modified complex epidemic *** study is of significance in providing theoretical guidance for minimizing R0 by manipulating model parameters with containment *** importantly,since the modified model and algorithm demonstrated better performance in handling freshwater fish transmission problems,this study advances the future application of transmissible disease modeling with larger datasets in freshwater fish aquaculture.
