Polymer microspheres(PMs),such as polyacrylamide,have been widely applied for enhanced oil recovery(EOR),yet with environmental ***,we report a microfluid displacement technology containing a bio-based eco-friendly material,i.e.,calcium alginate(CaAlg)microspheres for *** dominant mechanisms responsible for EOR over Ca Alg fluid have been verified,including the microscopic oil displacement efficacy augmented by regulating capillary force(determined by the joint action of interfacial tension and wettability between different phases)and macroscopic sweep volume increment through profile control and mobility ratio *** comprehensive effectiveness can be further impacted when the CaAlg microsphere is embellished ulteriorly by using appropriate amount of sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS).The core flooding and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)tests demonstrate that CaAlg-SDS microsphere can balance the interphase property regulation(wettability alteration and IFT reduction)and rheology properties,enabling simultaneous profile control and oil *** introduction of SDS will have a negative impact on rheological properties,which is not favored for *** results show that the involvement of 4-m M SDS will provide the best behavior,with an EOR rate of 34.38%.This cost-effective and environmentally-friendly bio-microspherebased microfluidic displacement technology is expected to achieve“green”oil recovery in future oilfield exploitation.

Ultra-high nickel layered oxide cathode material with high energy density is the most promising material to improve the electrochemical performance of lithium-ion batteries(liBs).However,the poor structural stability and severe surface/interface side reactions of the material lead to poor rate performance and cyclic stability,which limits its application in *** this paper,the dual-modification strategy of Co doping and La_(2.O_(3) coating is used to meet the above *** doping can effectively widen layer spacing and reduce li^(+)/Ni^(2.) mixing,and La_(2.O_(3) coating can effectively eliminate the residual alkali on the surface of active material,inhibit the thickening of cathode electrolyte interphase(CEI)film and reduce surface/interface side ***,the modified material(NM90-CL)with excellent electrochemical properties is achieved through the synergistic enhancement of Co doping and La_(2.O_(3) *** capacity retention rate can reach 77.9%after 2.0 cycles at 1.0℃ and 75.7%after 2.0 cycles at 5.0℃.Its reversible capacity can up to 153.5 mAh·g^(–1) at 10.0℃.This dual-modification strategy will provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the synthesis of other high-performance electrode materials.

Evaluating effectiveness and safety of combined percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage and laparoscopic cholecystectomy in acute cholecystitis patients:Meta-analysis

Hydroxysafflor Yellow A Inhibits Pyroptosis and Protecting HUVECs from OGD/R via NLRP3/Caspase-1/GSDMD Pathway

Objective: To observe the protective effect and mechanism of hydroxyl safflower yellow A(HSYA)from myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury on human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs). Methods:HUVECs were treated with oxygen-glucose deprivation reperfusion(OGD/R) to simulate the ischemia reperfusion model, and cell counting kit-8 was used to detect the protective effect of different concentrations(1.2.–160 μmol/L)of HSYA on HUVECs after OGD/R. HSYA 80 μmol/L was used for follow-up experiments. The contents of inflammatory cytokines interleukin(IL)-18, IL-1β, monocyte chemotactic protein 1(MCP-1), tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) and IL-6 before and after administration were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The protein expressions of toll-like receptor, NOD-like receptor containing pyrin domain 3(NLRP3), gasdermin D(GSDMD) and GSDMD-N-terminal domain(GSDMD-N) before and after administration were detected by Western blot. NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor cytokine release inhibitory drug 3 sodium salt(CRID3 sodium salt, also known as MCC950) and agonist were added, and the changes of NLRP3, cysteine-aspartic acid protease 1(Caspase-1), GSDMD and GSDMD-N protein expressions were detected by Western blot. Results: HSYA inhibited OGD/R-induced inflammation and significantly decreased the contents of inflammatory cytokines IL-18,IL-1β, MCP-1, TNF-α and IL-6(P<0.01 or P<0.05). At the same time, by inhibiting NLRP3/Caspase-1/GSDMD pathway, HSYA can reduce the occurrence of pyroptosis after OGD/R and reduce the expression of NLRP3,Caspase-1, GSDMD and GSDMD-N proteins(P<0.01). Conclusions: The protective effect of HSYA on HUVECs after OGD/R is related to down-regulating the expression of NLRP3 inflammasome and inhibiting pyroptosis.
