In the intelligent medical diagnosis area,Artificial Intelligence(AI)’s trustworthiness,reliability,and interpretability are critical,especially in cancer *** neural networks,while excellent at processing natural images,often lack interpretability and adaptability when processing high-resolution digital pathological *** limitation is particularly evident in pathological diagnosis,which is the gold standard of cancer diagnosis and relies on a pathologist’s careful examination and analysis of digital pathological slides to identify the features and progression of the ***,the integration of interpretable AI into smart medical diagnosis is not only an inevitable technological trend but also a key to improving diagnostic accuracy and *** this paper,we introduce an innovative Multi-Scale Multi-Branch Feature Encoder(MSBE)and present the design of the CrossLinkNet *** MSBE enhances the network’s capability for feature extraction by allowing the adjustment of hyperparameters to configure the number of branches and *** CrossLinkNet Framework,serving as a versatile image segmentation network architecture,employs cross-layer encoder-decoder connections for multi-level feature fusion,thereby enhancing feature integration and segmentation *** quantitative and qualitative experiments on two datasets demonstrate that CrossLinkNet,equipped with the MSBE encoder,not only achieves accurate segmentation results but is also adaptable to various tumor segmentation tasks and scenarios by replacing different feature ***,CrossLinkNet emphasizes the interpretability of the AI model,a crucial aspect for medical professionals,providing an in-depth understanding of the model’s decisions and thereby enhancing trust and reliability in AI-assisted diagnostics.

With the wide application of the Internet of Things(IoT),storing large amounts of IoT data and protecting data privacy has become a meaningful *** general,the access control mechanism is used to prevent illegal users from accessing private ***,traditional data access control schemes face some non-ignorable problems,such as only supporting coarse-grained access control,the risk of centralization,and high trust *** this paper,an attribute-based data access control scheme using blockchain technology is *** address these problems,attribute-based encryption(ABE)has become a promising solution for encrypted data access ***,we utilize blockchain technology to construct a decentralized access control scheme,which can grant data access with transparency and ***,our scheme also guarantees the privacy of policies and attributes on the blockchain ***,we optimize an ABE scheme,which makes the size of system parameters smaller and improves the efficiency of *** optimizations enable our proposed scheme supports large attribute universe requirements in IoT ***,to prohibit attribute impersonation and attribute replay attacks,we design a challenge-response mechanism to verify the ownership of ***,we evaluate the security and performance of the *** comparisons with other related schemes show the advantages of our proposed *** to existing schemes,our scheme has more comprehensive advantages,such as supporting a large universe,full security,expressive policy,and policy hiding.

Vitamin A deficiency suppresses CEACAM1 to impair colonic epithelial barrier function via downregulating microbial-derived short-chain fatty acids

Vitamin A (VA) plays an essential role in modulating both the gut microbiota and gut barrier ***-chain fatty acids (SCFAs),as metabolites of the gut microbiota,protect the physiological intestinal barrier;however,they are compromised when VA is ***,there is an urgent need to understand how and which SCFAs modulate colonic epithelial barrier integrity in VA deficiency (VAD).Herein,compared with normal VA rats (VAN),at the beginning of pregnancy,we confirmed that the colonic desmosome junction was impaired in the VAD group,and the amounts of acetate,propionate,and butyrate declined because of the decreased abundance of SCFA-producing bacteria (Romboutsia ,Collinsella ,and Allobaculum ).The differentially expressed genes correlated with the gut barrier and the histone deacetylase complex between the VAD and VAN groups were enriched by RNA *** the VAD group,the expression levels of colonic CEA cell adhesion molecule 1 (CEACAM1) were down-regulated,and the levels of histone deacetylase 1 (HDAC1) and HDAC3 were ***,the above changes in the VAD groups were rescued by VA supplementation in the early postnatal *** study indicated that in Caco-2.cells,butyrate treatment significantly repressed the enrichment of HDAC3 on the promoter of the CEACAM1 gene to induce its *** findings support that butyrate intervention can alleviate the impairment of colonic barrier function caused by VAD,and timely postnatal VA intervention may reverse the damage caused by VAD on gut barrier integrity during pregnancy.

Break of thermal equilibrium between optical and acoustic phonon branches of CsPbI_(3)under continuous-wave light excitation and cryogenic temperature

The kinetic of low-temperature carrier and lattice of lead-halide perovskite is yet to be fully *** this work,we investigate the steady-state photoluminescences(PLs)of CsPbI_(3)at the environmental temperature(Te)ranging from 2. K to 300 K,and observed anomalous behaviors at cryogenic temperatures:The carrier temperature(Tc)of pure CsPbI_(3)exhibits a negative correlation with Te,accompanied by an expansion in Urbach tails of absorption spectra(Abs.)and excessive red-shifts at peak energy of *** phenomena are also observed in those samples containing a certain amount of Cs_(4)PbI_(6),but to a lesser extent and occurs at lower *** is attributed to the intensified hot phonon bottleneck effect(HPB)in CsPbI_(3)at cryogenic Te,which hinders the energy transfer from hot carriers,via longitudinal optics(LO)phonons to longitudinal acoustic(LA)phonons,to the *** samples under continuous-wave laser excitation,in specific,the barrier induced by the enhanced HPB at low Teprevents the effective thermalization among carriers,LO and LA phonons,which,therefore,form thermally isolated ensembles with different *** cryogenic Terange,the elevated temperatures of carrier and LO phonon expand the high-energy side of PLs and the low-energy tail of Abs.,*** those samples in which the CsPbI_(3)is mixed with Cs_(4)PbI_(6),the interfacial LO-LO interaction across them provides a bypass for heat dissipation,mitigating the heat accumulation in LO-phonons of CsPbI_(3).The results suggest that a strong HPB effect may break the thermal equilibrium among different branches of phonons in the lattice under certain extreme conditions.

Construction of daily precipitation series and the observational characteristics of extreme precipitation in Tianjin,China during 1888-2.2.

Given the difficulties in rescuing and ensuring the quality of long-term climate data,current studies on century-scale climate change are usually limited to annual and monthly data,resulting in the poor detection of extreme climate events and their changes before *** this study,we reconstructed a daily precipitation series for Tianjin from 15 September 1887 to 31 December 2.2. on the basis of the most comprehensive daily precipitation records collected from the Tianjin Meteorological Archive,China,and in reference to the precipitation analysis results based on the datasets developed by the Climatic Research Unit Time-Series version 4.06,Global Precipitation Climatology Centre and University of Delaware along with the application of various homogenisation methods for climate *** approach provides a complete and reliable century-long daily precipitation series for the study of regional or local extreme weather and climate *** reconstructed daily dataset reveals that the annual precipitation amount and R95 intensity in Tianjin during 1888-2.2. lack significant trends and have values of 0.74±6.99 and-1.84±3.2. mm per decade,*** the annual and seasonal scales,the precipitation amount and R95 intensity,particularly those in autumn,have increased since the latter half of the 2.th century relative to those in ***,the increase in precipitation amount and R95 intensity is relatively limited compared with that in atmospheric water vapour content due to surface warming,indicating the highly sensitive response of extreme precipitation events to *** addition,the estimates for the return periods of 5,10,2.,50 and 100 years covering 1888-2.2.,1888-1950 and 1951-2.2. depict that the intensity of heavy rain and above magnitude was highest in 1888-1950 and decreased in 1951-2.2..

Study on the clogging mechanism of punching screen in sand control by the punching structure parameters

As an independent sand control unit or a common protective shell of a high-quality screen,the punching screen is the outermost sand retaining unit of the sand control pipe which is used in geothermal well or oil and gas ***,most screens only consider the influence of the internal sand retaining medium parameters in the sand control performance design while ignoring the influence of the plugging of the punching screen on the overall sand retaining performance of the *** explore the clogging mechanism of the punching screen,this paper established the clogging mechanism calculation model of a single punching screen sand control unit by using the computational fluid mechanics-discrete element method(CFD-DEM)combined *** to the combined motion of particles and fluids,the influence of the internal flow state on particle motion and accumulation was *** results showed that(1)the clogging process of the punching sand control unit is divided into three stages:initial clogging,aggravation of clogging and stability of *** the initial stage of blockage,coarse particles form a loose bridge structure,and blockage often occurs preferentially at the streamline gathering place below chamfering inside the sand control *** the stage of blockage intensification,the particle mass develops into a relatively complete sand bridge,which develops from both ends of the opening to the center of the *** the stable plugging stage,the sand deposits show a“fan shape”and form a“V-shaped”gully inside the punching slot element.(2.Under a certain reservoir particle-size distribution,The slit length and opening height have a large influence on the permeability and blockage rate,while the slit width size has little influence on the permeability and blockage *** microscopic clogging mechanism and its law of the punching screen prevention unit are proposed in this study,which has some field guidance significance for the design of punching screen
