Background Domestic goose breeds are descended from either the Swan goose(Anser cygnoides)or the Greylag goose(Anser anser),exhibiting variations in body size,reproductive performance,egg production,feather color,and other phenotypic *** a pan-genome facilitates a thorough identification of genetic variations,thereby deepening our comprehension of the molecular mechanisms underlying genetic diversity and phenotypic *** To comprehensively facilitate population genomic and pan-genomic analyses in geese,we embarked on the task of 659 geese whole genome resequencing data and compiling a database of 155 RNA-seq *** constructing the pan-genome for geese,we generated non-reference contigs totaling 612 Mb,unveiling a collection of 2,813 novel genes and pinpointing 15,567 core genes,1,324 softcore genes,2,734 shell genes,and 878 cloud genes in goose ***,we detected an 81.97 Mb genomic region showing signs of genome selection,encompassing the TGFBR2 gene correlated with variations in body weight among ***-wide association studies utilizing single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)and presence-absence variation revealed significant genomic associations with various goose meat quality,reproductive,and body composition *** instance,a gene encoding the SVEP1 protein was linked to carcass oblique length,and a distinct gene-CDS haplotype of the SVEP1 gene exhibited an association with carcass oblique ***,the pan-genome analysis revealed enrichment of variable genes in the“hair follicle maturation”Gene Ontology term,potentially linked to the selection of feather-related traits in geese.A gene presence-absence variation analysis suggested a reduced frequency of genes associated with“regulation of heart contraction”in domesticated geese compared to their wild *** study provided novel insights into gene expression features and functions by integrating gene expression patterns across multiple orga

随着可再生能源在全球能源结构中的比重逐渐增加,光伏发电站的短期功率预测成为电网管理和能源调度的重要环节。文中提出了一种结合BOHB优化算法和Elman神经网络的短期光伏短期功率预测方法,该方法注重历史数据中相似日的选取,以提高预测精度。研究采用了先进的数据处理技术,对大量历史数据进行深入分析,筛选出与预测日气象和发电特性最为相似的日子,进而利用这些数据训练BOHB-Elman模型。试验结果表明,该方法相比传统的预测模型具有更高的准确性和稳定性,为光伏发电站的能源管理提供了一种新的解决方案。

不同剩余采食量渝州白鹅生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的比较研究

本试验旨在比较不同剩余采食量(RFI)渝州白鹅在生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质方面的差异以及RFI与上述性状之间的关系。选用236只渝州白鹅Ⅲ系公鹅进行单笼个体饲养,试验鹅3周龄末上笼至10周龄末结束,试验期50 d。分别测定试验鹅3、4、6、... 详细信息

本试验旨在比较不同剩余采食量(RFI)渝州白鹅在生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质方面的差异以及RFI与上述性状之间的关系。选用236只渝州白鹅Ⅲ系公鹅进行单笼个体饲养,试验鹅3周龄末上笼至10周龄末结束,试验期50 d。分别测定试验鹅3、4、6、8、10周龄末的加料量、剩料量和体重,获得各阶段的平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)、饲料转化比(FCR)和RFI。试验鹅在10周龄末屠宰后进行屠宰性能和肉品质测定。依据3~10周龄RFI数据,筛选出38只RFI最低、38只RFI最高和115只RFI居中的试验鹅分别作为低RFI组(L-RFI组)、高RFI组(H-RFI)和中RFI组(M-RFI组,作为对照),对3组试验鹅的生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质性状进行分析。结果显示:不同RFI对试验鹅3~4周龄、4~6周龄、3~10周龄FCR以及各阶段ADFI有显著或极显著影响(P0.05)。RFI与FCR、ADFI普遍存在显著正相关(P0.05)。L-RFI组皮脂率、腹脂率极显著低于M-RFI组和H-RFI组(P0.05),RFI与肉品质性状间基本不相关(P>0.05)。上述结果表明,RFI对渝州白鹅体重、增重和肉品质无显著影响;与M-RFI组和H-RFI组相比,L-RFI组渝州白鹅的饲料效率更高、屠宰性能更优、脂肪沉积更少。这提示,对RFI性状的负向选择有望提高肉鹅的饲料效率和屠宰性能且不会影响体重和增重,不会引起肉品质性状的改变。

Neoadjuvant radiohormonal therapy for oligo-metastatic prostate cancer:safety and efficacy outcomes from an open-label,dose-escalation,single-center,phase Ⅰ/Ⅱ clinical trial

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of neoadjuvant radiohormonal therapy for oligometastatic prostate cancer(OMPC),we conducted a 3+3 dose escalation,prospective,phase Ⅰ/Ⅱ,single-arm clinical trial(CHiCTR1900025743),in which long-term neoadjuvant androgen deprivation was adopted 1 month before radiotherapy,comprising intensity modulated radiotherapy to the pelvis,and stereotactic body radiation therapy to all extra-pelvic bone metastases for 4‒7 weeks,at 39.6,45,50.4,and 54 ***-assisted radical prostatectomy was performed after 5‒14 *** primary outcome was treatment-related toxicities and adverse events;secondary outcomes were radiological treatment response,positive surgical margin(pSM),postoperative prostate-specific antigen(PSA),pathological down-grading and tumor regression grade,and survival *** patients were recruited from March 2019 to February 2020,aging 66.2 years in average(range,52‒80).Median baseline PSA was 62.0 ng/*** underwent RARP successfully without open *** patients recorded pathological tumor down-staging(83.3%),and 5(41.7%)with cN1 recorded negative regional lymph nodes on final pathology.66.7%(8/12)recorded tumor regression grading(TRG)–Ⅰ and 25%(3/12)recorded TRG-Ⅱ.Median follow-up was 16.5 *** radiological progression-free survival(RPFS)was 21.3 months,with 2-year RPFS of 83.3%.In all,neoadjuvant radiohormonal therapy is well tolerated for oligometastatic prostate cancer.

A model with multiple intracranial aneurysms: possible hemodynamic mechanisms of aneurysmal initiation, rupture and recurrence

Background Hemodynamic factors play an important role in aneurysm initiation, growth, rupture, and recurrence, while the mechanism of the hemodynamic characteristics is still controversial. A unique model of multiple aneurysms (initiation, growth, rupture, and recurrence) is helpful to avoids the confounders and further explore the possible hemodynamic mechanisms of aneurysm in different *** We present a model with multiple aneurysms, and including the states of initiation, growth, rupture, and recurrence, discuss the proposed mechanisms, and describe computational fluid dynamic model that was used to evaluate the likely hemodynamic effect of different states of the *** The hemodynamic analysis suggests that high flow impingement and high WSS distribution at normal parent artery was found before aneurysmal initiation. The WSS distribution and flow velocity were decreased in the new sac after aneurysmal growth. Low WSS was the risk hemodynamic factor for aneurysmal rupture. High flow concentration region on the neck plane after coil embolization still marked in recanalized *** Associations have been identified between high flow impingement and aneurysm recanalization, while low WSS is linked to the rupture of aneurysms. High flow concentration and high WSS distribution at normal artery associated with aneurysm initiation and growth, while after growth, the high-risk hemodynamics of aneurysm rupture was occurred, which is low WSS at aneurysm dome.

Validation of the eighth edition of the AJCC staging system for patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma initially receiving chemoradiotherapy and proposal of modifications

目前应用较多的煤炭发热量预测模型以传统的线性回归模型为主,但存在难以表达较复杂的自变量和因变量关系、需要数据服从特定的分布假设、对异常值敏感等问题。针对上述问题,提出了基于分位数回归的煤炭发热量预测方法。选取全水分、灰分、挥发分等容易测量的煤炭工业分析指标,分别应用线性分位数回归和分位数回归森林2种分位数回归方法对煤炭发热量进行预测,并与传统的线性回归方法进行对比。结果表明:线性回归给出的煤炭发热量预测值仅是1个条件均值,而通过分位数回归能够给出煤炭发热量预测值的范围;分位数回归森林的预测效果优于线性回归和线性分位数回归方法;全水分对于煤炭发热量预测的重要程度远大于灰分和挥发分;全水分对低发热量煤炭的发热量预测影响大,对高发热量煤炭的发热量预测影响小;挥发分和灰分对低发热量煤炭的发热量预测影响小,对高发热量煤炭的发热量预测影响大。

Automatic modeling algorithm of stochastic error for inertial sensors

This paper proposes an automatic algorithm to determine the properties of stochastic processes and their parameters for inertial error. The proposed approach is based on a recently developed method called the generalized method of wavelet moments (GMWM), whose estimator was proven to be consistent and asymptotically normally distributed. This algorithm is suitable mainly (but not only) for the combination of several stochastic processes, where the model identification and parameter estimation are quite difficult for the traditional methods, such as the Allan variance and the power spectral density analysis. This algorithm further explores the complete stochastic error models and the candidate model ranking criterion to realize automatic model identification and determination. The best model is selected by making the trade-off between the model accuracy and the model complexity. The validation of this approach is verified by practical examples of model selection for MEMS-IMUs (micro-electro-mechanical system inertial measurement units) in varying dynamic conditions.
