Analysis of GC×GC fingerprints from medicinal materials using a novel contour detection algorithm:A case of Curcuma wenyujin

This study introduces an innovative contour detection algorithm,PeakCET,designed for rapid and efficient analysis of natural product image fingerprints using comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatogram(GC×GC).This method innovatively combines contour edge tracking with affinity propagation(AP)clustering for peak detection in GC×GC fingerprints,the first in this *** edge tracking signif-icantly reduces false positives caused by“burr”signals,while AP clustering enhances detection accuracy in the face of false *** efficacy of this approach is demonstrated using three medicinal products derived from Curcuma *** not only performs contour detection but also employs inter-group peak matching and peak-volume percentage calculations to assess the compositional similarities and differences among various ***,this algorithm compares the GC×GC fingerprints of Radix/Rhizoma Curcumae Wenyujin with those of products from different botanical *** findings reveal that genetic and geographical factors influence the accumulation of secondary metabolites in various plant *** sample exhibits unique characteristic components alongside common ones,and vari-ations in content may influence their therapeutic *** research establishes a foundational data-set for the quality assessment of Curcuma products and paves the way for the application of computer vision techniques in two-dimensional(2D)fingerprint analysis of GC×GC data.

A time domain three-dimensional sono-elastic method for ships' vibration and acoustic radiation analysis in water

The classical three-dimensional hydroelasticity of ships is extend to include the effect of fluid compressibility, which yields the three-dimensional sono-elasticity of ships. To enable the predictions of coupled transient or nonlinear vibrations and acoustic radiations of ship structures, a time domain three-dimensional sono-elastic analysis method of acoustic responses of a floating structure is presented. The frequency domain added mass and radiation damping coefficients of the ship are first calculated by a three-dimensional frequency domain analysis method, from which a retardation function is derived and converted into the generalized time domain radiation force through a convolution integral. On this basis the generalized time domain sono-elastic equations of motion of the ship hull in water are established for calculation of the steady-state or transient-state excitation induced coupled vibrations and acoustic radiations of the ship. The generalized hydrodynamic coefficients, structural vibrations and underwater acoustic radiations of an elastic spherical shell excited by a concentrated pulsating force are illustrated and compared with analytical solutions with good agreement. The numerical results of a rectangular floating body are also presented to discuss the numerical error resultant from truncation of the upper integration limit in the Fourier integral of the frequency domain added mass coefficients for the retardation function.

Enhancement of Soil Discharge Channels on Potential Surrounding Buried Cables Under Impulsive Currents

Substations have a large number of signal transmission cables beneath the *** the insulation safety and signal reliability of the cables are affected severely by the electromagnetic *** high-amplitude impulsive currents,the dispersion of currents can cause soil discharge and thus cause unexpected distortions in an electromagnetic *** paper focuses on the distortions of the electric *** general,soil discharge channels occur in the vicinity of the independent *** development of the channel might enhance the electric field distribution and the potential surrounding the outer insulation of the cables(*** surface potential on the cable).Therefore,this paper establishes a platform for observing the soil discharge channel and measuring the surface *** characteristic of the channel is extracted from the captured image of soil discharge channels and the surface potential is obtained by the measured coupling capacitive current on the shield *** paper also presents an improved model considering a dynamic growing discharge channel for the transient analysis of the grounding *** results show the surface potential increases as the discharge channel approaches the *** quantify this enhancement effect,the ratio of the highest to the lowest value of surface potential in different directions is taken as the multiple of the surface potential *** calculated multiples of the surface potential increase are in the range of 1 to 1.64 times under different conditions by the improved ***,taking the soil discharge channel into account is helpful to accurately analyze the impulsive interference of buried cables.

Impact of time parameters of lightning impulse on the breakdown characteristics of oil paper insulation

At present,the insulation performances of electrical apparatus under lightning impulse voltages are always evaluated by the withstand test of standard lightning impulse voltage(1.2/50μs),which is recommended by IEC ***,the actual time parameters of transformer invading lightning impulse voltage present an obvious dispersibility *** standard wave shape is only representative of one particular class of lightning waves,which is far from satisfactory to act as the guidance waveform in the design of power equipment *** the basis of the above research background,the relationship between breakdown characteristics of oil paper insulation and time parameters of applied lightning impulse voltage was investigated in this *** 50%breakdown voltage characteristics of oil paper insulation under lightning impulse voltage with different time parameters were *** test results indicate that a short wave front time could lead to relatively low 50%breakdown voltage,while when the wave tail time varied,the 50%breakdown voltage of oil paper insulation barely *** last the simulation model of oil paper insulation was developed,and the current flowing through the oil paper insulating system under lightning impulse voltage was *** the basis of the simulating results,the relationship between current and time parameters was analysed.

Psychometric evaluation of Iranian version of nursing faculty’s incivility questionnaire

Objective:Faculty incivility is a growing problem in nursing schools that disrupts the learning process and affects nursing care of *** and managing faculty incivility requires knowing this problem using a valid and reliable *** purpose of this research was to evaluate the validity and reliability of the faculty’s perceived incivility questionnaire in the Iranian ***:In this methodological study,the participants involved were 357 nursing *** were selected between October and December *** faculty’s perceived incivility questionnaire was evaluated in terms of content and construct ***’s omega and Cronbach’s alpha coefficients were *** and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted to evaluate the construct validity of the ***:The content validity index(CVI)was 0.86-0.91 for the items and 0.87 for the whole *** factor analysis,two factors of violent and irresponsible behaviors were *** factors explained>41.769%of the *** fit indices(Parsimonious Comparative Fit Index[PCFI]=0.783,Parsimonious Normed Fit Index[PNFI]=0.756,root mean square error of approximation[RMSEA]=0.051,Goodness-of-Fit Index[GFI]=0.955,Adjusted Goodness-of-Fit Index[AGFI]=0.932,Comparative Fit Index[CFI]=0.955,χ^(2)/df=2.26)indicated the proportion of *** consistency was ***:Faculty’s perceived incivility questionnaire is a valid and reliable tool with two factors that can be used to evaluate the incivility in Iranian faculty members.

In this paper,effect of two strategies on afterglow behavior of Lu_(2)O_(3):Eu single crystal scintillato r,Pr^(3+)codoping and solid solution with Sc_(2)O_(3),were studied *** groups of Lu_(2)O_(3):5 at%Eu,x at%Pr(x=0,0.2,0.5,1,2 and 5)and(Lu1-yScy)_(2)O_(3):5 at%Eu(y=0,20 at%,50 at%and 70 at%)single crystals were grown by floating zone(FZ)method in air *** structures of as-grown crystals were determined by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The scintillation,photoluminescence properties and carrier trap states were investigated through afterglow,X-ray excitation luminescence(XEL),transmittance,photoluminescence excitation(PLE)and photoluminescence(PL),PL decay and thermal stimulated luminescence(TSL)*** is found that with the increase of Pr^(3+)concentration,the afterglow level of the system decreases at the expense of scintillation luminescence ***,although Sc_(2)O_(3):Eu presents much lower afterglow intensity than Lu_(2)O_(3):Eu,the addition of Sc_(2)O_(3)will just increase the afterglow level of the(Lu1-yScy)_(2)O_(3):5 at%Eu single crystal *** mechanisms for above phenomena are discussed based on experimental results.

The premature failure phenomenon that occurs in solid insulation under the application of repetitive impulse voltages is known as the accumulative effect of impulse voltages on a solid *** accumulative failure of winding insulation is considered to be a core problem resulting from this *** main problems include the accumulative failure of motor winding insulation under pulse-width modulation impulses and the accumulative failure of transformer winding insulation under the application of overvoltages,and these problems represent new challenges in the safe and stable operation of power *** regards to the above problems,this study reviews the results of recent research on the accumulative failure characteristics and mechanisms of winding insulation when subjected to repetitive impulse *** challenges faced are discussed at the end of this study.
