Martensite is an important microstructure in ultrahigh-strength steels,and enhancing the strength of martensitic steels often involves the introduction of precipitated phases within the martensitic *** considerable research efforts devoted to this area,a systematic summary of these advancements is *** review focuses on the precipitates prevalent in ultrahigh-strength martensitic steel,primarily carbides(e.g.,MC,M_(2)C,and M_(3)C)and intermetallic compounds(e.g.,Ni Al,Ni_(3)X,and Fe_(2)Mo).The precipitation-strengthening effect of these precipitates on ultrahigh-strength martensitic steel is discussed from the aspects of heat treatment processes,microstructure of precipitate-strengthened martensite matrix,and mechanical ***,a perspective on the development of precipitation-strengthened martensitic steel is presented to contribute to the advancement of ultrahigh-strength martensitic *** review highlights significant findings,ongoing challenges,and opportunities in the development of ultrahigh-strength martensitic steel.

Effect of Molecular Weight on the Properties of Poly(butylene succinate)

Poly（butylene succinate）（PBS） with different molecular weight was synthesized from 1, 4-butanediol and succinic acid by direct melt condensation. The synthesized PBS was identified by IH-NMR and FTIR spectrometry. The molecular weight was calculated from the intrinsic viscosity, and its value was between 20000 and 70000. The crystallization behavior and crystal morphology as function of molecular weight were investigated by DSC and PLM, respectively. The mechanical properties and hydrolytic degradation behaviors related with change of molecular weight were also studied in this work. The results demonstrated that the properties of PBS were determined by both molecular weight and crystallization properties （crystallinity as well as crystal morphology）. Our work is important for the design and preparation of PBS with proper molecular weight for its practical application.

The spinterface formed between ferromagnetic(FM)electrode and organic materials is vital for performance optimization in organic spin valve(OSV).Half-metallic Fe_(3)O_(4)with drastic change in structure,conductivity and magnetic property near Verwey transition can serve as an intrinsic spinterface ***,such modulating effect of Fe_(3)O_(4)in OSV has not been comprehensively investigated,especially below the Verwey transition temperature(Tv).Here,we highlight the important role of Fe_(3)O_(4)electrode in reliable-working and controllable Fe_(3)O_(4)/P3HT/Co polymer spin valves by investigating the magnetoresistance(MR)above and below *** order to distinguish between different contributions to charge transport and related MR responses,the systematic electronic and magnetic characterizations were carried out in full temperature ***,the first-order metal-insulator transition in Fe_(3)O_(4)has a dramatic effect on the MR enhancement of polymer spin valves at ***,both the conducting mode transformation and MR line shape modulation could be accomplished across *** research renders unique scenario to multimodal storage by external thermodynamic parameters,and further reveals the importance of spin-dependent interfacial modification in polymer spin valves.

The development of low-temperature solid oxide fuel cells(LT-SOFCs)is of significant importance for realizing the widespread application of *** has stimulated a substantial materials research effort in developing high oxide-ion conductivity in the electrolyte layer of *** this context,for the first time,a dielectric material,CaCu_(3)Ti_(4)O_(12)(CCTO)is designed for LT-SOFCs electrolyte application in this *** individual CCTO and its heterostructure materials with a p-type Ni_(0.8)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.05)LiO_(2−δ)(NCAL)semiconductor are evaluated as alternative electrolytes in LT-SOFC at 450–550℃.The single cell with the individual CCTO electrolyte exhibits a power output of approximately 263 mW cm^(-2) and an open-circuit voltage(OCV)of 0.95 V at 550℃,while the cell with the CCTO–NCAL heterostructure electrolyte capably delivers an improved power output of approximately 605 mW cm^(-2) along with a higher OCV over 1.0 V,which indicates the introduction of high hole-conducting NCAL into the CCTO could enhance the cell performance rather than inducing any potential short-circuiting *** is found that these promising outcomes are due to the interplay of the dielectric material,its structure,and overall properties that led to improve electrochemical mechanism in CCTO–***,density functional theory calculations provide the detailed information about the electronic and structural properties of the CCTO and NCAL and their heterostructure CCTO–*** study thus provides a new approach for developing new advanced electrolytes for LT-SOFCs.

Effects of silicon on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 20% cold-worked 15-15 Ti austenitic stainless steels are systemically investigated by uniaxial tensile tests,scanning and transmission electron microscope observations,and strength *** results reveal that a large number of deformation twins are formed in the 20% cold-worked steels with various silicon *** volume fraction of deformation twins and the density of dislocations increase with silicon content,while the twin thickness slightly decreases.A better strength-ductility combination is achieved by silicon addition,since the yield strength of the steel with 2% silicon is 61 MPa higher than that of the steel with 1% silicon,while their uniform elongations are almost both equal to 16%.The yield strength of the 15-15 Ti stainless steels is predominantly contributed by the solid solution,dislocation and deformation twin strengthening effects,which can be enhanced by silicon addition.

The present paper deals with the polymerization of ( R ) 3,3′ diiodo 2,2′ binaphtho 20 crown 6 with \{ p divinylbenzene\} under Heck coupling reaction condition. Both the monomers and the polymer were analyzed by NMR, FTIR, UV, CD, fluorescent spectroscopy, polarimetry, GPC and elemental analysis. The polymer can emit a strong blue fluorescence and is expected to have the potential application in the polarized blue light emitting sensors. The chiral conjugated polymer exhibits a strong Cotton effect in its Circular Dichroism(CD ) spectrum, indicating the high rigidity of the polymer backbone.
