The characteristics of petroliferous plays in subtle traps within a sequence stratigraphic framework in the Dongying Depression are investigated in this *** bodies within lowstand systems tracts(LSTs)of sequences,comprising incisedchannel fills,sublacustrine fans,deltas in LSTs,controlled by syndepositional normal faults,and sand bodies within transgressive systems tracts(TSTs)to early highstand systems tracts(HSTs),consisting of beach bars,and turbidites,controlled by the prodelta slope,paleorelief,and syndepositional normal faults,are good subtle *** and shale of deep lake subfacies in TSTs to early HSTs of sequences are source and cap *** overpressure is the dominant dynamic factor for hydrocarbon migration from source rock to the subtle *** faults,sand bodies,and unconformities function as conduit *** bodies distributed in the abnormal overpressure source rocks within LSTs to early HSTs are petroliferous plays in lithologic *** petroliferous plays in stratigraphic traps are controlled by unconformities at margins of the Depression.

Cretaceous rift basin evolution was an important part of the tectonic history of northeast Asia in the late *** types of rift basins are identified—active,passive and wide rift basins—and they developed in different *** rift basins in the eastern North China craton are thought to be the consequence of crustal stretching and passive asthenospheric *** rift basins in the eastern Central Asian orogen are assumed to originate from gravitational collapse of the thickened and heated orogenic *** rift basins in the northern North China craton are attributed to uprising of asthenospheric materials along a lithospheric-scale tear *** tearing of the sub ducting paleo-Pacific plate is postulated and well explains the spatial distribution of different types of rift basins and the eastward shifting of magmatism in the northern North China *** Late Cretaceous witnessed a period of mild deformation and weak magmatism,which was possibly due to kinematic variation of the paleo-Pacific plate.

Effects of B_2O_3 and CaF_2 on Melting Temperatures of CaO-SiO_2-Fe_2O_3 System Fluxes

Fluorite is widely employed as fluxing agent in metallurgy flux , which inevitably leads to serious fluorine pollution.B2O3 is employed as fluxing agent of CaO-SiO2-Fe2O3steelmaking fluxes to substitute for *** effects of B2O3 and CaF2 on the melting properties of this system were *** melting temperatures of fluxes including softening temperature （Ts）, hemispherical temperature （Th）, and flow temperature （Tf） were measured using the hemisphere *** results indicate that the fluxing effect of B2O3is more significant than that of CaF2 .When the addition amount of B2O3 （mass percent） exceeds 6% , the melting temperatures of fluxes including Ts , Th and Tf are decreased lower than 1 300℃.The basicity of fluxes has a significant effect on the melting temperature , and the melting temperatures of the fluxes increase with the increase of fluxes *** , when B2O3 is used as fluxing agent , the melting temperature changes little with the basicity increasing from 2.5 to 5.0. These characteristics are suitable for steelmaking *** , Fe2O3 has an important fluxing effect on this CaO-based steelmaking *** indicates that the fluxes system is suitable for steelmaking process.

CaMKIIα and caveolin-1 cooperate to drive ATP-induced membrane delivery of the P2X3 receptor

The P2X3 receptor plays a vital role in sensory processing and transmission. The assembly and trafficking of the P2X3 receptor are important for its function in primary sensory neurons. As an important inflammation mediator, ATP is released from different cell types around primary sensory neurons, especially under pathological pain conditions. Here, we showthat α, β-MeATP dramatically promoted membrane delivery of the P2X3 receptor both in HEK293T celts expressing recombinant P2X3 receptor and in rat primary sensory neurons. α, β-MeATP induced P2X3 receptor-mediated Ca^2＋ influx, which further activated Ca^2＋/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase Ilec （CaMKIIα）. The N terminus of the P2X3 receptor was responsible for CaMKIleα binding, whereas Thr38s in the C terminus was phosphorylated by CaMKIIα. Thr^388 phosphorylation increased P2X3 receptor binding to caveoUn-1. CaveoUn-1 knockdown abrogated the α, β-MeATP-induced membrane insertion of the P2X3 receptor. Moreover,α, β-MeATP drove the CaMKIlec-mediated membrane coinsertion of the P2X2 receptor with the P2X3 receptor. The increased P2X3 receptors on the cell membrane that are due to Thr388 phosphorytation facilitated P2X3 receptor-mediated signal transduction. Together, our data indicate that CaMKIIoL and caveoUn-1 cooperate to drive Ugand-induced membrane delivery of the P2X3 receptor and may provide a mechanism of P2X3 receptor sensitization in pain development.

BACKGROUND Ectopic opening of the common bile duct is a condition with low *** with an ectopic common bile duct opening have a high incidence of common bile duct stones and acute *** with atypical symptoms and imaging findings are easily misdiagnosed;moreover,it is difficult to retrieve stones by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,and common bile duct stones are prone to postsurgical *** SUMMARY A 45-year-old male patient presented with“intermittent upper abdominal pain and elevated liver enzymes for 1 wk”.Transabdominal ultrasound indicated dilation of the common bile duct and the presence of *** resonance imaging showed that the common bile duct was dilated with stones and that its opening was *** retrograde cholangiopancreatography revealed an abnormal opening of the common bile duct into the duodenal bulb and the presence of common bile duct *** extrahepatic choledochectomy and hepatoenteric anastomosis were *** surgery,the patient recovered well and was *** patient has been followed up for 2 years since the *** has not experienced stone recurrence,and his liver function and quality of life are *** Improved understanding of ectopic opening of the common bile duct is needed for clinicians to provide patients with appropriate treatment.

Precipitation polymerizations of divinylbenzene（DVB） in pure supercritical carbon dioxide,and parallel runs with presence of a cosolvent were carried *** results showed that use of acetone as the cosolvent contributed greatly to the formation of the monodisperse *** microspheres,with obviously higher uniformity than reported up to date,were achieved using 6-7 mL of acetone in a reactor of 50 mL with DVB concentration of 0.4 mol/L under 16 MPa,a much lower pressure than previously reported without use of cosolvent.

The effect of boron mud and CaF2,which were used as fluxing agents,on surface tension and density of CaO-SiO2-B2O3 ternary slag systems was *** surface tension and density were measured by using the ring detachment method and Archimedean method,*** results indicated that surface tension and density of the slag systems decreased with increasing temperature in the range of 1380-1480℃.When 5%-10% CaF2 was employed as fluxing agent,the surface tension and density of slag were decreased with increasing CaF2 content,and the surface tension changed from 0.3to 0.6N/m,while the density changed from 3.4to 4.1g/***,when using 5%-10%boron mud as fluxing agent,the surface tension was enhanced,whereas the density decreased with the increase of boron mud content,and the variation range was 0.4-0.6N/m for surface tension and 3.2-3.9g/cm3 for the *** a conclusion,using boron mud as fluxing agent to substitute for CaF2 did not cause significant changes in slag surface tension and density.

A porous organic polymer named FC-POP was facilely synthesized with extraordinary porosity and excellent stability. Further covalent incorporation of various amines including single amine group, multi-amine groups of diethylenediamine （DETA）, and poly-amine groups of polyethylenimine （PEI） to the network gave rise to task-specific modification of the microenvironments to make them more suitable for CO2 capture. As a result, significant boost of CO2 adsorption capacity of 4.5 mmol/g （for FC-POP-CH2DETA, 273 K, 1 bar） and the CO2/N2 selectivity of 736.1 （for FC- POP-CH2PEI） were observed after the post-synthesis amine modifications. Furthermore, these materials can be regener- ated in elevated temperature under vacuum without apparent loss of CO2 adsorption capacity.
