Aconitine,a common and main toxic component of Aconitum,is toxic to the central nervous ***,the mechanism of aconitine neurotoxicity is not yet *** this work,we had the hypothesis that excitatory amino acids can trigger excitotoxicity as a pointcut to explore the mechanism of neurotoxicity induced by ***22 cells were simulated by aconitine and the changes of target cell metabolites were real-time online investigated based on a microfluidic chip-mass spectrometry ***,to confirm the metabolic mechanism of aconitine toxicity on HT22 cells,the levels of lactate dehydrogenase,intracellular Ca^(2+),reactive oxygen species,glutathione and superoxide dismutase,and ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 protein were detected by molecular *** of the detected results revealed that neurotoxicity induced by aconitine was associated with the process of excitotoxicity caused by glutamic acid and aspartic acid,which was followed by the accumulation of lactic acid and reduction of *** surge of extracellular glutamic acid could further lead to a series of cascade reactions including intracellular Ca^(2+)overload and oxidative stress,and eventually result in cell *** general,we illustrated a new mechanism of aconitine neurotoxicity and presented a novel analysis strategy that real-time online monitoring of cell metabolites can provide a new approach to mechanism analysis.

Near-infrared(NIR)hyperspectral imaging is a powerful technique that enables the capture of three-dimensional(3D)spectra-spatial information within the NIR spectral range,offering a wide array of ***,the high cost associated with InGaAs focal plane array(FPA)has impeded the widespread adoption of NIR hyperspectral *** this challenge,in this study,we adopt an alternative approach—single-pixel detection for NIR hyperspectral *** investigation reveals that single-pixel detection outperforms conventional FPA,delivering a superior signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)for both spectral and imaging *** implement this strategy,we leverage self-assembled colloidal quantum dots(CQDs)and a digital micromirror device(DMD)for NIR spectral and spatial information multiplexing,complemented by single-pixel detection for simultaneous spectral and image *** experimental results demonstrate successful NIR hyperspectral imaging with a detection window about 600 nm and an average spectral resolution of 8.6 nm with a pixel resolution of 128×*** resulting spectral and spatial data align well with reference instruments,which validates the effectiveness of our *** circumventing the need for expensive and bulky FPA and wavelength selection components,our solution shows promise in advancing affordable and accessible NIR hyperspectral imaging technologies,thereby expanding the range of potential applications.

The hybrid of carbon nanotube(CNT)and reduced graphene oxide(RGO)reinforced ZK61 composite was fabricated by a hot extrusion *** with the raw ZK61 alloy and single-reinforced composites,the hybrid-reinforced by RGO+CNT complex exhibited significant enhancements both in mechanical and thermal *** adjusting the proportion of RGO and CNT in ZK61 alloy,the obtained optimum ZK61/(0.06 wt%RGO+0.54 wt%CNT)composite exhibited increase of 25.4%in yield strength,26.5%in ultimate tensile strength,104%in failure strain and 30.4%in thermal conductivity,respectively,in comparison with ZK61 *** superior properties of the nano-hybrid composite are attributed to the synergetic effects of RGO and CNT,leading to a uniform dispersion and integrated structure as well as the enhanced interfacial bonding with *** strengthening ability of RGO and CNT was calculated to quantify their individual contribution to the improvement in mechanical and thermal properties of the ZK61 matrix *** RGO+CNT hybrids provide a promising way to develop Mg matrix composites with impressive performances.

Objective To compare the outcomes of in vitro fertilization （IVF） and intracytoplasmic sperm injection （ICSI） between semen liquefaction and viscosity with normal and abnormal. Methods Semen that liquefied within 60 min and normal viscosity was assigned to the normal group, while semen that unliquefied more than 60 min or high viscosity was assigned to abnormal group. Equal volumes of culture medium were added to abnormal group and normal control group, followed by repeated pipetting, to induce liquefaction. Sperm parameters, fertilization and cleavage rates, good-quality embryo rate, im- plantation rate and pregnancy rate were analyzed. Results The abnormal group ratio was much higher in the ICSI group （30.5%） than in the IVF group （21.9%）（P〈0.05）. The age of the husbands and total progressive motility （PR） sperm in abnormal IVF group were higher than those in normal IVF group （P〈0.05）. Fertilization rate （80.7%） in the abnormal IVF group was higher than that in the normal IVF group （75.6%） and normal control group （P〈0.05）. There were no differences in outcomes of the ICSI patients between the normal and abnormal groups. There was no difference between normal group and normal control group. Conclusion Equal volume of culture media was added to non-liquefied semen may be used to high viscosity and unliquefied semen, and may have a positive effect on fertilization outcomes.

Due to ever-increasing concerns about safety issues in using li ionic batteries,solid electrolytes have extensively *** li-rich antiperovskite li3OBr has been considered as a promising solid electrolyte candidate,but it still suffers challenges to achieve a high ionic conductivity owing to the high intrinsic symmetry of the crystal ***,we presented a design strategy that introduces various point defects and grain boundaries to break the high lattice symmetry of li3OBr crystal,and their effect and microscopic mechanism of promoting the migration of li-ion were explored *** has been found that liiare the dominant defects responsible for the fast li-ion diffusion in bulk li3OBr and its surface,but they are easily trapped by the grain boundaries,leading to the annihilating of the Frenkel defect pair V'li+li,and thus limits the V'lidiffusion at the grain *** VBrdefect near the grain boundaries can effectively drive V'liacross the grain boundary,thereby converting the carrier of li+migration from li,in the bulk and surface to V'liat the grain boundary,and thus improving the ionic conductivity in the whole li3OBr *** work provides a comprehensive insight into the li+transport and conduction mechanism in the li3OBr *** opens a new way of improving the conductivity for all-solid-state li electrolyte material through the defect design.
