The bacterial infection,especially for methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA),and the associated severe inflammatory response could extremely limit the crosstalk of RAW264.7 cells and mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)and lead to the undesirable osseointegration of peri–*** is highly demanded to modify the surface of titanium(Ti)implant to improve its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and facilitate its disabled ***,in our study,a multifunctional coating of zeolitic imidazolate frameworks-67 encapsulated osteogenic growth peptide(OGP)(ZO)was fabricated on titanium dioxide nanotubes(TNT)substrates(TNT-ZO)via the electrophoresis deposition(EPD)*** TNT-ZO substrates exhibited excellent antibacterial activity indicated by the reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation,outer membrane(OM)and inner membrane(IM)permeabilization change,adenosine triphosphate(ATP)decrease,and intracellular compounds(DNA/RNA)***,the regulation effects of TNT-ZO coating modified titanium substrates on the RAW264.7-MSCs crosstalk could induce the anti-inflammatory and osteogenic microenvironment via multiple paracrine signaling of Runx2,BMP2,VEGF,and TGF-β*** promoted effects of coating structure were investigated in vivo,including antibacterial effect,osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells,and anti-inflammation of RAW264.7 cells,as well as infected bone regeneration and repair in bone defect transplantation *** results demonstrated that MRSA was effectively eliminated by the hydrolysis of ZIF-67 nanoparticles on TNT-ZO ***,the excellent osseointegration of peri–implants was realized simultaneously by modulating the crosstalk of *** study could provide a novel approach to designing a multifunctional coating on the Ti implants for infected bone regeneration in orthopedic applications.

With the widespread popularity of carbon neutrality,the decarbonization approach using carbon capture,utilization,and storage(CCUS)has grown from a low-carbon utilization technology to an indispensable technology for the entire global carbon-neutral technology *** a primary method to support CCUS research,source-sink matching models face several new demand-oriented *** research and in-depth insights are needed to guide targeted capability *** review evaluates the advances,challenges,and perspectives of various CCUS source-sink matching models developed in the past 10 *** provide an integrated conceptual framework from six key attributes relating to mitigation targets,carbon sources,carbon sinks,transportation networks,utilization,and integration(synergy).The results indicate that previous models have effectively deepened our understanding of the matching process by targeting various CCUS-related issues and provided a solid foundation for more robust models to be *** perspectives are put forward to outline research and development prospects for future models,which may have meaningful effects for advancement under emerging carbon neutrality targets.

Effects of long-term thermal exposure on γ’ particles evolution and impact toughness in the weld joint of Nimonic 263(N263)superalloy were deeply studied at 750℃.Results showed that the precipitates in the weld metal were mainly composed of fine γ’ particles,bulky MC carbides,and small M23C6 *** the thermal exposure time increasing from o to 3000 h,γ’ particles in the weld metal grew up from 19.7 nm to 90.1 nm at an extremely slow *** being exposed for 1000 h,γ’ particles coarsened and some of them transformed into acicular η *** the same time,MC carbides decomposed to form η phase and γ’ *** dynamic transition ensured the slight reduction in impact toughness of the weld metal after the thermal exposure,which indicated the stable serving performance of N263 weld joint.

During ultradeep oil and gas drilling,fluid loss reducers are highly important for water-based drilling fluids,while preparing high temperature-and salt-resistance fluid loss reducers with excellent rheology and filtration performance remains a ***,a micro-crosslinked amphoteric hydrophobic association copolymer(i.e.,DADC)was synthesized using N,N-dimethyl acrylamide,diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid,hydrophobic monomer,and pentaerythritol triallyl ether *** to the synergistic effects of hydrogen bonds,electrostatic interaction,hydrophobic association,and micro-crosslinking,the DADC copolymer exhibited outstanding temperature-and *** rheological experiments have shown that the DADC copolymer had excellent shear dilution performance and a certain degree of salt-responsive viscosity-increasing *** DADC copolymer could effectively adsorb on the surface of bentonite particles through electrostatic interaction and hydrogen bonds,which bring more negative charge to the bentonite,thus improving the hydration and dispersion of bentonite particles as well as the colloidal stability of the drilling ***,the drilling fluids constructed based on the DADC copolymer exhibited satisfactory rheological and filtration properties(FLHTHP=12 m L)after aging at high temperatures(up to200℃)and high salinity(saturated salt)***,this work provided new insights into designing and fabricating high-performance drilling fluid treatment agents,demonstrating good potential applications in deep and ultradeep drilling engineering.

Layered LiMO_(2)(M=Ni,Co,and Mn) is a type of promising cathode materials for high energy density and high work voltage lithium-ion ***,the poor rate performance and low power density hinder its further *** capacity fade is related to the structural transformation in the layered LiMO_(2).In this work,the structural changes of bi-material cathode composed of mesoporous graphene and layered LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2)(NCM) were studied via in situ X-ray diffraction(XRD).During different C-rate charge-discharge test at the voltage range of 2.5-4.1 V,the composite cathode of NCM-graphene(NCM-G) reveals better rate performances than pure NCM *** NCM-G composite electrode displays a higher rate capability of 76.7 mAh·g^(-1) at 5 C rate,compared to the pure NCM cathode of 69.8 mAh·g^(-1)discharge *** in situ XRD results indicate that a reversible phase transition from hexagonal H1 to hexagonal H2 occurs in layered NCM material during 1 C chargedischarge *** the current increasing to 2 C/5 C,the structure of layered NCM material for both electrodes reveals few changes during charge and discharge processes,which indicates the less utilization of NCM component at high ***,the improved rate performance for bi-material electrode is attributed to the highly conductive mesoporous graphene and the synergistic effect of mesoporous graphene and NCM material.
