A new species of Bothriolepis(Placodermi,Antiarcha),*** ***.,is described from the Eifelian(Middle Devonian)Shangshuanghe Formation at the Pearl River Source Scenic Area,Qujing,Yunnan Province,southwestern China and is characterized by a broad postpineal plate bearing a straight anterior margin,a premedian plate wider than long,and a weakly developed dorsal median ridge of the trunk *** the eighth Bothriolepis taxon in China,*** *** a wealth of morphological data to clarify the intrageneric *** parsimony analysis,using a revised data set of the genus with 76 ingroup taxa and 72 characters,yields a well-resolved consensus tree for *** phylogenetic result shows a sister-group relationship between *** and *** from Kazakhstan,corroborating the biogeographic proximity between the South China and Kazakhstania blocks during the Middle Devonian.

Atomically precise metal nanoclusters(NCs)have been deemed as a new generation of metal nanomaterials in the field of solar energy conversion due to their unique atomic stacking manner,quantum confinement effects,light-harvesting capability and multitude of active ***,wide-spread application of monometallic NCs is blocked by the ultrashort carrier lifespan,uncontrollable charge transport pathway,and light-induced poor stability,impeding the construction of robust and stable metal NC-based ***,we report the fabrication of stable alloy(Au_(1-x)Pt_(x))NCs photosystem,for which tailor-made negatively charged l-glutathione(GSH)-capped Au_(1-x)Pt_(x)NCs as the building blocks are controllably deposited on the Bi VO_(4)(BVO)by a self-assembly approach for steering enhanced light absorption and interfacial charge transfer over alloy NCs-based photoanodes(Au_(1-x)Pt_(x)/BVO).The self-assembled Au_(1-x)Pt_(x)/BVO composite photoanode exhibits the significantly enhanced photoelectrochemical water oxidation performances compared with pristine BVO and Au_(x)/BVO photoanodes,which is caused by the Pt atom doping into the Au_(x)NCs for elevating photosensitivity and boosting the *** synergy of Au and Pt atoms in alloy NCs protects the gold core from rapid oxidation,improving the photostability and accelerating the surface charge transfer *** work would significantly inspire ongoing interest in unlocking the charge transport characteristics of atomically precise alloy NCs for solar energy conversion.

To handle input and output time delays that commonly exist in many networked control systems(NCSs), a new robust continuous sliding mode control(CSMC) scheme is proposed for the output tracking in uncertain single input-single-output(SISO) networked control systems. This scheme consists of three consecutive steps. First, although the network-induced delay in those systems can be effectively handled by using Pade approximation(PA), the unmatched disturbance cames out as another difficulty in the control design. Second, to actively estimate this unmatched disturbance, a generalized proportional integral observer(GPIO) technique is utilized based on only one measured state. Third, by constructing a new sliding manifold with the aid of the estimated unmatched disturbance and states, a GPIO-based CSMC is synthesized, which is employed to cope with not only matched and unmatched disturbances, but also networkinduced delays. The stability of the entire closed-loop system under the proposed GPIO-based CSMC is detailedly *** promising tracking efficiency and feasibility of the proposed control methodology are verified through simulations and experiments on Quanser's servo module for motion control under various test conditions.

Na3V2(PO4)3(NVP) is regarded as alternative cathode material for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs) due to its potential high-rate performance and pronounced long-term cycle stability. However, electronic conductivity and tap density are difficult to be balanced. Herein, we report that high-temperature shock(HTS) can prepare “single crystalline like” NVP which combines high-rate capability with high tap density together into one with the assistance of carbon framework and large particle. Thus, high reversible capacity of 110m Ah/g at 0.1 C with 89.9% capacity retention after 1600 cycles at 1 C and specific capacity of 83.5 m Ah/g at 50 C rate has been exhibited. This study provides a novel strategy to guide the production of high tap density, and rate performance polyanionic cathode materials.

MicroRNA (miRNA)是植物基因转录与翻译的重要调控因子,miR394参与植物多种抗逆性的调节过程。为深入研究miR394在小桐子抗冷性中的调控机制,利用生物信息学方法对小桐子miR394进行鉴定及靶基因预测,并通过实时荧光定量PCR分析了jcu-miR394及其预测靶基因在低温胁迫下的差异表达特性。结果表明,小桐子中共鉴定到两个miR394基因(jcu-MIR394a, jcu-MIR394b),都可形成稳定的茎环结构,成熟体序列都位于茎环结构的5′端,且都为20 nt (5′-UUGGCAUUCUGUCCACCUCC-3′)。靶基因预测与RT-qPCR表达分析显示,小桐子FBXO6是miR394的潜在靶基因,并可能通过miR394b-FBXO6靶向互作参与小桐子抗冷性过程。本研究结果为开展小桐子miR394参与抗冷性机制研究奠定了基础。
