Inflammatory responses,manifested in excessive oxidative stress and microglia overactivation,together with metal ion-triggered amyloid-beta(Aβ)deposition,are critical hallmarks of Alzheimer’s disease(AD).The intricate pathogenesis causes severe impairment of neurons,which,in turn,exacerbates Aβaggregation and facilitates AD ***,multifunctional melanin-like metal ion chelators and neuroinflammation regulators(named PDA@K)were constructed for targeted treatment of *** this platform,intrinsically bioactive material polydopamine nanoparticles(PDA)with potent metal ion chelating and ROS scavenging effects were decorated with the KLVFF peptide,endowing the system with the capacity of enhanced pathological blood–brain barrier(BBB)crossing and lesion site accumulation via Aβ*** vitro and in vivo experiment revealed that PDA@K had high affinity toward Aβand were able to hitch a ride on Aβto achieve increased pathological BBB *** engineered PDA@K effectively mitigated Aβaggregate and alleviated neuroinflammation.

Engineering of a new type of plant base editor for simultaneous adenine transition and transversion within the editing window will greatly expand the scope and potential of base editing in directed evolution and crop ***,we isolated a rice endogenous hypoxanthine excision protein,N-methylpurine DNA glycosylase(OsMPg),and engineered two plant A-to-K(K=g or T)base editors,rAKBE01 and rAKBE02,for simultaneous adenine transition and transversion base editing in rice by fusing OsMPg or its mutant mOsMPg to a plant adenine transition base editor,*** further coupled either OsMPg or mOsMPg with a transactivation factor VP64 to generate rAKBE03 and rAKBE04,*** these four rAKBEs,at five endogenous loci in rice protoplasts,indicated that rAKBE03 and rAKBE04 enabled higher levels of A-to-g base transitions when compared to ABE8e and ***,whereas rAKBE01 only enabled A-to-C/T editing at one endogenous locus,in comparison with rAKBE02 and rAKBE03,rAKBE04 could significantly improve the A-to-C/T base transversion efficiencies by up to 6.57-and 1.75-fold in the rice protoplasts,***,although no stable lines with A-to-C transversion were induced by rAKBE01 and rAKBE04,rAKBE04 could enable simultaneous A-to-g and A-to-T transition and transversion base editing,at all the five target loci,with the efficiencies of A-to-g transition and A-to-T transversion editing ranging from 70.97 to 92.31%and 1.67 to 4.84%in rice stable lines,***,these rAKBEs enable different portfolios of editing products and,thus,now expands the potential of base editing in diverse application scenario for crop improvement.

FLOWERINg LOCUS T(FT)is an important factor for integrating flowering signals through the photoperiod pathway,which significantly promotes *** chrysanthemum varieties are short-day plants,sensitive to the photoperiod,which limits their ornamental and annual production *** this study,we aim to analyze the nutrients and flowering-related genes of chrysanthemums with different photoperiod types and to clone and verify the function of the flowering-related gene *** found that the formation of floral buds requires the accumulation of starch while consuming soluble sugars and the expression patterns of flowering-related genes gIgANTEA(gI),CONSTANS(CO),and FT in ***‘Zilian’and ***‘Zihongtuogui’had a certain synchronization during floral buds differentiation according to our quantitative validation,and the expression levels of CmgI,CmCO and CmFT in ***‘Zihongtuogui’were higher than those in ***.‘Zilian’in the later stage of *** was cloned from photosensitive ***‘Zihongtuogui’and polypeptide alignment and phylogenetic analysis showed that CmFT was clustered in FT-like *** further functional verification,we obtained two Arabidopsis transgenic *** results showed that CmFT transgenic ft mutant lines can significantly accelerate flowering in ***,we can initially confirm that CmFT plays an important role in promoting flowering,which may be the key reason for the photosensitivity of ***‘Zihongtuogui’.Overall,the results of this study are of great importance in revealing the flowering mechanism of different photoperiod types of chrysanthemums.

Uncontrolled growth of lithium dendrite will lead to low Coulombic efficiency and poor cycle stability,which hinders the commercialization of lithium metal ***,a novel modified lithium anode with reduced graphene oxide conductive network containing trace lithiophilic phosphorus(P-rgO/Cu)is prepared by electrospraying technique combined with heat treatment *** rgO layer has a concave and undulating conductive structure,which can significantly improve the effective electrical contact between lithium metal and the current collector,speed up the kinetics of interfacial electron transport and reaction,and improve the resistance of the negative electrode to the internal stress caused by volume change of the lithium,which is advantageous for the stability of the SEI *** extremely small and uniformly distributed red phosphorus element avoids the volume change caused by lithiation to the maximum *** two-phase compound Li_(3)P obtained by alloying P with Li can directionally induce the homogeneous nucleation and dense deposition of lithium metal,address the issue of lithium dendrites and extend the cycle life of the *** obtained P-rgO/Cu exhibits excellent electrochemical performance with an average Coulombic efficiency(CE)of 98%at a current density of 1 mA·cm^(−2) for 400 cycles,and the capacity retention rate of the full cell matched with lithium iron phosphate(LFP)is 83%after 400 cycles at 1C.

Rockburst has perennially posed a formidable challenge to the stability of underground engineering works, particularly under conditions of deep-seated high stress. This paper provides a comprehensive review of recent advancements in on-site research related to rockburst occurrences, covering on-site case analyses, monitoring methodologies, early warning systems, and risk (proneness) evaluation. Initially, the concepts and classifications of rockburst based on on-site understanding were summarized. The influences of structural planes (in various spatial distribution combinations), in-situ stress (particularly magnitude and direction of the principal stress), dynamic disturbances, and excavation profiles on rockburst were thoroughly assessed and discussed through the analysis of published rockburst cases and on-site survey results. Subsequently, a compendium of commonly employed on-site monitoring techniques was outlined, delineating their respective technical attributes. Particular emphasis is accorded to the efficacy of microseismic monitoring technology and its prospective utility in facilitating dynamic rockburst early warning mechanisms. Building upon this foundation, the feasibility of assessing rockburst propensity while considering on-site variables is verified, encompassing the selection and quantitative evaluation of pertinent indicators. Ultimately, a comprehensive synthesis of the paper is presented, alongside the articulation of prospective research goals for the future.

The facile construction of nanoscale NbHxsupported by Ti3C2（NbHx@Ti3C2） was achieved using facile ball milling strategy to improve the hydrogen desorption kinetics and reversibility of magnesium borohydride (Mg（BH4）2).The doping of 30 wt%NbHx@Ti3C2catalyst reduced the onset dehydrogenation temperature of Mg（BH4）2to 71.2℃.Additionally,the Mg（BH4）2+30NbHx@Ti3C2composite achieved remarkable hydrogen release of over 9.2 wt% at a temperature as low as 230℃,indicating unexpected dehydrogenation ***,the reversibility of NbHx@Ti3C2doped Mg（BH4）2was retained to more than 4.2 wt%after four cycles,which was increased by 68% compared to that of undoped Mg（BH4）*** strong catalysis of NbHx@Ti3C2catalyst could be attributed to the synergistic effect of NbHxand Ti3C2in hydrogen spillover and *** as a??hydrogen pump??for effective hydrogen spillover,while Ti3C2created numerous diffusion channels for hydrogen dissolution and provided the active catalytic site to facilitate the re/dehydrogenation of Mg（BH4）2.
