Application of Multimodality Imaging Fusion Technology in Diagnosis and Treatment of Malignant Tumors under the Precision Medicine Plan

Objective： The arrival of precision medicine plan brings new opportunities and challenges for patients undergoing precision diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. With the development of medical imaging, information on different modality imaging can be integrated and comprehensively analyzed by imaging fusion system. This review aimed to update the application of multimodality imaging fusion technology in the precise diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors under the precision medicine plan. We introduced several multimodality imaging fusion technologies and their application to the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors in clinical practice. Date Sources： The data cited in this review were obtained mainly from the PubMed database from 1996 to 2016, using the keywords of ＂precision medicine＂, ＂fusion imaging＂, ＂multimodality＂, and ＂tumor diagnosis and treatment＂. Study Selection： Original articles, clinical practice, reviews, and other relevant literatures published in English were reviewed. Papers focusing on precision medicine, fusion imaging, multimodality, and tumor diagnosis and treatment were selected. Duplicated papers were excluded. Results： Multimodality imaging fusion technology plays an important role in tumor diagnosis and treatment under the precision medicine plan, such as accurate location, qualitative diagnosis, tumor staging, treatment plan design, and real-time intraoperative monitoring. Multimodality imaging fusion systems could provide more imaging information of tumors from different dimensions and angles, thereby offing strong technical support for the implementation of precision oncology. Conclusion： Under the precision medicine plan, personalized treatment of tumors is a distinct possibility. We believe that multimodality imaging fusion technology will find an increasingly wide application in clinical practice.

Reliability and validity of generalized anxiety disorder 7-item scale in early pregnant women

Effects of long-term straw incorporation on nematode community composition and metabolic footprint in a rice–wheat cropping system

Soil nematode communities can provide valuable information about the structure and functions of soil food webs,and are sensitive to agricultural practices,including short-term straw ***,currently,such effects under longterm straw incorporation conditions at different fertility levels are largely ***,we conducted a 13-year ongoing experiment to evaluate the effects of long-term straw incorporation on the structure and functions of the soil food web in low and high fertility soils through analyzing its effects on nematode communities,food web indices and metabolic *** treatments were included:straw removal(–S)under non-fertilized(–NPK)or fertilized(+NPK)conditions;and straw incorporation(+S)under–NPK or+NPK *** samples from a 0–20 cm depth layer were collected when wheat and rice were *** with straw removal,straw incorporation increased the abundances of total nematodes,bacterivores,plant-parasites and omnivores-predators,as well the relative abundances of omnivores-predators with increases of 73.06,89.29,95.31,238.98,and 114.61%in–NPK soils and 16.23,2.23,19.01,141.38,and 90.23%in+NPK soils,*** of sampling times and fertilization effects,straw incorporation increased the diversity and community stability of nematodes,as indicated by the Shannon-Weaver diversity index and maturity *** and structure index did not show significant responses to straw incorporation,but a slight increase was observed in the structure *** analysis of nematode metabolic footprints showed that straw incorporation increased the plant-parasite footprint and structure footprint by 97.27 and 305.39%in–NPK soils and by 11.29 and 149.56%in+NPK soils,but did not significantly influence enrichment,bacterivore and fungivore *** conclusion,long-term straw incorporation,particularly under a low fertility level,favored the soil nematodes and regulated the soil food web mainly via a top-down

Effects of Transdermal Estrogen Therapy on Expressions of Estrogen Receptors and T-lymphocyte Apoptosis in Surgically Menopausal Women

Studies have demonstrated estrogen replacement therapy can improve the life quality of surgically menopausal women. However, the mechanisms in this process remain poorly defined. Here we show the effect of transdermal estrogen therapy on expressions of estrogen receptors and T-lymphocyte apoptosis in surgically postmenopausal women. Fifteen surgically menopausal women, 15 naturally menopausal women and 15 young women were chosen in our studies. Peripheral vein blood was collected and serum E2 and FSH levels were assessed using ACCESS. T-lymphocyte apoptosis and the expressions of Fas, FasL and ER subtypes α and β were determined. The serum E2 levels of surgically menopausal woman were significantly higher, and the ＂Improved Kupperman Index＂ and the scores of ＂Menopause Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire＂ in surgically menopausal women were significantly low after ERT. The rates of T-lymphocyte apoptosis and FasL expression in surgically menopausal women were decreased after ERT, but the difference was not significant. The expressions of ERa and ERβ in two menopausal groups were significantly lower than those of the young group. They were both significantly up-regulated after 3 months of ERT. Transdermal ERT could significantly upregulate the serum E2 level, could improve menopausal symptoms and life quality of surgically menopausal women and upregulate ERa and ERβ expressions on T lymphocytes, especially ERp. Thus, the low dose of transdermal ERT may have a protective effect on menopausal women＇s immune function and aging.

QTL Mapping for Adult Plant Resistance to Powdery Mildew in Italian Wheat cv. Strampelli

The Italian wheat cv. Strampelli displays high resistance to powdery mildew caused by Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici. The objective of this study was to map quantitative trait loci （QTLs） for resistance to powdery mildew in a population of 249 F2：3 lines from Strampelli/Huixianhong. Adult plant powdery mildew tests were conducted over 2 yr in Beijing and 1 yr in Anyang and simple sequence repeat （SSR） markers were used for genotyping. QTLs ***-3BS, ***-5BL. 1, and ***-7DS were consistent across environments whereas, ***-2BS. 1 found in two environments, explained 0.4-1.6, 5.5-6.9, 27.1-34.5, and 1.0-3.5% of the phenotypic variation respectively. ***-7DS corresponded to the genomic location of Pm38/Lr34/Yr18. ***-4BL was identified in Anyang 2010 and Beijing 2011, accounting for 1.9-3.5% of phenotypic variation. ***-2BS. 1 and ***-5BL. 1 contributed by Strampelli and ***-3BS by Huixianhong, seem to be new QTL for powdery mildew resistance. ***-4BL, ***-5BL.3, and ***-7DS contributed by Strampelli appeared to be in the same genomic regions as those mapped previously for stripe rust resistance in the same population, indicating that these loci conferred resistance to both stripe rust and powdery mildew. Strampelli could be a valuable genetic resource for improving durable resistance to both powdery mildew and stripe rust in wheat.

目的探讨云南省金平地区产后抑郁/焦虑的筛查阳性率及其影响因素。方法本研究为横断面调查。纳入2019年10月至2021年2月在云南省红河哈尼族彝族自治州金平苗族瑶族傣族自治县人民医院孕28周后活产分娩的单胎产妇761例, 在产后1~3 d进行问卷调查, 调查生育及养育相关情况, 以及爱丁堡产后抑郁自评量表[Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS), ≥9分定义为抑郁筛查阳性]和焦虑自评量表[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), ≥50分定义为焦虑筛查阳性], 同时查阅病历记录产科一般情况及病史资料。采用χ^(2)检验及多因素logistic回归分析产妇抑郁/焦虑的危险因素。结果 761例产妇均成功完成问卷。抑郁筛查总阳性率为7.49%(57/761), 焦虑筛查总阳性率为8.02%(61/761)。单因素分析发现, 产妇孕次、产次、分娩方式、产后出血、产时感染及产褥病率、新生儿转儿科、孕期参加孕妇学校、新生儿性别是否符合产妇及家庭预期与产后抑郁筛查阳性有关;产后出血、产时感染及产褥病率、新生儿转儿科、陪伴分娩、母乳喂养、孕期参加孕妇学校、新生儿性别是否符合家庭及产妇预期与产后焦虑筛查阳性有关(P值均<0.05)。多因素分析显示, 产后出血(OR=1.934, 95%CI:1.010~3.704)、新生儿转儿科(OR=1.990, 95%CI:1.037~3.816)和孕期未参加孕妇学校(OR=3.393, 95%CI:1.166~9.872)是产后抑郁的危险因素, 新生儿转儿科(OR=1.972, 95%CI:1.040~3.740)和非母乳喂养(OR=2.174, 95%CI:1.077~4.389)是产后焦虑的危险因素(P值均<0.05)。结论云南省金平地区产妇产后抑郁/焦虑的风险不高。积极鼓励参加孕妇学校并鼓励母乳喂养可能有助于降低产后抑郁/焦虑的发生风险。

A Time/Space Separation Based 3D Fuzzy Modeling Approach for Nonlinear Spatially Distributed Systems

Spatially distributed systems （SDSs） are usually infinite-dimensional spatio-temporal systems with unknown nonlinearities. Therefore, to model such systems is difficult. In real applications, a low-dimensional model is required. In this paper, a time/space separation based 3D fuzzy modeling approach is proposed for unknown nonlinear SDSs using input-output data measurement. The main characteristics of this approach is that time/space separation and time/space reconstruction are fused into a novel 3D fuzzy system. The modeling methodology includes two stages. The first stage is 3D fuzzy structure modeling which is based on Mamdani fuzzy rules. The consequent sets of 3D fuzzy rules consist of spatial basis functions estimated by Karhunen-Love decomposition. The antecedent sets of 3D fuzzy rules are used to construct temporal coefficients. Going through 3D fuzzy rule inference, each rule realizes time/space synthesis. The second stage is parameter identification of 3D fuzzy system using particle swarm optimization algorithm. After an operation of defuzzification, the output of the 3D fuzzy system can reconstruct the spatio-temporal dynamics of the system. The model is suitable for the prediction and control design of the SDS since it is of low-dimension and simple nonlinear structure. The simulation and experiment are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed modeling approach.

Identification of a new stripe rust resistance gene in Chinese winter wheat Zhongmai 175

Stripe rust is a serious foliar disease posing a grave threat to wheat production worldwide. The most economical and environmentally friendly way to control this disease is to breed and deploy resistant cultivars. Zhongmai 175 is an elite winter wheat cultivar conferring resistance to a broad spectrum of Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici（Pst） races. To identify the resistance gene in the cultivar, genetic analysis was conducted using the parents, F1, F2 and F2：3 populations derived from the cross of Lunxuan 987/Zhongmai 175. Segregations in the F2 and F2：3 populations indicated a single dominant gene conferring resistance to stripe rust in Zhongmai 175, temporarily designated Yr ZM175. Bulked segregant analysis（BSA） with wheat i Select 90 K SNP array determined a preliminary location of Yr ZM175. Subsequently, Yr ZM175 was mapped on chromosome 2AS using simple sequence repeats（SSR）, expressed sequence tags（EST） and newly-developed kompetitive allele specific PCR（KASP） markers, being flanked by Xgwm636 and Xwmc382 at genetic distances of 4.9 and 8.1 c M, respectively. Comparison of reaction patterns of Yr ZM175 on 23 Pst races or isolates and pedigree analysis with other genes on chromosome 2AS suggested that it is likely to be a new gene for resistance to stripe rust. The resistance gene and linked molecular markers will be useful in wheat breeding targeting for the improvement of stripe rust resistance.

基于山东省和河南省772份农户调研数据,估计了施肥托管服务对化肥减量的作用效果,并进一步从专业化分工视角阐析了施肥托管服务对化肥减量的影响。研究结果表明:施肥托管服务有助于在农业生产中实现化肥减量;异质性检验表明,在兼业程度较高、经营规模较小及有村集体监督的农户群体中,施肥托管服务对化肥减量的作用效果更为显著;从横向分工视角看,横向分工水平的提升能够强化施肥托管服务对化肥减量的促进作用;从纵向分工视角来看,相较于半托管,纵向分工程度更高的全托管模式对化肥减量的促进效果更为明显。据此,应进一步加大对托管服务的宣传与补贴力度,以协助小农户利用现代农业生产方式实现化肥减量;同时应提高横向分工水平,促成连片专业化生产格局,并需强化财政资金引导作用及完善保险体系以支持全托管发展。

Tissue Doppler imaging study of right ventricular myocardial systolic activation in subjects with pulmonary arterial hypertension

Background Tissue Doppler imaging （TDI） has provided an objective means to quantify global and regional left ventricular （LV） and right ventricular （RV） function with improved accuracy and greater reproducibility than conventional echocardiography. This study was conducted to assess RV myocardial systolic activation by TDI in subjects with pulmonary arterial hypertension （PAH）. Methods A total of 30 patients with PAH and 30 healthy volunteers, all comparable in age and sex, underwent standard Doppler echo and TDI. Using pulsed Doppler echocardiography combined with TDI, the following regional parameters were evaluated in three different myocardial segments （RV basal lateral wall, basal septal, and LV basal lateral） on apical 4-chamber view： systolic （Sm）, early- and late-diastolic （Em and Am） peak velocities. RV myocardial systolic activation delay was defined as the difference in time to peak TDI systolic velocities between the RV basal lateral wall and basal septal. In addition, RV end-diastolic and end-systolic areas were measured to calculate RV fractional area change from the same apical 4-chamber view. Results Compared with the control group, patients with PAH showed increased RA and RV end-diastolic diameter （RA：（4.5±1.2）cm vs （3.0±0.8）cm, P〈0.05 and RV：（4.8±1.9）cm vs （3.4±0.5）cm, P〈0.05） and reduced RV fractional area change; （35±14）% vs （56±9）%, P〈0.05. These PAH patients showed lower myocardial peak velocities and a significant activation delay compared with controls （P〈0.05）. Moreover, a strong correlation between RV myocardial systolic activation delay and RV fractional area change was shown in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension （r = -0.82）. Conclusions In PAH, RV myocardial systolic activation was markedly delayed, which was directly related to the RV fractional area change. RV myocardial systolic activation delay assessed by TDI could offer a unique approach to predict RV dysfunction.
