Single-atom catalyst has garnered widespread attention to mimic mature enzymes due to its well-defined atomic structure and coordination environments. However, since the carbon–carbon（C–C） coupling reactions require synergistic catalysis of multiple sites, single-atom catalysts suffer from insufficient active sites and unclear reaction mechanisms. Controlling the reaction intermediates in a precisely targeted pocket through careful metal–organic cage design is therefore crucial. Here, we prepare a tetrahedral [Cu6L4]-type boron–imidazolate cage integrating highly active Cu sites and optimized cavity, which exhibits enzyme like specific catalytic performance in electrochemical CO2reduction reaction（CO2RR） to enhance the selectivity of *** analyses and computational calculations suggest that the single Cu site together with neighboring boron–imidazolate ligands provides suitably synergistic effects that enable the energetically favorable formation of an *COCHO intermediate, a key step determining selectivity. As a result, the [Cu6L4]-type cage of BIC-145 achieves a Faradaic efficiency of 28% for C2H4maintaining an average current density of -3.54 mA cm-2over a 5-hour electrolysis period. This work represents the first example for studying single-metal site catalysts with ultra-low coordination numbers through the rational design of metal–organic cages.

This paper studies a finite-time adaptive fractionalorder fault-tolerant control(FTC)scheme for the slave position tracking of the teleoperating cyber physical system(TCPS)with external disturbances and actuator *** on the fractional Lyapunov stability theory and the finite-time stability theory,a fractional-order nonsingular fast terminal sliding mode(FONFTSM)control law is proposed to promote the tracking and fault tolerance performance of the considered ***,the adaptive fractional-order update laws are designed to cope with the unknown upper bounds of the unknown actuator faults and external ***,the finite-time stability of the closed-loop system is ***,comparison simulation results are also provided to show the validity and the advantages of the proposed techniques.

In the 1920s,Dr Otto Warburg first suggested the significant difference in energy metabolism between malignant cancer cells and adjacent normal *** cells mainly adopt the glycolysis as energy source to maintain tumor cell growth and biosynthesis under aerobic *** on energy metabolism pathway in cancer cells has aroused the interest of cancer researchers all around the *** recent years,plentiful studics suggest that targeting the peculiar cancer energy metabolic pathways,including glycolysis,mitochondrial respiration,amino acid metabolism,and fatty acid oxidation may be an effective strategy to starve cancer cells by blocking essential *** products (NPs)are considered as the “treasure trove of small molecules drugs” and have played an extremely remarkable role in the discovery and development of anticancer *** numerous NPs have been reported to act on cancer energy metabolism ***,a comprehensive overview about cancer energy metabolism targets and their natural-occurring inhibitors is prepared.

We reported here the complete genome of the Bombyx mori infectious flacherie virus （BmlFV）, BmlFV-CHN01, isolated in China and compared it with the Japanese strain IFV （BmIFV-JAN） sequence. BmIFV-JAN and BmIFV-CHN01 were 99% identical in nucleotide and amino acid sequences. The amino acid sequences of the three structural proteins （VP1, VP3 and VP4） and L protein were 100% identical between the two strains. Phylogenetic analyses based on conserved domains in RNA-dependent RNA polymerases （RdRps） by the neighbor-joining method showed that these two strains were from the same virus. The gain of the whole genome of the BmIFV isolated in China and its weak mutation character established a great foundation to the study of functional genome and the molecular epidemiology of BmIFV.

Based on the new process named "Combination Method" for metallurgy and separation of Baotou mixed rare earth concentrate(BMREC),the aim of this paper is to clearly elucidate the phase change behavior of BMREC without additives during oxidative roasting at 450-800℃.The results indicate that the bastnaesite in BMREC is decomposed at 450-550℃,the weight loss is about 10.3 wt%,and the activation energy(E) is 144 kJ/*** bastnaesite in BMREC is decomposed into rare earth fluoride,rare earth oxides(La_(2)O_(3),Ce_(7)O_(12),Pr_(6)O_(11) and Nd_(2)O_(3)),and CO_(2),particularly,with the increase of roasting temperature,bastnaesite in BMREC is more completely decomposed into LaF_(3),which causes a decrease in leaching rate of La during the HCI leaching ***,the maximum cerium oxidation efficiency reaches about 60 wt% when the roasting temperature is equal to or above 500℃,and the oxidation reaction rate of cerium increases with the increasing roasting temperature.

The precipitation of the water-leaching solution of Baotou mixed rare earth(RE) concentrate roasted with sulfuric acid using ammonium bicarbonate for producing RE carbonate produces a mass of ammonia-nitrogen wastewater because of the relatively low solubility of rare earth *** solve the serious problem of ammonia-nitrogen pollution,new precipitators need to be developed urgently so as to meet the requirements of environmental protection and impurities content of the product(SO_(4)^(2-)<1.8 wt% in RE carbonates products).In this paper,we studied the effects of feeding modes on the behavior of SO_(4)^(2-) during the preparation of light RE carbonate(RE=La,Ce,Pr,Nd) from their sulfate solutions using Mg(HCO_(3))_(2) as a *** results indicate that the contents of SO_(4)^(2-) in the La and Ce precipitates using positive feeding mode exceed 16 wt% because of the formation of La_(2)(CO_(3))2.15(-SO_(4))0.85·4 H_(2)O and Ce_(2)(CO_(3))_(2).15(SO_(4))0.85·3H_(2)O,while those of the Pr and Nd precipitates are 4 wt%-5 wt% since they exist in the form of *** precipitates prepared using synchronous feeding mode are all RE carbonate with only 4 wt%-5 wt% of SO_(4)^(2-) enclosed in the *** content of SO_(4)^(2-) in the RE carbonate obtained using reverse feeding mode is the *** them,the content of SO_(4)^(2-) in La precipitate is only 1.40 wt%.Both synchronous and reverse feeding modes can effectively reduce the content of SO_(4)^(2-)in RE carbonate,which provides theoretical guidance for the preparation of qualified light RE carbonate products by Mg(HCO3)2 precipitation method.

Excessive nitrate in water is harmful to the ecological environment and human *** reduction is a promising technology for nitrate ***,a Pd-Cu modified carbon nanotube membrane was fabricated with an electrodeposition method and used to reduce nitrate in a flowthrough electrochemical *** optimal potential and duration for codeposition of Pd and Cu were-0.7 V and 5 min,respectively,according to linear scan voltammetry *** membrane obtained with a Pd:Cu ratio of 1:1 exhibited a relatively high nitrate removal efficiency and N_(2)*** was almost completely reduced(~99%)by the membrane at potentials lower than-1.2 ***,-0.8 V was the optimal potential for nitrate reduction in terms of both nitrate removal efficiency and product *** nitrate removal efficiency was 56.2%,and the N_(2)selectivity was 23.8%for the Pd:Cu=1:1 membrane operated at-0.8 *** removal was enhanced under acidic conditions,while N_(2)selectivity was *** concentrations of Cl-ions and dissolved oxygen showed little effect on nitrate *** mass transfer rate constant was greatly improved by 6.6 times from 1.14×10^(-3)m/h at a membrane flux of 1 L/(m^(2)·h)to 8.71×10^(-3)m/h at a membrane flux of 15 L/(m^(2)·h),which resulted in a significant increase in the nitrate removal rate from 13.6 to 133.5 mg/(m^(2)·h).These findings show that the Pd-Cu modified CNT membrane is an efficient material for nitrate reduction.

A regularization algorithm of dynamic light scattering for estimating the particle size distribution of dual-substance mixture in water

Dynamic light scattering(DLS)is a nondestructive,well-established technique for the size characterization of proteins,nanoparticles,polymers,and colloidal ***,current DLS techniques are only applied to particle groups of single composition due to the limitation of their inversion *** this study,we propose a particle size distribution inversion algorithm based on the Tikhnonov regularization method that can be applied to the dual-substance particle *** algorithm retrieves the particle size distributions of two substances,respectively,by taking advantage of their refractive index *** simulation results reveal that the algorithm has excellent accuracy and stability when the scattering angle is 30°.Instead of the original identity matrix,the first-order difference matrix and second-order difference matrix are used as the regular matrix when utilizing the Tikhnonov algorithm,which obviously improves the anti-interference,accuracy,and stability of the ***,the inversion of particle size distribution is carried out at a 0.01%–1%noise level,which shows that the algorithm has an available antinoise ***,experimental particle size measurements for a mixture of polystyrene beads and toner particles demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is superior to the traditional Tikhnonov algorithm in applicability and accuracy.

The applications of single-cell and spatial technologies in recent times have revolutionized the present understanding of cellular states and the cellular heterogeneity inherent in complex biological systems. In this review, we have comprehensively discussed the historical development and recent progress in the field of single-cell and spatial genomics. We have reviewed the breakthroughs in single-cell multi-omics technologies, spatial genomics methods, and the computational strategies employed toward the analyses of singlecell atlas data. Furthermore, we have highlighted the advances made in constructing cellular atlases and their clinical applications,particularly in the context of disease. Finally, we have discussed the emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in this rapidly evolving field.
