Comparison on Immune Efficacy of Avian Influenza Virus Re-5 Strain and SS Strain in Guangxi Sanhuang Chickens

[ Objective] To compare immune efficacy of avian influenza virus （AIV） Re-5 strain （HSN1 subtype） and SS strain （ H9 subtype） in Guangxi Sanhuang chickens. [Method] A total of 180 Sanhuang chickens were selected from a breeding chicken farm in Guilin City of Guangxi and assigned into four groups （ n = 45）. At 145 days old, the chickens in the group I and II were respectively inoculated with AIV Re-5 strain and AIV SS strain, but they were kept in cages separately. The two control groups were not inoculated. Antibody levels were determined at 170 days old. [ Result] The level of antibodies against AIV Re-5 strain was significantly higher in the chickens of the group I and group II than in the corresponding control groups, respectively （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The level of antibodies against AIV SS strain was not significantly different between the group I and its control group or between the group II and its control group. [ Conclusion] The antibody level of chickens can be increased by the AIV Re-5 strain but not by the AIV SS strain.

合空线统计过电压的建模与仿真

针对蒙特卡洛法计算合空线统计过电压时,要根据随机变量的分布特性抽样进行大量的仿真计算问题,介绍了实现合空线统计过电压计算的随机变量抽样、操作过电压计算、统计结果分析自动化的方法。在推导了合空线统计过电压计算的蒙特卡洛模型后在PSCAD/EMTDC软件中建立和实现了该模型,运用Multiple Run组件,按照初始合闸相角的分布特性抽样,并批量处理多个抽样算例;应用用户自定义建模功能建立统计合闸开关模型,该模型以三相触头的合闸不同期性作为服从正态分布的随机变量,用FORTRAN语言编程实现并作为组件被PSCAD/EMTDC主程序调用;由Multiple Run组件、统计合闸开关模型及系统模型(电源、线路、变压器等)组成完整了合空线统计过电压计算模型。最后应用所建立的模型对某一地区电网黑启动方案的合空线统计过电压进行了仿真,并分析了影响统计过电压的若干因素。论文所提出的方法实现了随机抽样、电磁暂态计算、给出2%统计过电压值的自动化,能够大量减少合空线统计过电压的计算工作量。

Intermolecular reductive coupling of aliphatic ketones with alkynes and alkenes by BCN photocatalysts

A photocatalytic process was developed for intermolecular reductive coupling of aliphatic ketones with alkynes/alkenes to furnish tertiary alcohols. Mechanistic studies support that boron carbonitrides(BCN) promote the single electron reduction of unactivated aliphatic ketones to generate ketyl radicals with visible light irradiation, which then react with alkynes and alkenes to afford the allylic and aliphatic alcohols, respectively. The heterogeneous photocatalytic system is compatible with diverse substrates including pharmaceutical-related molecules(43 examples) with reusability and scale-up experiments, verifying the complementary synthetic utility of this method to the homogeneous catalysts.

Treatment Effects of Common Melastoma Herb on White Scour in Piglets

[ Objective] To explore the treatment effects of common melastoma herb decoction on white scour in piglets. [ Method] Piglets suffering from white scour were orally given the common melastorna herb decoction and norfloxacin, respectively. [ Result] After the weaned piglets were gavaged medicines, the treatment effect of the common melastoma herb decoction was significantly different from that of norfloxacin （ P 〈 0.05）, and the optimal dosage of common melastoma herb decoction was 20 ml per piglet for treatment. After the weaned piglets were given medicines added in feedstuff, the treatment effect of the common melastoma herb decoction was significantly different from that of norfloxacin （P 〈 0.01 ）, and the optimum dosage of common melastoma herb decoction was 50 ml per piglet for treatment. The preventive effect of the common melastoma herb decoction was significantly different from that of the control group in 35-day＇old piglets suffering from white scour （ P 〈 0.05）, and the optimal dosage of common melastoma herb decoction was 15 ml per piglet for prophylaxis. To mix medicine in feedstuff was the preferred way for the diseased piglets having appetite. [ Cenclusion] The common melastoma herb decoction has treatment effects and preventive effects on white scour of piglets.

Mangroves are crucial to the ecological security of the Earth and human well-being. Their management, conservation, and restoration are of great importance and necessitate the support of spatio-temporal information and multidisciplinary knowledge such as biology and ecology. Traditional knowledge services such as plant atlas provide illustrated textual knowledge of mangroves. However, this kind of service is oriented to information retrieval and is incapable of effectively mining and utilizing fragmented knowledge from multi-source heterogeneous data, facing the problem of “massive data, rare knowledge”. Knowledge graphs are capable of extracting, organizing, and fusing the knowledge contained in massive data into semantic networks that can be understood and computed by computers. They provide a solution for the realization of intelligent knowledge services. Focusing on the urgent need for mangrove knowledge acquisition, formal representation, and intelligent services, this paper proposes a research prospect on mangrove knowledge graphs and knowledge services. We first analyze the similarities and differences between various domain-specific concepts of Tupu. On this basis, we define the mangrove knowledge graph as a large-scale knowledge base that integrates multi-disciplinary knowledge and spatio-temporal information with mangrove ecosystems as the core. Then, we propose a research framework for mangrove knowledge services that can realize the transformation from multi-modal data to intelligent knowledge services, including multiple research levels such as ubiquitous data sensing and aggregation, knowledge organization and graph construction, and intelligent mangrove knowledge services. Subsequently, the methods and workflow for constructing mangrove knowledge graphs are introduced. Objective:Gastric cancer(GC)is a globally common cancer characterized by high incidence and mortality *** in the molecular understanding of GC provide promising targets for GC diagnosis and *** non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)and their downstream regulators are regarded to be implicated in the progression of multiple types of *** have shown that the lncRNA small nucleolar RNA host gene 4(SNHG4)serves as a tumor promoter in various malignancies,while its function in GC has yet to be ***,our study aimed to explore the role and underlying mechanism of SNHG4 in ***:We used qRT-PCR to analyze SNHG4 expression in GC tissues and ***-Meier analysis was used to assess the correlation between SNHG4 expression and the survival rate of GC *** function experiments such as CCK-8,BrdU,colony formation,flow cytometry analysis,and transwell were performed to explore the effects of SNHG4 on GC cell proliferation,apoptosis,cell cycle,migration,and *** also established xenograft mouse models to explore the effect of SNHG4 on GC tumor ***,dual luciferase reporter assay was used to verify the interaction between SNHG4 and miR-409-3p and between miR-409-3p and cAMP responsive element binding protein 1(CREB1).Results:The results indicated that SNHG4 was overexpressed in GC tissues and cell lines,and was linked with poor survival rate of GC ***4 promoted GC cell proliferation,migration,and invasion while inhibiting cell apoptosis and cell cycle arrest in *** in vivo experiment indicated that SNHG4 facilitated GC tumor ***,SNHG4 was demonstrated to bind to ***,CREB1 was directly targeted by *** assays demonstrated that miR-409-3p deficiency reversed the suppressive impact of SNHG4 knockdown on GC cell ***,miR-409-3p was also revealed to inhibit GC cell proliferation,migration,and invasion by targeting CREB1

分析了紧急直流功率支援提高多机系统暂态稳定性的机理.通过在合适时刻投入紧急直流功率支援,在单机无穷大系统功角的前2次正摆过程中提升直流功率,在回摆过程中回降直流功率,以提高暂态稳定裕度,同时采用遗传禁忌优化算法对各调制参数进行优化.最终,在给定的具体运行方式下,根据事先设定的电网关键线路潮流或来自能量管理系统EMS的实时潮流数据和预想故障集,实现某些严重预想事故集的暂稳控制量的离线或在线计算.算例表明:所提出的紧急直流功率支援策略能有效地改善系统暂态稳定性.

光伏系统接入配电网会增加负荷的波动性和不确定性,对配电网输配电设备的容量规划造成一定影响.文中在分析纵向时刻光伏出力和负荷概率性的基础上,考虑一定风险系数来降低供电负荷,并利用储能作为削峰填谷来应对供电负荷降低之后的概率风险,基于此原理对储能容量进行优化配置,并实现风险性与经济性的平衡,求取经济效益最大化时对应的风险系数.算例表明该方法可为配电网设备容量的规划带来一定经济效益.
