Intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)is a common severe emergency in neurosurgery,causing tremendous economic pressure on families and society and devastating effects on patients both physically and psychologically,especially among patients with poor functional *** is often accompanied by decreased consciousness and limb *** seriously affects patients’ability to live *** rapid advances in neurosurgery have greatly improved patient survival,there remains insufficient evidence that surgical treatment significantly improves long-term *** in-depth pathophysiological studies after ICH,increasing evidence has shown that secondary injury after ICH is related to long-term prognosis and that the key to secondary injury is various immune-mediated neuroinflammatory reactions after *** basic and clinical studies of various systemic inflammatory diseases,triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 1/2(TREM-1/2),and the TREM receptor family is closely related to the inflammatory *** inflammatory diseases can be upregulated and downregulated through receptor *** the TREM receptor functions after ICH,the types of results from intervention,and whether the outcomes can improve secondary brain injury and the long-term prognosis of patients are *** analysis of relevant research results from basic and clinical trials revealed that the inhibition of TREM-1 and the activation of TREM-2 can alleviate the neuroinflammatory immune response,significantly improve the long-term prognosis of neurological function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and thus improve the ability of patients to live independently.

一直以来,软件性能缺陷给企业造成了巨大的经济损失。在性能缺陷流入生产环境之前,及时检测和修复缺陷可以有效预防性能故障,降低经济损失。然而,不同于一般软件缺陷,性能缺陷更加难以检测,具体表现为触发条件更加苛刻、表现症状更加隐蔽、缺陷类型更加多样等方面。当前已有研究从多个方面提出自动化的性能缺陷检测方法,形成了三个流派:一是基于特定模式的性能缺陷检测,首先调研特定类型性能缺陷的特征,然后设计针对性的模式匹配方法检测缺陷;二是基于性能测试的缺陷检测,从对性能缺陷触发条件以及其症状特征的理解出发,一方面提高触发缺陷的概率,另一方面挖掘有效的性能测试预言;三是基于Profiling的传统缺陷检测,首先假设程序执行最慢的代码段可能是性能缺陷,采用各种程序分析技术定位软件性能瓶颈,预测潜在的性能缺陷。本文系统性研究了104篇相关高水平论文,对现有研究工作进行归类和分析,总结了现有研究的不足和面临的挑战,归纳出性能检测实践中的一些通用共识,并对未来的研究趋势进行了展望,总结了7个未来可能的研究方向,对下一步工作具有一定指导意义。

上下游水深比对溃坝洪水最大波高演进影响

了解溃坝洪水演进过程中最大波高及其衰减过程,对水库下游洪水风险管理具有重要意义。研究基于大尺度水槽(长32 m、宽1 m、高1.2 m)实验,采用波高仪测量了溃坝波演进过程中波高随时间和空间的变化数据,以此研究不同上下游水深比α和坡度S对溃坝洪水最大波高演进形态、波速和衰减率的影响。此外,研究结合数值模拟对溃坝波波高进行了更深入的分析。研究结果表明:溃坝波的演进形态与上下游水深比α之间存在高度相关性,主要表现为两种典型形态:bore wave和undular wave。当上下游水深比α 0.4时,溃坝波的最大波高衰减率都表现为首波的衰减率最大,然后衰减率逐渐减小为0。研究成果为深入理解溃坝洪水的演进过程提供重要支撑,同时为构建溃坝洪水灾害学提供理论依据。

Current research on quadrotor modeling mainly focuses on theoretical analysis methods and experimental methods,which have problems such as weak adaptability to the environment,high test costs,and long ***,the PID controller,which is currently widely used in quadrotors,requires improvement in ***,the aforementioned research has considerable practical significance for the modeling and controller design of quadrotors with strong coupling and nonlinear *** the present research,an aerodynamic-parameter estimation method and an adaptive attitude control method based on the linear active disturbance rejection controller(LADRC)are designed ***,the motion model,dynamics model,and control allocation model of the quad-rotor are established according to the aerodynamic theory and Newton-Euler ***,a more accurate attitude model of the quad-rotor is obtained by using a tool called CIFER to identify the aerodynamic parameters with large uncertainties in the frequency ***,an adaptive attitude decoupling controller based on the LADRC is designed to solve the problem of the poor anti-interference ability of the quad-rotor and adjust the key control parameter b0 automatically according to the change in the moment of inertia in real ***,the proposed approach is verified on a semi-physical simulation platform,and it increases the tracking speed and accuracy of the controller,as well as the anti-disturbance performance and robustness of the control *** paper proposes an effective aerodynamic-parameter identification method using CIFER and an adaptive attitude decoupling controller with a sufficient anti-interference ability.

The influences of flow patterns(mixed-flow and plug-flow)and fermentation pretreatment on aerobic granular sludge(AGS)formation with various substrate availability levels were investigated by running four identical laboratory-scale sequencing batch reactors(R1-R4),comparing two anaerobic feeding strategies and three kinds of substrates.R1 achieved faster granulation with a fast influent fill step followed by a modified anaerobic mixed-flow phase,but the AGS showed poorer stability with a cracked structure and a high suspended solids concentration in the *** anaerobic plug-flow feeding mode(with influent fed slowly from the bottom)in R2 provided deeper penetration depth for the substance to reach the core of A G S and accordingly strengthen A G S *** acidogenic upflow sludge bed reactor was introduced as a pretreatment to improve the AGS performance by enhancing glucose pre-fermentation(R4).AGS fed with mixed volatile fatty acids(VFA)after glucose fermentation showed similar performance compared with the reactor fed with acetate in the aspects of stability,structure,size distribution and nitrogen removal efficiency,and 74%similarity in the microbial *** actual wastewater with low VFA concentrations,fermentation treatment was suggested as a promising pretreatment for stable AGS granulation and operation.

一种近红外光谱数据预处理组合优化策略

预处理是构建近红外光谱检测模型的重要环节,影响着近红外光谱检测的精度。目前已有的预处理方法种类众多,不同方法用于解决不同类型的噪声和无关信息,从而提高信噪比,如何优化样品的光谱数据和预处理组合的选择对模型结果至关重要。为此,提出一种用于近红外光谱模型校准的预处理组合优化策略,包括挑选常用的八种预处理方法建立预处理方法库,利用偏最小二乘方法(PLS)建立定量模型,以建模交叉验证均方根误差(RMSECV)为迭代标准,从库中简单高效地选出提高模型优良校准能力的预处理组合。基于该策略的结构设计,选用优化领域中的贪婪算法作为寻优手段,通过对每一步的预处理方法进行寻优完成全局优化,简洁高效地完成光谱数据预处理组合的选择。提出的策略在小麦、猪肉等公开数据集上进行了测试,与同类的堆叠策略(Stacked)和多块数据顺序正交融合策略(SPORT)进行比较。结果显示,在小麦数据集上,提出的策略较Stacked和SPORT策略的校正均方根误差(RMSEC)分别降低了12%,6%,预测均方根误差(RMSEP)分别降低了32%,17%;在猪肉数据集上,提出的策略较Stacked和SPORT策略的RMSEC分别降低了49%,48%,RMSEP分别降低了46%、41%,显示出了较好的校准性能。最后,分析了该策略所选出的预处理方法在模型校准中各自的贡献度,讨论了该策略在模型可解释性、防止过拟合方面的潜力。该策略为近红外光谱的预处理方法选择提供了一种新的思路。

Due to a worldwide focus on sustainable materials for human health and economy services, more and more natural renewable biomass are regarded as promising materials that could replace synthetic polymers and reduce global dependence on petroleum resources. Cellulose is known as the most abundant renewable polymer in nature, varieties of cellulose-based products have been developed and have gained growing interest in recent years. In this review, a kind of water-soluble cellulose derivative, i.e., sodium cellulose sulfate (NaCS) is introduced. Details about NaCS's physicochemical properties like solubility, biocompatibility, biodegradability, degree of substitution, etc. are systematically elaborated. And promising applications of NaCS used as biomaterials for microcarriers' designing, such as microcell- carriers, micro-drug-carriers, etc., are presented.

Wet flue gas desulphurization technology is widely used in the industrial process for its capability of efficient pollution *** desulphurization control system,however,is subjected to complex reaction mechanisms and severe disturbances,which make for it difficult to achieve certain practically relevant control goals including emission and economic performances as well as system *** address these challenges,a new robust control scheme based on uncertainty and disturbance estimator(UDE)and model predictive control(MPC)is proposed in this *** UDE is used to estimate and dynamically compensate acting disturbances,whereas MPC is deployed for optimal feedback regulation of the resultant *** viewing the system nonlinearities and unknown dynamics as disturbances,the proposed control framework allows to locally treat the considered nonlinear plant as a linear *** obtained simulation results confirm that the utilization of UDE makes the tracking error negligibly small,even in the presence of unmodeled *** the conducted comparison study,the introduced control scheme outperforms both the standard MPC and PID(proportional-integral-derivative)control strategies in terms of transient performance and ***,the results reveal that a lowpass-filter time constant has a significant effect on the robustness and the convergence range of the tracking error.

A multi-functional porous paper-based material was prepared from grass pulp by simple pore-forming and green cross-linking *** a pore-forming agent,calcium citrate increased the porosity of the paper-based material from 30%to 69%while retaining the mechanical *** covalent cross-linking of citric acid between cellulose fibers improved both the wet strength and adsorption *** addition,owing to the introduction of high-content carboxyl groups as well as the construction of hierarchical micro-nano structure,the underwater oil contact angle was up to 165°.The separation efficiency of the emulsified oil was 99.3%,and the water flux was up to 2020 L·m^(–2)·h^(–1).The theoretical maximum adsorption capacities of cadmium ion,lead ion and methylene blue reached 136,229 and 128.9 mg·g^(–1),*** continuous purification of complex wastewater can be achieved by using paper-based materials combined with filtration *** work provides a simple,low cost and environmental approach for the treatment of complex wastewater containing insoluble oil,organic dyes,and heavy metal ions.
