We report the observation of the cathode-ray(CR)pumped ultraviolet(UV)super-radiation luminescence in ZnO thin film at room temperature(RT).The dependence of UV(peak at about 390nm)and green(peak at about 520nm)luminescent peaks in ZnO thin film under CR excitation on excitation electron beam current has been *** the increase of the density of excitation electron beam current,green peak relatively decreases and UV peak increases,resulting in a change of the luminescent color from green to *** green peak intensity increases sublinearly with the increase of the electron beam current density and saturates at a relatively low density of electron beam *** the intensity of 390nm UV peak increases superlinearly with the increase of the electron beam current *** is a UV super-radiation luminescence of exciton in ZnO under high density *** this paper,three-dimensional atomic force microscope images of the surface of unannealled and annealled ZnO films are given.

湖泊水体和沉积物中细菌群落组成及其功能对城市湖泊物质循环和环境健康具有重要意义,以紫琅湖水体和沉积物为对象,秋季在湖区设置13个采样点(S01~S13)采集水样(WS+采样点序号),同时采集6个点的沉积物(SS+采样点序号),分析微生物群落特征及其驱动因子,并基于Tax4Fun预测细菌群落的代谢功能。结果表明,水体和沉积物细菌群落组成有显著差异,沉积物细菌多样性指数均高于水体,且优势门(相对丰度>5%)在沉积物中为7个,而水体中仅有4个;由于S08号采样点深度较浅,沉积物少,WS08和SS08中细菌群落构成及其功能均显著区别于其他采样点。影响水体细菌群落组成的关键环境因子为易利用性磷(AP)、pH和电导率,而沉积物中显著环境因子为AP、总有机碳和pH。细菌代谢功能分析表明氨基酸代谢和碳水化合物代谢是本研究湖泊生态中细菌的主要功能,且水体中二者相对丰度高于沉积物,但二者的差别小于沉积物。研究结果有助于了解城市人工湖泊早期水体和沉积物中细菌分布现状及其功能,为城市湖泊富营养预警和环境监测提供理论依据。

中医类高等院校在开展“医古文”教学时,培养学生一定的训诂能力对其将来深度阅读中医经典是必要的。在对中医专业大一新生期末的问卷调查中可以发现,刚入学时学生阅读中医四大经典的动机是最强烈的。但由于古文的艰深难懂,学生后续会逐渐放弃对经典的学习。因此,培养良好的训诂能力,营造良好的精读经典氛围,搭建经典学习研讨平台是十分必要的。“医古文”教学注重中医训诂基本能力培养,坚持进行工具书实习实践环节,通过形成性评价注重对中医训诂问题的探究,师生共建“中医四大经典集注”数据库,打造经典与文化研讨讲座平台,取得了较好的效果。

Use of Helical Strakes for FIV Suppression of Two Inclined Flexible Cylinders in A Side-by-Side Arrangement

The experimental studies on flow-induced vibrations(FIV) reduction of two side-by-side flexible cylinders inclined at 45° by using the helical strakes were carried out in a towing tank. The main aim of the experiment is to check whether the helical strakes with a pitch of 17.5 D and a height of 0.25 D, which is considered as the most effective vibration suppression device for the isolated cylinder undergoing vortex-shedding, still perform very well to reduce FIV of two inclined flexible cylinders in a side-by-side arrangement. The vibration of two identical inclined cylinders with a mass ratio of 1.90 and an aspect ratio of 350 was tested in the experiment. The center-to-center distance between the two cylinders was 3.0 D. The uniform flow was simulated by towing the cylinder models along the *** towing velocity varied from 0.05 to 1.0 m/s with an interval of 0.05 m/s. The maximum Reynolds number can be up to 1.6×104. Three cases were experimentally studied in this paper, including two side-by-side inclined smooth cylinders, only one smooth cylinder fitted with helical strakes in the two side-by-side inclined cylinders system and both two cylinders attached with helical strakes. The variations of displacement amplitude, dominant frequency, FIV suppression efficiency and dominant mode for the two side-by-side inclined cylinders with reduced velocity were shown and discussed.

Due to the difficulty in measuring the burden trajectory directly in an actual blast furnace （BF）, a mathematical model with Coriolis force and gas drag force considered was developed to predict it. The falling point and width of the burden flow were obtained and analyzed by the model, the velocities of particles at the chute end were compared with and without the existence of Coriolis force, and the effects of chute length and chute torque on the falling point were also discussed. The simulation results are in good agreement with practical measurements with laser beams in a 2500 m3 BF.

ion reaction of H atom with (CH3)3GeH has been studied using ab initio molecular orbital theory. The kinetics calculation has been deduced using the canonical variational transition state theory (CVT) with the small-curvature tunneling correction method (SCT) over the temperature range of 200-3000 K. The CVT/SCT rate constants exhibit typical non-Arrhenius behavior, and a three-parameter rate-temperature formula has been fitted as follows: k=6.66×10-18T2.33 exp(-60.3/T) (in units of cm3 molecule-1 s-1).

This work researched the impact of total dose irradiation on the threshold voltage of N-type metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors(nMOSFETs) in silicon-on-insulator(SOI) *** the subthreshold separation technology,the factor causing the threshold voltage shift was divided into two parts:trapped oxide charges and interface states,the effects of which are presented under ***,by analyzing the data,the threshold voltage shows a negative shift at first and then turns to positive shift when irradiation dose is ***,the influence of the dose rate effects on threshold voltage is *** research results show that the threshold voltage shift is more significant in low dose rate conditions,even for a low dose of100 krad(Si).The degeneration value of threshold voltage is 23.4%and 58.0%for the front-gate and the back-gate at the low dose rate,respectively.

Mesoporous carbon（MC） with surface area of 380 m^2/g was prepared and employed as the carbon support of Pt catalyst for counter electrode of dye-sensitized solar ***/MC samples containing 1 wt%Pt were prepared by reducing chloroplatinic acid on MC using wet *** was found that Pt nanoparticles were uniform in size and highly dispersed on MC *** average size of Pt nanoparticles is about 3.4 ***/MC electrodes were fabricated by coating Pt/MC samples on fluorine-doped tin oxide *** overall conversion efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells with Pt/MC counter electrode is 6.62%,which is higher than that of the cells with conventional Pt counter electrode in the same conditions.

Increasing penetration of distributed energy resources in the distribution network(DN)is threatening safe operation of the DN,which necessitates setup of the ancillary service market in the *** the ancillary service market,distribution system operator(DSO)is responsible for safety of the DN by procuring available capacities of *** existing studies,this paper proposes a novel market mechanism composed of two parts:choice rule and payment *** proposed choice rule simultaneously considers social welfare and fairness,encouraging risk-averse aggregators to participate in the ancillary service *** is then formulated as a linear programming problem,and a distributed solution using the multi-cut Benders decomposition is ***,successful implementation of the choice rule depends on each aggregator’s truthful adoption of private ***,a payment rule is also designed,which is proved to possess two properties:incentive compatibility and individual *** results demonstrate effectiveness of the proposed choice rule on improving fairness and verify properties of the payment rule.
