目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌在混合痔选择性痔上黏膜吻合术(TST)术后患者中的应用价值,为临床预防术后便秘提供参考。方法选取2021年8月至2023年2月我院收治的100例混合痔TST术后患者为研究对象,并分为对照组(n=46,接受莫沙必利治疗)和研究组(n=54,接受莫沙必利联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗)。持续治疗2周后,比较两组患者术后便秘发生情况、术后恢复情况(排气时间、排便时间、住院时间)、排便困难程度、粪便性状、肠道菌群数量、血清P物质(SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平。结果研究组患者便秘发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.617,P=0.032)。研究组患者首次排气时间、排便时间及住院时间均短于对照组(t=15.103、13.358、8.463,均P<0.001)。治疗2周后,研究组患者排便困难程度及粪便性状评分均低于对照组(t=5.221、4.001,均P<0.001)。研究组患者肠道乳杆菌、双歧杆菌数量高于对照组,肠杆菌、球杆菌、酵母菌数量均低于对照组(t=4.646、3.688、2.454、4.818、8.681,均P<0.001)。研究组患者血清SP水平高于对照组,VIP水平低于对照组(t=3.328、8.999,均P<0.001)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌可预防混合痔TST术后患者便秘的发生,同时优化患者肠道菌群及脑肠肽类激素分泌。

Drought-prone grasslands provide a critical resource for the millions of people who are dependent on livestock for food security.However,this ecosystem is potentially vulnerable to climate change(e.g.,precipitation)and human activity(e.g.,grazing).Despite this,the influences of precipitation and grazing on ecological functions of drought-prone grasslands in the Tianshan Mountains remain relatively unexplored.Therefore,we conducted a systematic field investigation and a clipping experiment(simulating different intensities of grazing)in a drought-prone grassland on the northern slopes of the Tianshan Mountains in China to examine the influences of precipitation and grazing on aboveground biomass(AGB),soil volumetric water content(SVWC),and precipitation use efficiency(PUE)during the period of 2014–2017.We obtained the meteorological and SVWC data using an HL20 Bowen ratio system and a PR2 soil profile hydrometer,respectively.We found that AGB was clearly affected by both the amount and seasonal pattern of precipitation,and that PUE may be relatively low in years with either low or excessive precipitation.The PUE values were generally higher in the rapid growing season(April–July)than in the entire growing season(April–October).Overall,moderate grazing can promote plant growth under water stress conditions.The SVWC value was higher in the clipped plots than in the unclipped plots in the rapid growing season(April–July),but it was lower in the clipped plots than in the unclipped plots in the slow growing season(August–October).Our findings can enhance the understanding of the ecological effects of precipitation and grazing in drought-prone grasslands and provide data that will support the effective local grassland management.

为分析连云港地区野生灵芝种质资源之间的亲缘关系和多样性水平,以连云港地区15株野生灵芝为研究对象,采用ISSR分子标记进行遗传多样性及亲缘关系分析。15株野生灵芝中扩增出多态性条带为40条,片段大小在250~2000 bp之间,平均等位基因位点1.8个,平均有效等位基因数1.2454,平均Nei's遗传多样性0.1742,平均Shannon信息指数0.2925,有效等位基因数(Ne)的变化范围为1.0000~1.6423,Nei's遗传多样性(He)的变化范围为0.1031~0.3911,Shannon信息指数(I)的变化范围为0.2235~0.5799,根据ISSR分子标记的遗传聚类图,15株灵芝相似系数范围在0.415~0.866之间,相似系数为0.63时,可以将15株野生灵芝分为四组。研究结果为连云港地区灵芝种质资源分类、保护和品种创制提供了参考依据。

The characteristics of bioaerosols and their effects on human beings'health have become a major public concern in the recent years.This study compared the characteristics of bioaerosols under different types of pollution(high-ozone[HO]episodes,haze episodes,and dust storms[DSs]),with those of bioaerosols on normal days(NDs)in xi'an,China.The concentrations,diurnal variations,and size distribution of bacteria,fungi,and total airborne microbes(TAMs)were investigated.The results showed that the bacterial and fungal concentrations were the highest during DSs and on NDs,reaching 425.2 and 956.9 colony-forming units/m^(3),respectively.The concentration of TAMs was the highest during HO episodes,reaching 10.7×10^(6)cells/m^(3),which was significantly higher than that during the other events.The maximum concentrations of bacteria and fungi during HO episodes were observed in the morning,while they appeared separately in the morning and evening during haze episodes.Bacteria and TAMs during DSs reached peak concentrations in the morning and evening,which is opposite to the particulate matter(PM)distribution pattern.On NDs,temperature and relative humidity had significant effects on bioaerosols.The size distributions of airborne bacteria exhibited bimodal patterns,whereas unimodal distributions were observed for fungi.Fungi mainly attached in fine particles(<2.1μm)with proportions of 67.4%and 60.5%during haze episodes and DSs,respectively,which means that fungi were easily penetrated into the human respiratory system.The evaluation of influence factors revealed that PM_(2.5) and PM10 had negative effects on fungal concentration during DSs,and ozone concentration and temperature were inversely correlated with fungal concentration during HO episodes.These results provide valuable reference data for elucidating the formation and evolution of bioaerosols under different types of pollution.

Transportation accessibility has been treated as an important means of reducing the urban-rural income disparity.However,only a few studies have examined the effects of different types of transportation accessibility on urban-rural income disparity and their spatial heterogeneity.Based on data from 285 prefecture-level(and above)Chinese cities in 2000,2005,2010,2015,and 2020,this study uses spatial econometric models to examine how highway accessibility and railway accessibility influence the urban-rural income disparity and to identify their spatial heterogeneity.The result reveals that highway accessibility and railway accessibility have‘coreperiphery’ring-like circle structures.The urban-rural income disparity exhibits strong spatial clustering effects.Both highway accessibility and railway accessibility are negatively associated with urban-rural income disparity,and the former having a greater effect size.Moreover,there is a substitution effect between highway accessibility and railway accessibility in the whole sample.Furthermore,these associations differ in geographic regions.In the central region,highway accessibility is more important in reducing the urban-rural income disparity,but its effect is weakened with the increase of railway accessibility.In the western region,railway accessibility has a larger effect on narrowing the urban-rural income disparity,and this effect is strengthened by the increase of highway accessibility.We conclude that improving transportation accessibility is conducive to reducing the urban-rural income disparity but its effect is spatial heterogenetic.Highways and railways should be developed in a coordinated manner to promote an integrated transport network system.

Heat Transfer Characteristics of a Microchannel Heat Sink with Highly-Dense Micro-Jet Arrays

This paper proposed a new structure of highly-dense micro-jet arrays for hybrid jet-impingement/microchannel heat sinks(~120 jet per cm^(2) with jet width of 0.35 mm).Parametric study is performed to investigate the influence of structure and flow parameters on the convective heat transfer of water jet cooling in confined space.The simulation results show that the optimal jet width,jet spacing and impingement distance are around 0.2 mm,0.2 mm and 0.3 mm,respectively,which can achieve a low thermal resistance as well as a relatively low pressure drop.The analysis of the heat transfer pathways shows that the micro-fin jet structures can extend the impinging heat transfer area and conduct a considerable proportion of heat,which can reach up to 38.9%with the Reynolds number ranging from 797.1 to 5602.2.The heat transfer characteristics in the heat sink will shift from impingement dominated heat transfer to the channel-convection dominated heat transfer as the jet impingement distance increases.A correlation is proposed to predict the average Nusselt number on the stagnation area for the heat sink with different structure parameters,and the deviations of predictions from the numerical results are less than 10%.

Exclusive responsiveness to ultraviolet light (~3.2 eV) and high photogenerated charge recombination rate are the two primary drawbacks of pure TiO_(2). We combined N-doped graphene quantum dots (N-GQDs), morphology regulation, and heterojunction construction strategies to synthesize N-GQD/N-doped TiO_(2)/P-doped porous hollow g-C_(3)N_(4) nanotube (PCN) composite photocatalysts (denoted as G-TPCN). The optimal sample (G-TPCN doped with 0.1wt% N-GQD, denoted as 0.1% G-TPCN) exhibits significantly enhanced photoabsorption, which is attributed to the change in bandgap caused by elemental doping (P and N), the improved light-harvesting resulting from the tube structure, and the upconversion effect of N-GQDs. In addition, the internal charge separation and transfer capability of0.1% G-TPCN are dramatically boosted, and its carrier concentration is 3.7, 2.3, and 1.9 times that of N-TiO_(2), PCN, and N-TiO_(2)/PCN(TPCN-1), respectively. This phenomenon is attributed to the formation of Z-scheme heterojunction between N-TiO_(2) and PCNs, the excellent electron conduction ability of N-GQDs, and the short transfer distance caused by the porous nanotube structure. Compared with those of N-TiO_(2), PCNs, and TPCN-1, the H2 production activity of 0.1%G-TPCN under visible light is enhanced by 12.4, 2.3, and 1.4times, respectively, and its ciprofloxacin (CIP) degradation rate is increased by 7.9, 5.7, and 2.9 times, respectively. The optimized performance benefits from excellent photoresponsiveness and improved carrier separation and migration efficiencies. Finally, the photocatalytic mechanism of 0.1% G-TPCN and five possible degradation pathways of CIP are proposed. This study clarifies the mechanism of multiple modification strategies to synergistically improve the photocatalytic performance of 0.1% G-TPCN and provides a potential strategy for rationally designing novel photocatalysts for environmental remediation and solar energy conversion.

Remodeling tumor microenvironment(TME)is a very promising and effective strategy to enhance the effects of chemotherapy,photodynamic therapy,and immunotherapy.Normalization of tumor vasculature as well as depletion of glutathione(GSH)can improve the TME.Here,we developed a novel therapeutic nanoparticle functional enzyme ultra QDAU5 nanoparticles(FEUQ Nps)based on a fluorescence-on and releasable strategy by combining a vascular normalization inducer,a GSH depleting agent,and an activated fluorophore.In which the cleavage of disulfide bonds releases active molecules that induce vascular normalization and improve the hypoxic microenvironment.In addition,it may deplete GSH in cancer cells,thus inducing the production of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and lipid peroxide(LPO)and promoting iron toxicity.It may also lead to endoplasmic stress and release of calmodulin,which activates the immune system.Meanwhile,quenched fluorophores are turned on in the presence of galactosidase(GLU)for tumor-specific labeling.In summary,we developed novel therapeutic agent nanoparticles with the function of vascular normalization inducers to achieve specific labeling of hepatocellular carcinoma while exerting efficient antitumor effects in vivo.
