Microplastics(MPs)become ubiquitous in soil and are an environmental and public health concern ***,the status of MPs in natural and farmland soils in remote areas remains poorly *** this study,we investigated the characteristics of MPs in natural and farmland soils along two transects in the Qilian Mountains of the northern Tibetan *** average abundance of MPs in natural and farmland soils was 29,778 and 56,123 items kg^(-1),respectively,with a detection size range of 10-1000μ*** in the size range of 10-100μm accounted for 84.1%of particles *** the 21 polymers detected,polyethylene dominated in both farmland and natural *** shape of MPs was dominated by fragments(95.8%),followed by fibers(3.8%)and beads(0.4%).The abundance of MPs was positively correlated with increasing altitude in natural *** was no significant correlation between the abundance of MPs and soil physicochemical properties due to the narrow range of values of soil physicochemical *** the growing concern regarding MPs pollution,research on the status of MPs in high altitude and remote areas is critical to understanding their global cycle.

Vibrio parahaemolyticus,a gram-negative halophilic bacterium that naturally inhabits coastal waters,causes gastroenteritis,skin infections,and septicemia in human beings[1].This bacterium produces multiple virulence factors,including thermostable direct hemolysin(TDH),TDH-related hemolysin(TRH),type Ⅲ secretion system 1(T3SS1),T3SS2,type Ⅵ secretion system 1(T6SS1),and T6SS2[1].Furthermore,Ⅴ.parahaemolyticus forms biofilms on the surface,which help it in adapting to unfavorable conditions[2].Mature biofilm formation requires special structures,including lateral and polar flagella,exopolysaccharide(EPS),and type Ⅳ pili[2].

推动县域内义务教育优质均衡是全面推进乡村振兴、实现中国式现代化的重要举措。当前,国家乡村教育资源投入效用较低,出现“投入增长,发展有限”的“内卷化”现象。这一现象与乡村教育功能发生三重偏移相关,具体表现为文化传播功能被挤压为抚育照料、社会化功能转化为“只教不育”以及选拔功能下降为保底式完成任务。基于结构功能主义视角进行分析发现,资源投入乡村教育并未推动教育系统中的学生系统、教师系统和课堂教学系统等子系统各自发挥功能并形成均衡结构关系,从而导致教育系统陷入功能偏移的“病态”后果。上述分析表明,国家教育资源投入需重视乡村教育结构并引导其达到平衡,才能推动教育功能的目标化实现,打破资源投入“内卷化”的困境。

在党和政府积极推进“控辍保学”政策背景下,我国“普九”完成率实现历史跨越。但值得注意的是,农村地区初中生隐性辍学现象变得普遍,并成为阻碍乡村教育发展的不容忽视力量。本研究基于对中部某省G镇初中的深度调研和访谈,发现隐性辍学生们对“教育改变命运”话语产生动摇,生成“读书无用”和“读书无望”两种教育观念,这导致不同观念类型的学生在消磨大量在校时间中陷入隐性辍学状态。去教育竞争的父母、排斥希望的学校以及享乐正义的同辈群体等多重因素使上述两类消极教育观念不断再生产,并使农村学生陷入发展困境。因此,推动乡村教育发展不仅需要投入资源改善乡村教育质量,更要引导和重塑农村学生的积极教育观念,帮助他们建立学习信念,减少隐性辍学,实现学生主体性和外在教育环境的双重进步。

目的探讨家庭功能在先天性心脏病(Congenital Heart Disease, CHD)手术患儿父母家庭抗逆力与养育压力间的中介效应。方法采用一般资料调查表、家庭关怀度指数问卷(Family APGAR Index, APGAR)、家庭坚韧性量表(Family Hardiness Index, FHI)以及父母养育压力量表(Parenting Stress Index-Short Form, PSI-SF),对天津市某三级甲等儿童医院的部分CHD手术患儿父母进行调查。采用t检验、单因素方差分析、Pearson相关和结构方程模型对数据进行分析。结果 CHD手术患儿父母家庭功能得分为(6.92±1.75)分;家庭抗逆力得分为(64.25±14.24)分;父母养育压力得分为(90.83±29.04)分。Pearson相关分析结果显示,养育压力得分与家庭功能得分、家庭抗逆力得分呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。Bootstrap检验结果显示,家庭功能在CHD手术患儿父母家庭抗逆力与养育压力间起部分中介作用,其直接效应为-0.259,中介作用为-0.136,总效应为-0.395,间接效应占总效应量34.43%。结论家庭功能在CHD手术患儿父母家庭抗逆力与父母养育压力间起到中介作用,故临床医护人员应采取有效措施提升CHD手术患儿父母家庭功能和家庭抗逆力水平,进而降低他们的养育压力水平。
