All-perovskite tandem solar cells have the potential to surpass the theoretical efficiency limit of single junction solar cells by reducing thermalization ***,the challenges encompass the oxidation of Sn^(2+)to Sn^(4+)and uncontrolled crystallization kinetics in Sn-Pb perovskites,leading to nonradiative recombination and compositional heterogeneity to decrease photovoltaic efficiency and operational ***,we introduced an ionic liquid additive,1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium iodide (EMIMI) into Sn-Pb perovskite precursor to form low-dimensional Sn-rich/pure-Sn perovskites at grain boundaries,which mitigates oxidation of Sn^(2+)to Sn^(4+)and regulates the film-forming dynamics of Sn/Pb-based perovskite *** optimized single-junction Sn-Pb perovskite devices incorporating EMIMI achieved a high efficiency of 22.87%.Furthermore,combined with wide-bandgap perovskite sub-cells in tandem device,we demonstrate 2-terminal all-perovskite tandem solar cells with a power conversion efficiency of 28.34%,achieving improved operational stability.

当前作战仿真模型存在态势理解滞后、物理模型无法更新等问题,这些问题将影响后续态势推演与决策效果。为此,提出数字孪生战场的概念,并建立数字孪生战场的4层架构模型。基于这种模型,分析其在战场空间的部署方式及寿命周期运用,探讨其潜在运用价值。同时,从多源数据采集与处理、孪生战场建模、模型动态更新和态势推演与决策4个视角出发,讨论数字孪生战场建模所需的关键技术。随着作战仿真模型的运用,可以帮助指挥机构做出更高效的决策。

基于刚柔耦合的液压柔性机械臂抑振控制

由于流体介质的弹性和惯性特性,液压柔性机械臂容易出现振动问题,导致机械臂控制精度降低、控制稳定下降问题。为此,提出基于刚柔耦合的液压柔性机械臂抑振控制方法。首先,构建机械臂振动控制目标函数,以实现液压柔性机械臂的振动变化范围最小化为目标,设计机械臂抑振控制约束;其次,利用输入整形法改进负输入整形器,对机械臂柔性运动引起振动加以抑制;然后,设计反馈线性化控制器实现机械臂刚性运动引起振动进行抑制;最后,将整形器与控制器相结合,实现液压柔性机械臂刚柔耦合抑振控制。实验结果表明,经过本研究方法处理后,振幅始终保持平稳状态,对数衰减率可达4.6,控制误差不超过0.09 rad,对机械臂抑振控制效果得到提升。

电动机铁芯用0.3 mm厚硅钢片的精密冲裁成形工艺的研究

目的有效提高电动机定子铁芯用硅钢片的冲裁成形精度和电磁性能。方法基于伺服压力机和Deform2D有限元分析软件,进行0.3 mm厚硅钢片的精密冲裁试验和有限单元模拟仿真,并使用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和电子背散射衍射仪对冲裁成形硅钢片的宏微观质量进行分析,探究板材方向、冲裁速率和凸凹模间隙对硅钢片冲裁成形特性及宏微观冲裁质量的影响规律。结果硅钢片的微观组织并不具备明显的各向异性,硅钢片的冲裁性能并不会因取样方向不同而发生明显变化;冲裁速率对冲裁成形硅钢片的成形性能和宏微观质量均影响较小;虽然较大的凸凹模间隙可以有效降低冲裁成形所需能量,但是也会导致冲裁断口处塌角和撕裂带的增大以及光亮带的减少,从而降低了冲裁质量。当冲裁速率和凸凹模间隙分别为10 mm/s和10μm时,距冲裁断口100μm以内的晶粒取向差会受到一定影响。结论通过精密冲裁试验和有限单元模拟仿真,实现了对精密冲裁成形工艺参数以及凸凹模间隙的优化设计。

A luminescent folded S-shaped high-nuclearity Eu19-oxo-cluster embedded polyoxoniobate for information encryption

Ln-containing polyoxoniobates （PONbs） have appealing applications in luminescence,information encryption and magnetic fields,but the synthesis of PONbs containing high-nuclearity Ln-O clusters is challenging due to the easy hydrolysis of Ln3+ions in alkaline *** this paper,we are able to integrate CO32-and high-nuclearity Ln-O clusters into PONb to construct an inorganic giant Eu19-embedded PONb H49K16Na13（H2O）63[Eu21O2（OH）7（H2O）5(Nb7O22)10（Nb2O6）2（CO3）18]·91H2O （1）,which contains the highest nuclearity Eu-O clusters and the largest number of Eu3+ions among *** addition,the film that was prepared by mixing 1 with gelatin and glycerol,exhibits reversible luminescence switching behavior under acid/alkali stimulation and has been used to create a fluorescence-encoded information *** work paves a feasible strategy for the construction of high-nuclearity Ln-O cluster-containing PONbs and the expansion of the application of Ln-containing PONbs in information encryption.

BOUNDEDNESS OF SOLUTIONS FOR SUPERliNEAR REVERSIBLE SYSTEMS

This paper is concerned with the boundedness of solutions for second order differential equations x + f(x, t)x + g(x, t) = 0, which are neither dissipative nor conservative, and where the functions f and g are odd in x and even in t, which are 1-periodic in t, and the function g satisfies g(x,t/x+, as|x| - +. Using the KAM theory for reversible systems, the author proves the existence of invariant tori and thus the boundedness of all the solutions and the existence of quasiperiodic solutions and subharmonic solutions.

平台型领导是一种以知识型团队共同成长为终极目标的新型领导模式。然而,学界对该类领导与成员、团队三方互动成长的具体机制尚不清楚,尤其是作为共生系统源动力的平台型领导如何假手于成员来赋能自我成长。本文基于社会交换视角和向下学习过程,构建了一个平台型领导在向下知识分享中反哺学习,然后进行工作重塑以助力自身成长和团队惯例更新的链式中介模型。对共计420名知识型团队领导及1 264名成员的两项配对问卷数据研究表明,平台型领导通过向下属分享知识来反哺学习（研究一）,进而引发工作重塑行为,实现自身的职业能力成长和团队惯例更新（研究二）。本文揭示了平台型领导赋能知识型团队共同成长的一种策略机制,完善了平台型领导的应用基础研究,也为领导者打造多方共赢的团队和自我管理提供了科学依据。

Dynamical behaviors for generalized pendulum type equations with p-Laplacian

We consider a pendulum type equation with p-Laplacian(φp(x'))'+G'x(t,x)=p(t),where φp(u)=|u|^p-2u,p>1,G(t,x)and p(t)are 1-periodic about every *** solutions of this equation present two interesting *** the one hand,by applying Moser's twist theorem,we find infinitely many invariant tori whenever ∫0^1 p(t)dt=0,which yields the boundedness of all solutions and the existence of quasi-periodic solutions starting at t=0 on the invariant *** the other hand,if p(t)=0 and G'x(t,x)has some specific forms,we find a full symbolic dynamical system made by solutions which oscillate between any two different trivial solutions of the *** chaotic solutions stay close to the trivial solutions in some fixed intervals,according to any prescribed coin-tossing sequence.

The derivative-dN(t)/dlgt of photo-induced excess electrons N(t)in GaAs-Al_(0.3)Ga_(0.7)As and In_(0.15)Ga_(0.85)As-Al_(0.2)Ga_(0.8)As heterostructures with respect to 1gt shows a spectrum with pronounced *** apparent capture energies,the lifetime prefactors,the apparent lifetime distribution,and the derivative decay quantities of individual lifetimes were analyzed to distinguish capture mechanisms.

The coexistence of quasi-periodic and blow-up solutions in a superlinear Duffing equation

In this paper, we construct a continuous positive periodic function p(t) such that the corresponding superlinear Duffing equation x′′+ a(x)^(x2n+1)+p(t)x^(2m+1)= 0, n + 2≤2 m+1<2n+1 possesses a solution which escapes to infinity in some finite time, and also has infinitely many subharmonic and quasi-periodic solutions, where the coefficient a(x) is an arbitrary positive smooth periodic function defined in the whole real axis.
