the integrated luminosities of data samples collected in the BESⅢ experiment in 2016-2017 at centerof-mass energies between 4.19 and 4.28 GeV are measured with a precision better than 1% by analyzing large-angle Bhabha scattering *** integrated luminosities of old datasets collected in 2010-2014 are updated by considering corrections related to detector performance,offsetting the effect of newly discovered readout errors in the electromagnetic calorimeter,which can haphazardly occur.

the performance of red InP and blue ZnteSe-based quantum dots(QDs)and corresponding QD light emitting diodes(QLEDs)has already been improved significantly,whose external quantum efficiencies(EQEs)and luminances have exceeded 20%and 80000 cd m-2,***,the inferior performance of the green InP-based device hinders the commercialization of full-color Cd-free QLED *** ease of oxidation of the highly reactive InP cores leads to high non-radiative recombination and poor photoluminescence quantum yield(PL QY)of the InP-based core/shell QDs,limiting the performance of the relevant ***,we proposed a fluoride-free synthesis strategy to in-situ passivate the InP cores,in which zinc myristate reacted with phosphine dangling bonds to form Zn–P protective layer and protect InP cores from the water and oxygen in the *** resultant InP/ZnSe/ZnS core/shell QDs demonstrated a high PL QY of 91%.the corresponding green-emitting electroluminescence devices exhibited a maximum EQE of 12.74%,along with a luminance of over 175000 cd m^(-2)and a long t50@100 cd m^(-2)lifetime of over 20000 h.

the association between chronic HCV infection and type 2 diabetes mellitus(t2DM)has been established;however,there is limited research onβ-cell function particularly in the pre-diabetic ***,we evaluated indices ofβ-cell function and insulin sensitivity across the spectrum from normal glucose tolerance to t2DMin individuals with and without chronic hepatitis C(CHC),and the effects of antiviral treatments on these variables.A total of 153 noncirrhotic,non-fibrotic CHC patients with a BMIthe *** them,119 were successfully treated with either direct acting antiviral(DAA)drugs or pegylated interferon/ribavirin(IFN/RBV)anti-HCV *** state-and oral glucose tolerance test(OGtt)-derived indexes were used to evaluateβ-cell function and insulin *** all subjects,19(13%)had t2DM and 21%exhibited pre-diabetes including 8%isolated impaired fasting glucose(IFG)and 13%combined IFG and impaired glucose tolerance(IGt).Early and total insulin secretion adjusted for the degree of insulin resistance were decreased in pre-diabetic CHC patients compared to HCVuninfected *** eradication through DAA or IFN/RBV therapy demonstrated positive impacts on insulin sensitivity andβ-cell function in CHC patients who achieved sustained virologic response(SVR),regardless of fasting or OGtt *** findings emphasize the role of HCV in the development ofβ-cell dysfunction,while also suggesting that viral eradication can improve insulin secretion,reverse insulin resistance,and ameliorate glycemic *** results have important implications for managing pre-diabetic CHC patients and could prevent diabetes-related clinical manifestations and complications.

Platelets have long been studied for their roles in hemostasis and vascular injury repair. However, there is a continually evolving and deepening understanding that platelets initiate and regulate responses to tissue injury and pathogens, leading to platelets now being considered immune modulatory cells [1]. Platelets actively participate in host immune responses directly through pathogen engulfing and killing, or by regulating both innate and adaptive immune responses to infection or tissue injury [2]. Activated platelets promote inflammatory responses to tissue injury or infection by direct contact dependent interactions with immune cells and through indirect interactions via released soluble factors. However, mice that are deficient in platelets have skewed t helper cell differentiation [3] and increased vascular permeability [4], implying poorly defined roles for platelets in maintaining healthy immune homeostasis.

Composite ceramic phosphor(CCP)is a candidate light-conversion material to obtain the high-quality laser lighting *** based on the transmissive configuration model could not simultaneously meet the requirements of angular color uniformity and high thermal *** this study,a novel composite structure ceramic was designed,including Al_(2)O_(3)-YAG:Ce/YAG layered ceramic with a size of 1 mm×1 mm for lighting,and Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic(φ=16.0 mm)was used as the wrapping material due to its outstanding thermal *** prepared ceramics exhibited excellent thermal performance and no yellow ring *** this design,we achieved the match of the intensity distribution of the blue and yellow lights,resulting in a high angular color uniformity of 0.9 with a view angle of±80°.All ceramics showed no luminous saturation phenomenon,even the laser power density was increased up to 47.51 W/mm^(2).A high-brightness white-light source with a luminous flux of 618 lm,a luminous efficiency of 126 lm/W,a CCt of 6615 K,and a CRI of 69.9 was obtained in the transmissive *** particular,the surface temperature of the ceramic was as low as 74.1℃ under a high laser radiation(47.51 W/mm^(2)).these results indicate that Al_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)-YAG:Ce/YAG composite structure ceramic is a promising luminescent material in the high-power laser lighting applications.

Locoregional recurrence and distant metastasis of breast cancer still pose a significant risk for patients’*** address the clinical challenge,functional absorbable sponges(HA-SH/PP-Dox/Lap/COL I(HCNPs))were constructed by biomimetic extracellular matrix of collagen I/hyaluronic acid complex conjugated with doxorubicin/lapatinib(Dox/Lap)-loaded *** HCNPs sponge exhibited excellent clotting ability and blood absorption ***,Dox/Lap-loaded nanoparticles were synchronously endowed with a large number of oligo hyaluronic acid segments after degradation,which thus enhanced the ability of targeting into CD44-overexpressed tumor *** implantable HCNPs sponge in resected cavity of postoperative 4t1 models inhibited the spread of scattered tumor cells by absorbing the inevitable *** importantly,CD44 targeted nanoparticle with suitable Dox/Lap proportion continuously released from sponge to kill tumor cells of surrounding HCNPs and those remaining at surgical margin,thus prevented local recurrence as well as distant ***,the functional HCNPs sponge might provide a safer and more effective strategy for postoperative treatment of cancer.

Assessing spatiotemporal variation in global soil erosion is essential for identifying areas that require greater attention and management under the effects of anthropogenic activities and climate *** erosion can be modelled using the universal soil loss equation(USLE),which includes rainfall erosivity(R-factor),vegetation cover(C-factor),topography(LS-factor),soil erodibility(K-factor),and management practices(P-factor).However,global soil erosion modeling faces numerous challenges,including data acquisition,calculation processes,and parameter calibration under different climatic and topographic ***,we presented an improved USLE-based model using highly distributed *** R-,C-,and P-factors were modified by the climate zone,country,and *** distributed model was applied to estimate the intensity and variations in global soil erosion from 1992 to *** validated the accuracy of this model by comparing simulations with measurements from 11,439 plot years of erosion *** results showed that i)the average global erosion rate was 5.78 t ha^(-1)year^(-1),with an increase rate of 4.26×10^(-3)t ha^(-1)year^(-1);ii)areas with significantly increasing erosion accounted for 16%of the land with water erosion,whereas those with significantly decreasing erosion accounted for 7%;and iii)areas with severe erosion included the western Ghats,Abyssinian Plateau,Brazilian Plateau,south and east of the Himalayas,and western coast of South *** erosion occurred mainly on the Amazon Plain and the northern coast of the *** study provides an improved water erosion prediction model and accurate information for researchers and policymakers to identify the drivers underlying changes in water erosion in different regions.

the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)is threatened by potential tsunami hazards from the Littoral Fault Zone(LFZ)and the Manila subduction zone(MSZ),and may suffer huge damage because of its dense population,concentrated infrastructure,and low-lying *** tsunami studies for the GBA made simple assumptions on the mechanisms of LFZ earthquakes,and used coarse bathymetry data in tsunami simulation,which limited the prediction of detailed tsunami hazard *** this paper,we develop a parallel dispersive tsunami model PCOMCOt to efficiently simulate dispersive,nonlinear,and breaking tsunami *** also construct large-scale and high-resolution bathymetry models for the GBA by correcting and integrating various data *** rupture simulation is performed for the LFZ to obtain a more reliable earthquake source *** propose several representative earthquake scenarios for the LFZ and MSZ,and use PCOMCOt to calculate the resulting tsunami waves,currents,and inundation in the *** results indicate that if an M_(w)7.5 oblique-slip earthquake occurs in the LFZ off the Pearl River Estuary(PRE),the subsequent tsunami will primarily impact Hong Kong,causing maximum positive and negative waves of around 1 m and -2 m,respectively,along with slightly destructive currents(≥1.5 m/s).An M_(w)9.0 MSZ megathrust earthquake can lead to widespread inundation with>1 m depth on the outlying islands of Macao and in the urban areas of Hong Kong around the Victoria ***,it will also cause catastrophic tsunami currents along the narrow waterways in Hong Kong and Macao,and the spatial distribution of strong currents(≥3 m/s)shows a considerable discrepancy from the areas of serious ***,more attention should be paid to the potential impacts of tsunami currents on the GBA.
