The poor corrosion and wear resistances of Mg alloys seriously limit their potential applications in various *** conventional epoxy coating easily forms many intrinsic defects during the solidification process,which cannot provide sufficient *** the current study,we design a double-layer epoxy composite coating on Mg alloy with enhanced anti-corrosion/wear properties,via the spin-assisted assembly *** outer layer is functionalized graphene(FG)in waterborne epoxy resin(WEP)and the inner layer is Ce-based conversion(Ce)*** FG sheets can be homogeneously dispersed within the epoxy matrix to fill the intrinsic defects and improve the barrier *** Ce film connects the outer layer with the substrate,showing the transition *** corrosion rate of Ce/WEP/FG composite coating is 2131 times lower than that of bare Mg alloy,and the wear rate is decreased by~90%.The improved corrosion resistance is attributed to the labyrinth effect(hindering the penetration of corrosive medium)and the obstruction of galvanic coupling *** synergistic effect derived from the FG sheet and blocking layer exhibits great potential in realizing the improvement of multi-functional integration,which will open up a new avenue for the development of novel composite protection coatings of Mg alloys.

Hydrogen-enriched blast furnace ironmaking has become an essential route to reduce CO_(2)emissions in the ironmaking ***,hydrogen-enriched reduction produces large amounts of H_(2)O,which places new demands on coke quality in a blast *** a hydrogen-rich blast furnace,the presence of H_(2)O promotes the solution loss *** result improves the reactivity of coke,which is 20%-30%higher in a pure H_(2)O atmosphere than in a pure CO_(2)*** activation energy range is 110-300 kJ/mol between coke and CO_(2)and 80-170 kJ/mol between coke and H_(2)***_(2)and H_(2)O are shown to have different effects on coke degradation *** review provides a comprehensive overview of the effect of H_(2)O on the structure and properties of *** exploring the interactions between H_(2)O and coke,several unresolved issues in the field requiring further research were *** review aims to provide valuable insights into coke behavior in hydrogen-rich environments and promote the further development of hydrogen-rich blast furnace ironmaking processes.

Free amino acid(FAA)is the important component of vinegar that infl uences quality perception and consumer *** is one of the major metabolites produced by microorganisms;however,the microbial metabolic network on FAA biosynthesis remains *** metagenomic analysis,this work aimed to elucidate the roles of microbes in FAA biosynthesis during Monascus rice vinegar *** profiles from functional analyses showed 14 dominant genera with high contributions to the metabolism *** metabolic network for FAA biosynthesis was then constructed,and the microbial distribution in different metabolic pathways was *** results revealed that 5 functional genera were closely involved in FAA *** study illuminated the metabolic roles of microorganisms in FAA biosynthesis and provided crucial insights into the functional attributes of microbiota in vinegar fermentation.

The superτ-charm facility(STCF)is an electron–positron collider proposed by the Chinese particle physics *** is designed to operate in a center-of-mass energy range from 2 to 7 GeV with a peak luminosity of 0.5×10^(35) cm^(–2)·s^(–1) or *** STCF will produce a data sample about a factor of 100 larger than that of the presentτ-charm factory—the BEPCII,providing a unique platform for exploring the asymmetry of matter-antimatter(charge-parity violation),in-depth studies of the internal structure of hadrons and the nature of non-perturbative strong interactions,as well as searching for exotic hadrons and physics beyond the Standard *** STCF project in China is under development with an extensive R&D *** document presents the physics opportunities at the STCF,describes conceptual designs of the STCF detector system,and discusses future plans for detector R&D and physics case studies.

The underwater x-ray imaging technology development is significant to subaqueous target reconnaissance/detection/identification, subfluvial archaeology,submerged resource exploration, etc. As the core of x-ray imaging detection, the scintillator has been plagued by inherent moisture absorption and decomposition, and strict requirements for seamless packaging and ***, we designed a manganese-doped two-dimensional(2D) perovskite scintillator modified by hydrophobic longchain organic amine through the combination of component and doping engineering. The modified perovskites show high water repellency that can be used as an underwater x-ray scintillator. x-ray images of aquatic organisms or other objects with a high spatial resolution of10 lp·mm^(-1) at a big view field(32 mm × 32 mm) were obtained by scintillation screen. This hydrophobic perovskite scintillator based on molecular design is of great promise in underwater x-ray nondestructive testing technology development.

Polydopamine(PDA)and metal-organic skeleton HKUST-1 were co-deposited on the base membrane of hexamethylenediamine(HDA)-crosslinked polyetherimide(PEI)ultrafiltration membrane as the interlayer,and high-throughput organic solvent nanofiltration membrane(OSn)was prepared by interfacial polymerization and solvent activation *** polyamide(PA)layer surface roughness from 28.4 nm in PA/PEI to 78.3 nm in PA/PDA-HKUST-10.6/PEI membrane,reduced the thickness of the separation layer from 79 to 14 nm,and significantly improved the hydrophilic,thermal and mechanical *** flux of the PA/PDA-HKUST-10.6/PEI membrane in a 0.1 g/L Congo Red(CR)ethanol solution at 0.6 MPa test pressure reached 21.8 L/(m^(2)·hr)and the rejection of CR was 92.8%.Solvent adsorption test,n,n-dimethylformamide(DMF)immersion experiment,and long-term operation test in ethanol showed that the membranes had high solvent *** solvent flux test demonstrated that,under the test pressure of 0.6 MPa,the flux of different solvents ranked as follows:methanol(56.9 L/(m^(2)·hr))>DMF(39.6 L/(m^(2)·hr))>ethanol(31.2 L/(m^(2)·hr))>IPA(4.5 L/(m^(2)·hr))>n-hex.ne(1.9 L/(m^(2)·hr)).The ability of the membranes to retain dyes in IPA/water dyes solution was also *** flux of the membrane was 30.4 L/(m^(2)·hr)and the rejection of CR was 91.6%when the IPA concentration reached 50%.This OSn membrane-making strategy is economical,environment-friendly and efficient,and has a great application prospect in organic solvent separation systems.

With the growing demand for precise voltage adjustment and reactive regulation,the frequent operation of on-load tap changers(OLTCs)in oil-immersed systems has led to increased erosion of switch contacts by arcs during the switching *** erosion causes significant wear on the contacts,thereby reducing their ***,the present study aims to investigate the behavior and mechanism of arc erosion on contact surfaces in oil-immersed *** achieve this,a self-designed friction and wear test device for OLTC contacts was utilized to conduct experiments at various sliding speeds and contact ***,finite element analysis was employed to validate the experimental results regarding the influence of sliding speed on arc *** surface morphology of the contacts was observed using an optical *** findings revealed that as the sliding speed increased,the arc energy,arc initiation rate,and contact resistance initially exhibited an upward trend,then decreased,and eventually increased *** minimum values were observed at a sliding speed of 90 mm/***,the arc energy,arc initiation rate,and contact resistance decreased gradually as the contact pressure *** reaching a contact pressure of 1.5 n,the variation in the arc energy *** lower contact pressures,arc erosion dominated the wear on the contact ***,at higher contact pressures,the wear transitioned from predominantly arc erosion to a combination of mechanical wear and arc *** summary,experimental and analytical investigations provided insights into the effects of sliding speed and contact pressure on the behavior of arc erosion,contact resistance,and surface damage of OLTC contacts in oil-immersed systems.

Let G={Gi:i∈[n]} be a collection of not necessarily distinct n-vertex graphs with the same vertex set V,where G can be seen as an edge-colored(multi)graph and each Gi is the set of edges with color i.A graph F on V is called rainbow if any two edges of F come from different Gis’.We say that G is rainbow pancyclic if there is a rainbow cycle Cℓof lengthℓin G for each integerℓ2[3,n].In 2020,Joos and Kim proved a rainbow version of Dirac’s theorem:Ifδ(Gi)≥2/n for each i∈[n],then there is a rainbow Hamiltonian cycle in *** this paper,under the same condition,we show that G is rainbow pancyclic except that n is even and G consists of n copies of Kn/2,n/*** result supports the famous meta-conjecture posed by Bondy.
