Effect of neutral polymeric bonding agent on tensile mechanical properties and damage evolution of NEPE propellant

Introducing Neutral Polymeric bonding agents(NPBA) into the Nitrate Ester Plasticized Polyether(NEPE)propellant could improve the adhesion between filler/matrix interface, thereby contributing to the development of new generations of the NEPE propellant with better mechanical properties. Therefore,understanding the effects of NPBA on the deformation and damage evolution of the NEPE propellant is fundamental to material design and applications. This paper studies the uniaxial tensile and stress relaxation responses of the NEPE propellant with different amounts of NPBA. The damage evolution in terms of interface debonding is further investigated using a cohesive-zone model(CZM). Experimental results show that the initial modulus and strength of the NEPE propellant increase with the increasing amount of NPBA while the elongation decreases. Meanwhile, the relaxation rate slows down and a higher long-term equilibrium modulus is reached. Experimental and numerical analyses indicate that interface debonding and crack propagation along filler-matrix interface are the dominant damage mechanism for the samples with a low amount of NPBA, while damage localization and crack advancement through the matrix are predominant for the ones with a high amount of NPBA. Finally, crosslinking density tests and simulation results also show that the effect of the bonding agent is interfacial rather than due to the overall crosslinking density change of the binder.

Objective:To investigate a new noninvasive diagnostic model for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) based on features of tongue ***:Healthy controls and volunteers confirmed to have NAFLD by liver ultrasound were recruited from China-Japan Friendship Hospital between September 2018 and May 2019,then the anthropometric indexes and sampled tongue images were *** tongue images were labeled by features,based on a brief protocol,without knowing any other clinical data,after a series of corrections and data *** algorithm was trained on images using labels and several anthropometric indexes for inputs,utilizing machine learning ***,a logistic regression algorithm and a decision tree model were constructed as 2 diagnostic models for ***:A total of 720 subjects were enrolled in this study,including 432 patients with NAFLD and 288 healthy *** them,482 were randomly allocated into the training set and 238 into the validation *** diagnostic model based on logistic regression exhibited excellent performance:in validation set,it achieved an accuracy of 86.98%,sensitivity of 91.43%,and specificity of 80.61%;with an area under the curve(AUC) of 0.93 [95% confidence interval(CI) 0.68–0.98].The decision tree model achieved an accuracy of 81.09%,sensitivity of 91.43%,and specificity of 66.33%;with an AUC of 0.89(95% CI 0.66–0.92) in validation ***:The features of tongue images were associated with *** the 2 diagnostic models,which would be convenient,noninvasive,lightweight,rapid,and inexpensive technical references for early screening,can accurately distinguish NAFLD and are worth further study.

A transformation of naphthalene-based coalescenced mesophase pitch(NMP)to mesophase microbeads was achieved by heating a mixture of NMP and fullerene(C_(60)).This is different from the conventional process of the liquid-phase carbonization of isotropic pitch to the emergence of carbon microbeads in the matrix and finally their growth to form a 100%anisotropic bulk meso-phase,but rather a reverse *** effects of C_(60) loading and reaction temperature on the morphological transformation of mesophase were investigated by polarizing optical and scanning electron *** physical changes in the NMP induced by C_(60) were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,x-ray diffractometry and Raman *** results show that the coalesced NMP can be converted to a spherical type at 300-320℃ with the addition of 5%C_(60),and the size of the mesophase microbeads increases with increasing ***,a model is established to ex-plain the unique induction effect of C_(60) in the transformation *** work makes the morphological transformation of MP con-trollable,and provides a new idea for the understanding and research of mesophase pitch.

信息技术快速发展和广泛应用导致老年群体陷入信息贫困境地,厘清老年信息贫困的概念内涵是老年信息贫困有效治理的前提。基于可行能力理论探究老年信息贫困的概念内涵和结构关系,将老年信息贫困分为信息能力贫困和信息功能贫困两个维度,并使用CLASS 2020调查数据实证分析老年信息能力贫困与信息功能贫困的关系。研究发现,老年群体信息能力贫困状况不容乐观,信息接入、信息获取、信息使用和信息感知等维度能力贫困与信息功能贫困显著相关,通过倾向得分匹配(PSM)检验后结果依然稳健。故需构建兼顾信息能力提升和信息功能救助的治理方略以解决老年信息贫困问题。

Thirty-one new 10,12-disubstituted aloperine derivatives were subtly constructed through a selective oxidation on the 10-α-C-H induced by sulfonyl and a nucleophilic substitution with the stereoselectivity and *** them,compound 6b displayed a moderate anti-human coronavirus OC43(HCoV-OC43)potency and blocked the viral entry stage through a host mechanism of *** chemoproteomic techniques,both transmembrane serine protease 2(TMPRSS2)and scavenger receptor class B type 1(SR-B1)proteins,which act as host cofactors of viral entry,were identified to be the direct targets of 6b against ***,6b may deactivate the TMPRSS2 by inducing a change in protein conformation,rather than binding to its catalytic center,thus suppressing the viral membrane ***,our study provided key scientific data for the development of aloperine derivatives into a new class of antiviral candidates against humanβ-coronavirus,including severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).
