Interdigital MnO2/PEdOT Alternating Stacked Microelectrodes for High-Performance On-Chip Microsupercapacitor and Humidity Sensing

For microelectronic devices,the on-chip microsupercapacitors with facile construction and high performance,are attracting researchers' prior consideration due to their high compatibility with modern ***,we proposed interchanging interdigital Au-/MnO2/polyethylene diox.thiophene stacked microsupercapacitor based on a microfabrication process followed by successive electrochemical *** stacked configuration of two pseudocapacitive active microelectrodes meritoriously leads to an enhanced contact area between MnO2and the conductive and electroactive layer of polyethylene diox.thiophene,hence providing ex.ellent electron transport and diffusion pathways of electrolyte ions,resulting in increased pseudocapacitance of MnO2and polyethylene *** stacked quasi-solid-state microsupercapacitors delivered the max.mum specific capacitance of 43 mF cm-2(211.9 F cm-3),an energy density of3.8 μWh cm-2（at a voltage window of 0.8 V） and 5.1 μWh cm-2（at a voltage window of 1.0 V） with ex.ellent rate capability(96.6% at 2 mA cm-2) and cycling performance of 85.3% retention of initial capacitance after 10 000consecutive cycles at a current density of 5 mA cm-2,higher than those of ever reported polyethylene diox.thiophene and MnO2-based planar *** from the favorable morphology,bilayer microsupercapacitor is utilized as a flex.ble humidity sensor with a response/relax.tion time superior to those of some commercially available integrated *** strategy will be of significance in developing highperformance on-chip integrated microsupercapacitors/microsensors at low cost and environment-friendly routes.

Carbon nanotube(CNT)fibers have great promise for constructing multifunctional fabrics with high electrical conductivity,good electro-heating ability,ex.ellent flex.bility,and a low ***,the inter-fiber contacts in the fabric greatly reduce these advantages and limit their ***,a simple pressure-fusing method to fabricate single-wall CNT(SWCNT)fiber non-woven fabrics(NWFs)that are composed of interconnected SWCNT fibers with fused joints is reported,which have good flex.bility,a low density of 0.46 g/cm^(3),a high electrical conductivity of 3.7×10^(5)S/m,and a record high specific electrical conductivity of 803(S·m^(2))/*** also showed ex.ellent electrical heating ability,so that a temperature of~160℃was rapidly reached at a low voltage of 2 *** with their low density,the SWCNT fiber NWFs are promising for use as a heating unit for low temperature battery protection and de-icing applications.

A comprehensive analysis of dAC-SdC FPGA low power object detection challenge

The lower power object detection challenge(LPOdC) at the IEEE/ACM design Automation Conference is a premier contest in low-power object detection and algorithm(software)-hardware co-design for edge artificial intelligence, which has been a success in the past five years. LPOdC focused on designing and implementing novel algorithms on the edge platform for object detection in images taken from unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs), which attracted hundreds of teams from dozens of countries to participate. Our team SEUer has been participating in this competition for three consecutive years from 2020 to 2022 and obtained six.h place respectively in 2020 and 2021. Recently, we achieved the championship in 2022. In this paper, we presented the LPOdC for UAV object detection from 2018 to 2022, including the dataset, hardware platform,and evaluation method. In addition, we also introduced and discussed the details of methods proposed by each year's top three teams from 2018 to 2022 in terms of network, accuracy, quantization method, hardware performance, and total score. Additionally, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the selected entries and results, along with summarizing representative methodologies. This analysis serves as a valuable practical resource for researchers and engineers in deploying the UAV application on edge platforms and enhancing its feasibility and reliability. According to the analysis and discussion, it becomes evident that the adoption of a hardware-algorithm co-design approach is paramount in the contex. of tiny machine learning(TinyML).This approach surpasses the mere optimization of software and hardware as separate entities, proving to be essential for achieving optimal performance and efficiency in TinyML applications.

Isorhamnetin downregulates MMP2 and MMP9 to Inhibit development of Rheumatoid Arthritis through SRC/ERK/CREB Pathway

Flex.ble-robust hydrogen-bonded organic frameworks(HOFs)are attracting increasing interest due to their ex.ellent separation performance for important industrial gases,but the construction remains ***,a sticked-layer strategy is first proposed to construct a flex.ble-robust HOF,HOFFJU-8,from a donor(d)–π–acceptor(A)molecule 4,4′,4″,4‴-(pyrrolo[3,2-b]pyrrole-1,2,4,5-tetrayl)tetrabenzonitrile(dP-4CN).HOF-FJU-8 is amicroporous three-dimensional framework composed of two kinds of dP-4CN molecules,one acting as building units for the two-dimensional layer via C≡N···H–C hydrogen bond dimers and another as the sticks to link the layers along channels through d–Aπ···π*** activated framework HOF-FJU-8a possesses flex.ble-robust pore characteristics,as determined by the gas adsorption and in situ gas-loaded powder x.ray ***-FJU-8a ex.ibits adaptive adsorption and stronger binding affinity to C_(2)H_(2)rather than CO_(2)due to the flex.ble-robust nature,which can effectively separate acetylene and carbon diox.de mix.ures.

A novel thermally-stable single-phase phosphor Ca2InTaO6:dy3+ for NUV-ex.ited white LEds

The work focuses on the utilization of the conventional solid-state sintering procedure to synthesize white phosphors Ca2InTaO6:x.y3+（0.02≤x.0.12）.Utilizing x.ray diffraction,the phase structure of samples was ex.mined,and the crystal structure was refined using the Rietveld method.A scanning electron microscope was used to analyze the microstructure of ***-principles calculations confirm that the indirect bandgap of Ca2InTaO6is 3.786 eV,The luminous properties and energy transfer mechanism of Ca2InTaO6:x.y3+were studied using photoluminescence ***4F9/2→6H13/2transition of dy3+ions is responsible for the greatest emission peak,which was measured at 575 *** to research,the lifespan falls as the concentration of dy3+doping amount rises because of frequent interaction and ene rgy transfer between dy3+*** correlated color temperature of the WLEds packaged with Ca2InTaO6:0.08dy3+is 4677 K and CIE 1931 chromaticity coordinates are（0.3578,0.3831）.Meantime,the phosphor also shows outstanding te mperature stability property,which maintains 83.8% of its initial emission intensity at 450 K（activation energy of 0.1467 eV）.The W-LEds retain their performance for 100 min when powered at 3.4 V voltage and 600 mA current,demonstrating the packed W-LEds' sustaine d operation at high temperatures.

Anchoring heterometallic cluster on P-doped carbon nitride for efficient photocatalytic nitrogen fix.tion in water and air ambient

Light-driven nitrogen fix.tion to produce ammonia is a green and economical technology of nitrogen reduction but is still quite challenging, especially in an air atmosphere without any sacrificial ***, we demonstrate efficient photocatalytic nitrogen fix.tion using water and air directly by loading lanthanide–transition metal(4f–3d) cluster NdCo_(3) on two-dimensional P-doped graphitic carbon nitrides(PCN) material surface. Benefiting from the increase in the number of nitrogen vacancies(NVs) and highly matched band gap structure and ex.ellent hole trapping ability of clusters, the NdCo_(3)/PCN photocatalyst ex.ibits efficient nitrogen reduction activity with 371(in air) and 825 μmol h^(-1)g^(-1)(in pure nitrogen)without any sacrificial reagents. The introduction of potassium sulfate inhibits hydrogen production and promotes nitrogen reduction activation. This work suggests that anchoring precisely structured clusters on 2d materials may enhance photocatalytic nitrogen reduction under normal temperature and pressure.

The Bloch band theory and Brillouin zone(BZ)that characterize wave-like behaviors in periodic mediums are two cornerstones of contemporary physics,ranging from condensed matter to topological *** theoretical breakthrough revealed that,under the projective symmetry algebra enforced by artificial gauge fields,the usual two-dimensional(2d)BZ(orientable Brillouin two-torus)can be fundamentally modified to a non-orientable Brillouin Klein bottle with radically distinct manifold ***,the physical consequence of artificial gauge fields on the more general three-dimensional(3d)BZ(orientable Brillouin three-torus)was so far ***,we theoretically discovered and ex.erimentally observed that the fundamental domain and topology of the usual 3d BZ can be reduced to a non-orientable Brillouin Klein space or an orientable Brillouin half-turn space in a 3d acoustic crystal with artificial gauge *** ex.erimentally identify peculiar 3d momentum-space non-symmorphic screw rotation and glide reflection symmetries in the measured band ***,we ex.erimentally demonstrate a novel stacked weak Klein bottle insulator featuring a nonzero Z2 topological invariant and self-collimated topological surface states at two opposite surfaces related by a nonlocal twist,radically distinct from all previous 3d topological *** discovery not only fundamentally modifies the fundamental domain and topology of 3d BZ,but also opens the door towards a wealth of previously overlooked momentum-space multidimensional manifold topologies and novel gaugesymmetry-enriched topological physics and robust acoustic wave manipulations beyond the ex.sting paradigms.
