Two Ni/Ni3Al-interface-contained cluster models with/without lattice misfit are studied by.first-principles method to clarify.the debates about the segregation behaviors of Hafnium （Hf） and ex.lore the influence of lattice misfit on the ductility.effect of Hr. It is found that though Hf prefers to substitute A1 rather than Ni in Ni3A1 phase within most of the investigated misfit range, its stronger preferring to Ni phase than NiaA1 phase makes it impossible to go into Ni3A1 phase to occupy.A1 site in Ni-Ni3A1 alloy.. Bond order analy.is in Hf-free case shows that lattice misfit has different effects on the Griffith work of interfacial cleavage 27int/E and the max.mum theoretical shear stress Zmax.of Ni and Ni3A1, contributing to the ex.stence of anomalous strength-temperature phenomena in NiaA1 alloy.. However, the addition of Hf will make the 27int/E （or Zmax. of both Ni3A1 and Ni decrease （or increase） with lattice misfit, indicating that the addition of Hf may.make the anomalous strength-temperature relationship in Ni3A1 region disappear locally.

A meshless approach, called the rigid-plastic reproducing kernel particle method （RKPM）, is presented for three-dimensional （3D） bulk metal forming simulation. The approach is a combination of RKPM with the flow theory.of 3D rigid-plastic mechanics. For the treatments of essential boundary.conditions and incompressibility.constraint, the boundary.singular kernel method and the modified penalty.method are utilized, respectively. The arc-tangential friction model is employ.d to treat the contact conditions. The compression of rectangular blocks, a ty.ical 3D upsetting operation, is analy.ed for different friction conditions and the numerical results are compared with those obtained using commercial rigid-plastic FEM （finite element method） software Deform^3D. As results show, when handling 3D plastic deformations, the proposed approach eliminates the need of ex.ensive meshing and remeshing procedures which are unavoidable in conventional FEM and can provide results that are in good agreement with finite element predictions.

Chemical delithiated Lix.oO2 （x.1, 0.7, 0.66 and 0.57） has been sy.thesized by.using a strong ox.dant, NaS2O8 .The structure investigations indicate that all the samples remain with hex.gonal cells, which have ex.ansion of c ax.s during Li ex.raction. Transmission electron microscopy.（TEM） observations revealed the presence of superstructures arising from intercalated U-ordering corresponding to first-principle calculations. The measurements of the phy.ical properties are also influenced by.Li concentration.

The ex.loration and utilization of lunar resources have become the major objectives of future lunar ex.loration missions. The classified collection and processing of lunar minerals is the basic prerequisite for the in-situ ex.loration and utilization of lunar resources. In this study. we propose a scheme for in-situ separation of magnetic minerals from lunar soils using the dry.magnetic separation method. The scheme can realize the purpose of separating magnetic minerals from lunar regolith by.altering the motion trajectory.of lunar regolith particles with different magnetic properties. Detailed modeling of the dry.magnetic separation device is conducted, and the three-dimensional distribution of magnetic parameters is calculated and analy.ed. Based on the characterization and analy.is of the Chang E-5's samples, the morphologies and phy.ical parameters of lunar regolith particles are modeled and simulated. A discrete element simulation of the motion process of lunar regolith particles under multi-phy.ical field conditions is performed, and the influences of key.parameters on the beneficiation performance of lunar magnetic minerals are investigated. Our results indicate that optimal separation and beneficiation of lunar regolith particles can be achieved under specific conditions of magnetic field strength and drum speed. Additionally. we analy.e the effects of lunar weak gravity.conditions and the charged nature of lunar particles on the beneficiation process, showing that these factors can obviously.enhance the beneficiation process of lunar ilmenites. This study.demonstrates the feasibility.of using the dry.magnetic separation method for the beneficiation of magnetic minerals from lunar regolith, providing a theoretical basis for the scientific tasks of collecting, processing, and utilizing lunar mineral resources.

On the basis of the thermody.amic calculation of precipitation and considering the effect of strain on the precipitation behavior and chemical composition （Si and Mn）, the kinetics of precipitation from austenite has been investigated for different temperatures and strains. Nucleation theory.and the solubility.product of niobium, carbon, and nitrogen in austenite have been used to derive equations for the start time of precipitation as a function of temperature and composition. The value of n in Avrami equation was determined using the available ex.erimental data from the published reports, which indicated that n is a constant independent of temperature and the end time of precipitation is a function of n and the start time of precipitation. The values of the start time and end time of precipitation predicted by.the new model are compared with the ex.erimental values and a good agreement was obtained between both.

High-temperature AC magnetic properties for （Fe0.5Co0.5）73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 alloy.annealed at various temperatures have been investigated using an impedance analy.er. Annealing temperature Ta has obvious effects on high-temperature AC magnetic properties of the alloy. The Hopkinson peak appears only.in the amorphous alloy.when Ta≤703K. As Ta increases above 733K, the real part of the complex.initial permeability.μi′descends gradually. μi′decreases more slowly.with temperature in the high temperature range. The high-temperature （about 750K） AC initial permeability.for the alloy.annealed at Ta= 763K has been found to maintain a stable high value of 950 up to a frequency.of- 1 × 10^5Hz. Partial substitution of Co for Fe in the F73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 alloy.leads to an increase of around 110K of the Curie temperature of the amorphous phase, much higher than Ge-containing Finemet alloy.
