In this letter, we solve three-dimensional time-dependent Newton equations for atoms interacting with a ten-cycle elliptically polarized laser pulse. The ionized electron momentum distributions show a tilt angle between the distribution density peak and the main polarization ax.s. The tilt angle＇s behavior changes with an increasing laser intensity. We show that this behavior change is directly related to the release time of the electron from the atom.

Bright long afterglow phosphorescence glasses were prepared by using SrAl2O4： Eu^2＋, Dy^3＋ phosphors and suitable glass frits together. The SrAl2O4： Eu^2＋, Dy^3＋ phosphors were initially prepared by the solid reaction method. Three kinds of glass frits were prepared to match the SrAl2O4： Eu^2＋, Dy^3＋ phosphors. Effects of the compositions of the glass frits, the ratios of the phosphors to the frits us well us the firing temperature and firing times on the properties of the samples were discussed. x.D analysis indicated the samples ex.ibited the typical diffraction peaks of SrAlwO4： Eu^2＋, Dy^3＋. The emission spectra of the samples showed broad bands peaking at *** ex.itation spectra of the samples showed broad bands ranging from 300 to 480hm. These are believed due to the 5d4f-4f transitions of Eu^2＋ in the SrAl2O4： Eu^2＋, Dy^3＋ phosphors. The afterglow luminescence of the samples ex.ited by a 40W fluorescence lamp for 30min can be observed in the dark for more lOh with the naked eyes. It can find wide applications in many fields.

In the past two decades, augmented reality （AR） has received a growing amount of attention by researchers in the manufacturing technology community, because AR can be applied to address a wide range of problems throughout the assembly phase in the lifecycle of a product, e.g., planning, design, ergonomics assessment, operation guidance and training. However, to the best of authors＇ knowledge, there has not been any comprehensive review of AR-based assembly systems. This paper aims to provide a concise overview of the technical features, characteristics and broad range of applications of AR- based assembly systems published between 1990 and 2015. Among these selected articles, two thirds of them were published between 2005 and 2015, and they are considered as recent pertinent works which will be discussed in detail. In addition, the current limitation factors and future trends in the development will also be discussed.

Ellipticity as the underlying mechanism for instabilities of physical systems is highlighted in the study of model nonlinear evolution equations with dissipation and the study of phase transition in Van der Waals fluid. Interesting results include spiky solutions, chaotic behavior in the contex. of partial differential equations, as well as the nucleation process due to ellipticity in phase transition.

Strong-field mid-infrared pump-terahertz （THz）probe spectroscopy has been proven as a powerful tool for light control of different orders in strongly correlated materials. We report the construction of an ultrafast broadband infrared pump-THz probe system in reflection geometry. A two-output optical parametric amplifier is used for generating mid-infrared pulses with GaSe as the nonlinear crystal. The setup is capable of pumping bulk materials at wavelengths ranging from 1.2 μm to 15 μm and beyond, and detecting the subtle, transient photoinduced changes in the reflected electric field of the THz probe at different temperatures. As a demonstration, we present 15 μm pump-THz probe measurements of a bulk EuSbTe3 single crystal. A 0.5% transient change in the reflected THz electric field can be clearly resolved. The widely tuned pumping energy could be used in mode-selective ex.itation ex.eriments and applied to many strongly correlated electron systems.

A combustion set-up of an innovative nonslagging cyclone combustor called 'Spouting-Cyclone Combustor (SCC)' ) with two-stage combustion, organized in orthogonal vortex.flows, was established and the ex.erimental studies on the fast ignition and stable combustion of coarse coal particles in this combustor were carried out. The flame temperature versus ignition time and the practical faSt ignition procedure were obtained; The stable coal combustion can be achieved after a short period ignition, and the temperature fields in SCC were obtained. These results show that it is possible to obtain highly efficient and clean combustion of unground coal particles by using this technology.

Synthetic antiferromagnetic （SAF） nanoparticles are layer-structured particles with high single-particle magnetic moments. In order to covalently bind these nanopartides to cells, they were coated with a silica shell followed by conjugation with streptavidin. The silica coating generates both SAF@SiO2 core-shell nano- particles and silica core-free nanopartides. Using a simple magnetic separation, silica nanoparticles were removed and SAF@SiO2 nanoparticles were purified. After streptavidin conjugation, these particles were used to stain lung cancer cells, making them highly magnetically responsive. The stained cells can rotate in response to an ex.ernal magnetic field and can be captured when a blood sample containing these cells flows through the sifter.
