By extraction of the thoughts of non-linear model and adaptive model match, an improved Nagao filter is brought. Meanwhile a technique based on simplified pulse coupled neural network and used for noise positioning, is put forward. Combining the two methods above, we acquire a new method that can restore images corrupted by salt and pepper noise. Experiments show that this method is more preferable than other popular ones, and still works well while noise density fluctuates severely.

以深圳市某深基坑支护及土方开挖工程为研究对象，采用三维有限元PLAXIS分析软件，研究基坑支护及土体卸载作用对邻近既有建筑物、市政道路、管线的影响，预测基坑的变形，分析基坑开挖至坑底周边环境的位移场变化，验证支护方案的可行性。数值模拟结果与基坑变形监测数据分析表明，基坑开挖对周边环境的影响较小，满足结构变形控制要求，为施工提供理论依据及变形参考值。

Enzyme prodrug therapies(EPTs)have been intensively explored as attractive approaches to selective activation of systemically administered benign prodrugs by the exogenous enzymes or enzymes expressed at the desired target site,thus achieving localized,site-specific therapeutic *** effective strategies(e.g.,antibody-,viral-,gene-,as well as polymer-directed EPT)have been developed for enzyme localization to locally activate systemically administered benign ***,intrinsic limitations(e.g.,complex intracellular environment and catalyst instability)make the practical application of EPT strategies a task that presents itself as highly *** a promising alternative to natural enzyme,nanozyme has attracted substantial attention since its discovery in 2007,mainly due to the advantages of robust catalytic activity,high stability,low cost,and facile ***,nanozyme-activated prodrug strategies bring a new opportunity for targeted therapy,referred to as nanozyme-activating prodrug *** review focuses on recently reported nanozyme-activated prodrug strategies,aiming to provide some new insights into the potential applications in site-specific drug synthesis.

The low anodic oxidation potential severely suppresses the output voltage(≤0.6 V)of MXene-based symmetrical aqueous microsupercapacitors(MSA-MSCs)employing acidic ***,a surface terminals reconstruction mechanism on cathode of MSA-MSCs adopting aqueous neutral electrolyte(1 M Na_(2)SO_(4))is first revealed by systematical electrochemical experiments and in/ex-situ spectral analysis,which indicates that:the-O terminals on Ti3C2Tx flakes of cathode can combine with intercalated Na+cations during charging process to reconstruct into-ONa units to(i)inhibit the splitting reaction of adjacent water molecules,decreasing cathodic hydrogen evolution potential,more significantly,(ii)lower the potential of zero voltage(P0V)between the symmetrical electrodes to avoid anode oxidation,enabling full use of the unexploited potential range of ***,the output voltage of the MSA-MSCs tremendously expanded from 0.6 V in acidic polyacrylamide(PAM)/1 M H_(2)SO_(4)hydrogel electrolyte to 1.5 V in neutral polyacrylamide/1 M Na2SO4 hydrogel electrolyte,boosting the corresponding areal energy density from 9.9 to 34.6μW·h·cm^(-2).The demonstrated deep insight on the surface terminals reconstruction mechanism for synchronously modulating the P0V between symmetrical electrodes and hydrogen evolution potential on cathode provides critical guidance for widening the cell voltage of MSA-MSCs with safer and more inexpensive neutral electrolytes.

Migration and enrichment of trace elements of Lower Palaeozoic carbonate rock strata in Beijing

Analyses of trace elements of the Lower Palaeozoic carbonate rock strata in Beijing show that the contents of As, Hg, F increase from primary carbonate rocks to weathered carbonate rocks and from primary carbonate rocks to the soil coexisting with carbonate rocks, but the distribution regularity of S is not obvious. In the whole weathered stages, the sorption of As is mainly affected by Fe2O3. In soil Fe2O3 is also the main affecting factor of Hg enrichment. The main existing forms of Hg in primary carbonate rocks should simply be physical adsorption, coprecipitation and false isomorphous form between surface of carbonate rock and Hg. In soil the enrichment of F has little relationship with sul-fides and Fe2O3. In primary carbonate rocks, F is mainly absorbed by sulfides and clay minerals, etc. Weathered samples have closer genetic relationships with primary carbonate rocks. This also implies that weathered carbonate rocks have the close existing forms to that of primary carbonate rocks. In primary carbonate rocks FeS2 and FeS are the main forms of S, and sulfides have fixation effect on some heavy metals, whereas in weathered carbonate rocks and soil the fixation effect is weakened.

Comparison of coalbed gas generation between Huaibei-Huainan coalfields and Qinshui coal basin based on the tectono-thermal modeling

The geothermal history and the tectonic subsidence history of the Huaibei-Huainan coalfields were reconstructed by using the vitrinite reflectance data, and their correlative restriction on coalbed gas generation of Huaibei-Huainan coalfields and Qinshui coal basin was discussed. The burial, thermal, and maturity histories of are similar between Huaibei coalfield and Huainan coalfield, obviously different from those of Qinshui coal basin. Based on the tectono-thermal evolution characters of Huaibei-Huainan coalfields and Qinshui basin, the process of coalbed gas generation can be divided into three stages：（1） Dur- ing Early Mesozoic, both in Huaibei-Huainan and Qinshui, the buried depth of Permian coal seams increased rapidly, which resulted in strong metamorphism and high burial temperature of coal seams. At this stage, the coal rank was mainly fat coal, and locally reached coking coal. These created an environment favoring the generation of thermogenic gas. （2） From Late Ju- rassic to Cretaceous, in the areas of Huaibei-Hualnan, the strata suffered from erosion and the crust became thinning, and the Permian coal-bearing strata were uplifted to surface. At this stage, the thermogenic gas mostly escaped. Conversely, in Qinshui basin, the cover strata of coal seams kept intact during this stage, and the thermogenic gas were mostly preserved. Furthermore, with the interaction of magmatism, the burial temperature of coal seams reached higher peak value, and it was suitable for the secondary generation of thermogenic gas. （3） From Paleogene onward, in area of Huainan-Huaibei, the maturity of coal and burial temperature were propitious to the generation of secondary biogenic gases. However, in Qinshui basin, the maturity of coal went against genesis of second biogenic gas or thermogenic gas. By comparison, Huaibei-Huainan coalfields are dominated by thermogenic gas with a significant biogenic gas and hydrodynamic overprint, whereas Qinshui basin is dominated mainly by t
